They have a seasonal squash dish to replace the JUSTLY FAMOUS butternut squash one. It was good, but didn't slap the same way. I'd still order it again! I got the fish again, which is delicious and huge. They didn't have the Mai Tai cocktail anymore, so I tried the one called The Owner Likes This One. I do like amaro based cocktails but this one tasted a little extra medicinal. I'd get something different next time. My daughter recommended this place for Mother's Day on Sunday. Loved the restaurant Ambiance the food was amazing we shared the Lamb meat balls had incredibly spices which really surprised us flavors never experienced before also gave the Steak n Eggs my husband was pleasantly impressed at how simple and delicious it was !!! and can I say WOW a must try the Caesar Salad we all devoured completely we fought over who was going to have the last bite !!!! Andrew was fantastic. We celebrated our anniversary here and were warmly greeted. We promptly were sat and always had everything we needed. Andrew gave us fantastic recommendations and was so kind. He even spent some time chatting with us at the end of our time when we were the last guests of the night, connecting and laughing, which made our night. Little Fawn is a relatively new restaurant in the Fin Hotel. It's relatively small and cozy in the restaurant but there are a few tables in the hotel lobby that were less cozy. I'd recommend requesting a table in the restaurant or at the cool bar. Started with a couple glasses of wine. Our waitress was very friendly and accommodating and allowed us to taste the wines before ordering. Nice touch! The wine was served at the proper temperature and was fresh. We shared the Arugula Fennel salad and it was delicious. For mains we ordered the Green Chile Wagyu Burger and the Branzino. The branzino was excellently prepared in a Mediterranean style and perhaps the best I've ever had. The burger had promise but was served on a very soft roll and became disassembled as I tried to slice through it. Was hard to taste the ingredients in a single bite like a burger should be. I would have recommended that it be served on a stiffer roll like a brioche. With the exception of the burger, this is a five-star experience. Would highly recommend it. read more

The service here is wonderful, I came in last night for a glass of wine and even though they were closed they still served me a glass and a second to take to my room after. This morning I came down for breakfast, the server was a happy beam of sunshine. She brought me coffee, and I relaxed for a bit. I then ordered some he steak and eggs. We decided to make our first visit to Little Fawn to try a few specific dishes that we'd heard about. The roasted butternut squash and the mussels lived up to the hype - both were amazing. The steak frites was good, but not great. We asked for medium rare, which is important for a hanger steak so it isn't too tough - but received medium well. To be fair, we did not point this out to our server. As a prime cut steak, however, it was still good, especially with the accompanying sauce. But probably not worth what we paid. Finally, we ended with the chocolate mousse. It was tasty but a bit dense, and served with a full sized spoon that seemed way too big for the accompanying cup. A smaller spoon would be better for that dish. All of that said, the service was fantastic and the decor maintains the charm that spot has always been known for. So, we'll be back again and are looking forward to it. read more

I would say this is a solid place to have dinner and some drinks. They were a little discombobulated... we had reservations and they weren't ready for us! We waited about 15 minutes. No biggie. Once we placed our order, they also let us know that all of our food wouldn't come out at the same time because "that's just how they do it" it's not a tapas bar so not sure why "that's just how they do it" but fair enough thanks for the warning! Overall, our meals were yummy, and I appreciated the fact that they marked gluten-free items on the menu! The ambience is nice. Our waiter didn't ever really check on us, but thankfully, the bus boy who is working his butt off made sure we had everything we needed! Forgot to take photos of all food. I love this setting the service, the quality of food, and I remember loving the potatoes. For some reason I think the way they were cut and prepared and their flavor was not typical and very enjoyable. I also remember the plate that it was served on, and the silverware went nicely with the overall look of the plate when it was served.. of course the eggs were hot and cooked very nicely the way they should be. It was a crazy busy Saturday night when my wife and I visited. The owner, short staffed, had to turn away a few groups (which you could see was painful for him). Our server split time between bartending and service. BUT! What followed was an incredible experience, with kindness, great cocktails, and unbelievable food. The Mushroom Toast was magical, the chicken skewers had perfect heat that was softened by the pickled fennel, and finally the steak frites were all the right combinations of crispy, savory and acid. Our party of three had just ordered our second round of drinks when the owner approached us and -- without any grace, tact, or basic courtesy -- essentially told us to leave to accommodate another reservation. No apology, no warning, no "we're so sorry to rush you." Just a blunt and frankly rude dismissal. There is a way to manage table turnover while still making guests feel valued. This was not it. As a new business trying to earn the loyalty of locals, this kind of treatment is not only off-putting -- it's counterproductive. We genuinely wanted to love this place and support a new local spot. We had an absolutely incredible experience celebrating my wife's birthday at Little Fawn. I initially had a reservation for 4, but about three hours prior, I decided to try my luck and see if we could expand our party to 7. I stopped by the restaurant and was met by Paige, who checked with the team and miraculously made it happen. That level of flexibility set the tone for the night. We knew that with a place this popular, there might be a slight wait for food, but the amazing company and the vibrant atmosphere made it fly by. A huge part of that was Paige's excellent service. Despite the restaurant being incredibly busy, she was so attentive to our party of 7 and made us feel like we were her only table. Jon and Seth were awesome as well, but Paige truly went above and beyond to make the night special. And the food? Every single dish was outstanding and bursting with flavor, but the butternut squash is an absolute must-order. After we ordered our third round of drinks, the owner came to our table and acted very rude, telling us he wouldn't serve us anymore because our "reservations was expired". I think I'm going to feast on the meatballs and butternut squash regularly - squash is my favorite vegetable but this took it to another level - just amazing!!
