I have been getting in home physical therapy from Jim Prussack, President of this company for some…read moremonths for shoulder, neck, back, hip and Achilles pain and sciatica. I have had physical therapy elsewhere in years past and I am a retired physician. I have significant osteoarthritis. Jim is, without a doubt, the best, most knowledgeable physical therapist provider I have ever met or worked with. He knows exactly what he is doing, can communicate wonderfully about musculoskeletal problems and pain and is a wizard with his fingertips. He has extensive knowledge of human anatomy. I NEVER thought that I would be relieved of my pain or get back to exercising. I am 68 and now am thrilled that the muscle and tendon pain and tightness that came with aging and long term exercise has been eliminated. When it does creep up on me again, I know exactly how to deal with it. I am back to the wonderful exercising I love to do and am sleeping with minimal pain.
