As a parent who has always been weary on daycares and what goes on behind the scenes , I must say I made the right choice by choosing Little Friends in Grafton, WI. The new management (Mason and his wife) is a married couple with kids who attend this same daycare - who can relate to many working parents. They are so kind and understanding and have made incredible changes (clean environment, new floors, new outdoor play area). Since my 1.5 year old started, he has been thriving, HAPPY, talking/babbling way more, and during drops off he is so smiley and so excited to see everyone. The staff is so wonderful. Hardworking, positive people who always have a smile on their faces. They send me real-time updates and pics and videos constantly and I couldn't be happier. We put a deposit down in January for our infant to start care in June. We paid the deposit and the first weeks tuition. I called the center the beginning of May to make sure they had all the information needed for our son to start. I received a text message back from Brooke the owner, basically stating that somehow they overlooked our deposit and no longer could take our son. So now 3 weeks before I return to work we are scrambling for care. Brooke did not offer any type of solution and did not seem sympathetic with the situation she has now put us in. All things aside we feel like we dodged a bullet sending our son there. If that is how Brooke runs her company that is not somewhere I would want my newborn being cared for. read more

One star is too many. Employees who worked hard and wanted to make a positive change were knocked down. The center is owned by a selfish and unprofessional cold-hearted person who never shows her face. She Is known for scamming parents and not refunding them of their money. Scams staff of their paychecks if they leave. Has the center run by spoiled and bratty children related to her or close to her? Has a creep that was fired at his last job for inappropriate behavior as director and around children. They mistreat every child who needs extra attention. They favor children who are super easygoing and try to tolerate kids who come from money. Hygiene is bad. They allow kids to go to bed with food all over their faces. They send kids home dirty daily. They make false reports about children being sick to send them home. They have put wet dishes away (they never have heard of mold apparently ) I've seen dirty dishes plenty of times (that were so called washed...) ​ Snacks have been moldy A LOT. Plenty plenty plenty of times has a knife been put in a dirty bin or on the counter for any child to grab. I've watched them pass food around to children with the knife in their hand still. (no such thing as tripping and stabbing a child accidently, or a kid reaching for it as you are distracted with passing out the food you cut up) They expect children to be like robots. No structure and can't keep staff for how the place is run. They will call children bad to their faces. Heard a staff member tell a child they don't accept retards here. Another employee smokes in the bathroom all the time and the owner was addressed about it to comment on it not being anyone's problem. It's not affecting her work. Kids are being snatched up by the wrists. Yes. Even infants. A child was severely hurt and unresponsive. The director said they will message mom and dad. Uhm... You need to CALL THEM. I could go on for days. It's not worth it. Even if they offered free childcare. DONT do it. If you are seeking employment... Keep looking. Save yourself and your sanity. Trust the bad reviews. Even on their webpage. Those are the reviews to listen to. Don't fall for the stars they have. It's a joke! read more

We've been very happy with Little Friends. The staff is by far the highlight of this center. You can tell they really love the kids and the kids love them. I've noticed a marked difference between when my daughter is in school vs when she was home for quarantine. They do a great job with emotional and developmental enrichment. I'll admit that some reviews made me double think our decision to send our daughter to little friends but we have absolutely not had any issues. They've been wonderful with our daughter. Easy to go to work knowing my kids are safe and cared for. They do such fun crafts too.

Our 3 year-old daughter has been attending LFLC for almost two years now and we really like it! She absolutely loves her teacher Ms. Mary and is excited to go to "school" every day. A very nice place that my son really enjoys attending. He is often quite shy, but he absolutely loves going here. He is always excited to get out of the car and asks which door will he get to go in. Plus the Genie app they use is fantastic. Love to see the activities. read more

In my short period of working there they talked poorly about the parents of the children and about how "they know everything" i would Not recommend putting your child in this day care for many things that i witnessed In this short period of time. Little Friends Learning Center is an enriched environment for child to enjoy learning and reaching milestones. The management and staff have the best interest of the children, in mind. Their curriculum is created for the children currently in their rooms, to help them learn and advance. I'd recommend this center for anyone looking for quality care. read more

We were so happy when we found Little Friends Learning Center LLC for our Daughter. We found their prices to be more than reasonable for the amount of services provided. The staff are very caring, knowledgeable, and loving. These characteristics of the Teachers as well as the facilitiy provide us with a piece of mind that our child is always safe and secure and always being looked after. Our Daughter looks forward to seeing her friends and favorite staff members and is learning new things all the time. i would recommend Little Friends Learning Center Llc to my friends and everyone else who is need of amazing child care at a very reasonable rate. They have been extremely flexible with us and provide daily real time updates which are also one of our favorite things. They have also helped us with starting to potty train our lttle girl and given us insights and advice that will help with her development. Please do not hesitate to check it out for yourselves. My twin girls have been there since 4 months old. They have had the greatest teachers and have learned so much. My husband and I don't see it as a daycare but a school for our kids. Little friends does not just have the kids play around all day. They have "classes" and have a scheduled day of learning. I would never take my kids anywhere else. deana read more

DO NOT ENROLL YOUR CHILDREN IN THIS DAYCARE! My two children attended Little Friends for a little over a year before I was able to transfer them somewhere else. Most of the people that they hire lack any experience or actual care for the children. The employee turnover rate is astonishing. I can't even remember all of the "teachers" that both of my children have gone through. Before my son was even a year old and hardly had half of his teeth, one of his caregivers gave him a WHOLE FULL SIZED ORANGE SLICE that he was gagging on when I came to pick him up. Who wouldn't cut up a baby's food?! A similar incident occurred a few months later when my son coughed up a whole pineapple chunk in the car after I picked him up from the daycare. There have been numerous times that the kids were outside upon pick up but my son was unsupervised in a hidden corner eating dirt while his caregiver was on the other end of the unsafe play ground looking at her phone. Both of my children have been unnecessarily put in dangerous situations due to flat out neglect. These incidents include but are not limited to my son getting a concussion because they watched him climb onto a toy truck and didn't get him down and a shelf getting knocked over and almost crushing my napping daughter. Since they've brought in this new "director", Lisa, my four year old was suspended twice within nine days for misbehaving. Before this new director came along, if my daughter misbehaved, it would've been handled and used as an opportunity to try to teach my daughter how to properly respond to the situation. But apparently now the answer is to shun the children and take them away from what should be a learning environment. A couple of the caregivers really are great but that does not overshadow all of the negative things about this place. There have been plenty of other things that have happened over the year to add to why I feel so negatively about this place, I could go on and on. But no parent should have someone they don't even know call them to berate them on their parenting. No parent should worry about the safety of their children while in someone's care. read more
