Lentil soup and normal vegan salad with peanut butter sauce (small portion both) for 10€
    Why-Tie Z.

Great interior and healthy options (soup, baked potato and salad) We had the thai curry and lentil soup, but also tried the vegan salad. The peanut butter sauce is great! Food wise I'd say it was good but beets and roots was slightly better. The salad wasn't fully fresh but the portions, value you get for the price was great and much better than beets and roots (get more for less $$$) The interior is nicer and great for having a conversation with someone. Overall I'd say if you focus on the food and taste go with beets and roots across the street. If you focus barely on eating healthy decently priced go to little green rabbit. If you are meeting someone and want to sit and enjoy your food, I'd also stick with green rabbit.

Loved my curry vegan soup and salad!

Kind of perfect, with all the ingredients for a satisfying meal! I loved the location with outdoor seating on an upscale but quiet street.

Great place for a quick, healthy and tasty lunch. Reminds me somewhat of Chopped, but with much friendlier people. Accepts credit cards.

With a month in of traveling through Eastern Europe, I was having serious cravings for a classic…read morebowl of pho!! I could wait yet another month more for Vietnamese food. So when I landed in the heart of Berlin (in Mitte), my first stop in Western Europe, I made a B-line without hesitation. The highlight here for me was the raw egg served in a separate bowl with broth. The egg poaches itself in the hot broth. And it's so good!! I haven't had this since I was in Hanoi all the time, and where it's commonplace. The pho bowls (triple beef combo & chicken pho) were just okay. Broth came out piping hot, but also heavy on the MSG. I swear I was drinking water non-stop all night. Also, they really skimp on the noodles. I mean, dry rice noodles are very inexpensive (fresh noodles aren't available here), and most places load up on the noodles. The deep fried breadsticks came out cold and somewhat hardened. We were there for dinner and I'm guessing they were fried much earlier in the day. Disappointing that they weren't even barely warm. Service was friendly, and apparently a popular spot in Mitte. I'm not well versed on pho in Berlin, but I probably wouldn't go out of my way to come here. There are actually quite a lot of pho spots in Berlin, which I subsequently tried and enjoyed more.

Walking in and being met with the Vietnamese Communist Flag is a bit unnerving. But let's put…read morepolitics aside and focus on the pho here. The soup was very flavorful. Broth nice clean and clear of grease. Generous amount of noodles. I had the pho tai but I think my meat was a bit too thick and cooked. It didn't taste like the usual thin rare slices. It came with bean sprouts (we had to ask for more; they give little compared to the US), basil, sliced chili peppers, and limes. Perfect. I enjoyed it so much that I didn't even add sriracha. That's when I know it's good. If you can ignore that lit up communist flag, pop in for a very good bowl of pho.

Two of us tried out Cocoro for lunch the other day, and it was absolutely delicious…read more We had Gyu don(beef bowl €9.5) and Sake don(salmon bowl €10.5) with a nicely done Matcha latte (€4.5). Totally enjoyed. Gyu don was just the way I wanted it, rice was well-covered in sauce, but not soggy nor swimming as some other Japanese restaurents I experienced. The only issue we had was the portion of Sake don, it would have been perfect if the portion had been as generous as Gyu don. However, the service was pleasant. We would definitely go back.

On my food journey through Berlin was this one of the stops I enjoyed more than others…read more This place is a rather small restaurant with smaller portions but it is good food for people who enjoy eating rather than trying to satisfy an "all-you-can-eat-appetite". The menu is nice and easy to cover - about 8 appetizer, 6 udon soups and 6 don dishes which allows you to get a good feel for what they are all about in one sitting. My friend and I shared the japanese omelette and the gyazu as an appetizer which I can both recommend. I chose the Gyu Don which they actually didn't have and what kinda caused me to give 4 stars only. We then actually ordered the sake don and the chicken terriyaki don. Both looked and tasted absolutely fantastic! To complete the experience we chose the "3 out of 8 sake sampler" for 12€ that allows you to trial 3 of the 8 sake they offer in their restaurant. Whenever I am back there is just Onigiri and Udon left to try. Check this place out! Really good...
