That peace of mind as a parent is truly priceless as I work all day long. The staff are caring, warm, and inclusive to all children. They've created a safe environment where my son has been able to grow and build connections with staff and kids. My son looks forward to seeing his teachers each day in his class and all of his friends. He is happy to go, comes home smiling, and has formed strong bonds with both staff and friends. We appreciate all of the updates we receive and enjoy seeing daily pictures of what he did throughout the day.

From the very beginning, the staff at Prime Time made that transition so much easier for me. They showed such genuine kindness and patience with both me and my baby. As a new mom, I had a lot of worries--especially when she was having trouble eating at first. Instead of brushing off my concerns, they were incredibly attentive and reassuring. They kept a close eye on her, communicated with me throughout the day, and worked with me to make sure she was comfortable and getting what she needed. Their level of care and understanding meant the world to me during a time when I was already feeling emotional about being away from her. Knowing that she was with people who were nurturing, patient, and truly cared about her well-being gave me so much peace of mind while I was at work. They created a warm, supportive environment not just for the babies, but for the parents too. I'm so grateful for the love and attention they gave my daughter during such an important stage of her life. Any parent would be lucky to have their child in the care of such compassionate and dedicated caregivers. Thank you Eva, Sheyla, Brytanii, and everyone at Prime Time!! We will miss you guys!

I worked at this facility for a total of five days, and this was my experience. During my first…read moreweek (two days), the children were excited to have a new adult in the classroom, and I was eager to support their learning. I asked questions about day-to-day tasks, and when I did not have a specific assignment, I followed the classroom teacher's direction to engage with the children through play and assist them as needed. During this time, the teacher spoke very positively about my work, including comparing me favorably to staff in another building. No concerns about my performance were communicated to me. My second week (two and a half days) followed a similar pattern, and I became more familiar with classroom routines and the specific needs of the students. While no issues were raised with me directly, I did observe behaviors that made me uncomfortable. I observed the teacher raise her voice in a way I found concerning. I also observed that two students who appeared visibly different from the majority of the class received noticeably less engagement. As someone who shares similar differences, I made an effort to express enthusiasm and support toward those children, which did not appear to be well received. At the time, I chose to set these observations aside. My experience changed after returning to the classroom following a major snowstorm. I observed a noticeable shift in the teacher's demeanor toward me, including curt and distant behavior. That same day, a student shared that they had lost a pet over the weekend. Rather than acknowledging the child's feelings, I observed the teacher pause class to announce an upcoming birthday for her own pet and express excitement about it, which prompted other children to cheer. I found this response lacking in empathy given the situation. Later that day, I met privately with the owner and the classroom teacher and was told the teacher no longer wanted me in the classroom because the children were considered "too excited" when I was present, which was said to impact behavior. I offered potential adjustments that would allow me to remain in the classroom, but the center instead suggested rotating me into other classrooms. Those options did not align with what I was seeking, and I chose to leave. Based on my experience, staff turnover particularly among aides appeared frequent ( I started in the middle of the year), and rather than working collaboratively to address challenges and provide consistency for the children, removal from the classroom seemed to be the preferred approach. Also worth mentioning that after spending much of my last day on my feet, including mopping up after a child while she watched me and texted, she said I spent the duration of my time there sitting around doing nothing. Inaccurate and very demoralizing to hear.

Our child had a hard time starting preschool at 3 years old at another place. I did a little…read moreresearch, and came across the school online. We sent an inquiry and by the end of the week we completed a tour with our child. He was then able to go without any difficulty. The school does a great job of communicating, facilitating, and planning. The kids do so many fun & engaging little activities and it's been a blessing to watch our son learn and grow there!

OMG, where should I start with this place. I can go on and on. First of all, I agree with…read moreeverything CL stated on her review. Second, I would not recommend this childcare because in my experience the staff seemed to have no experience working with rambunctious toddlers, and they get upset easily when the child misbehaves, oh and here's the kicker, they start texting the parent for everything the child does wrong and then calls for the child to be picked up. We have all the text to prove it. Third, I sensed something not right when I went to pickup my grandson. One of the staff let me in because my grandson was sick and I had to go pick him up, that is when I walk into the classroom and seen my grandson was laying down, and I noticed the children seemed bored, and the staff sitting around just watching the kids, so sad, we have pictures the teachers sent my daughter to prove it. My grandchild looked so sad and bored. I guess that's one of the reason's why they don't let parents in to pick up the children. A few days after that my grandchild didn't want to go to daycare anymore, his excitement to go has dimmed. One evening my grandchild told my daughter and me that his teacher grabbed his arm really hard. At that point, with all that is going on in daycares, we decided to pull my grandchild out for safety reasons. Lastly, I've been told that it's been difficult to get in contact with the owner. Even my grandson's speech therapist said it was hard to get in contact with her. I was told she has other daycare sites. I hope that the owner becomes more involved with her staff and find ways that will nip this before things get worst at this daycare. My daughter and I are happy that my grandson is not going back.
