It is our pleasure to recommend Edilia, who cared for our son, Liam, as his night nurse. From the…read morevery first day, Edilia gave us a tremendous sense of confidence and reassurance during such an important and demanding time for our family. Edilia was consistently professional, knowledgeable, punctual, dependable, communicative, and supportive. Her experience caring for newborns was evident in the way she handled Liam and responded to his needs. She was attentive, patient, and calm, and we always felt completely comfortable knowing that he was in capable hands overnight. What stood out to us most, however, was how genuinely caring Edilia was. Her care never felt like she was simply performing a job because we had hired her. From day one, she formed a real connection with Liam and treated him with warmth, tenderness, and affection. As parents, it meant a great deal to see that the person caring for our little one was truly invested in his comfort, safety, and well-being. Edilia's support also made a very real difference in our family's day-to-day life. We already have an 8-year-old son, and while welcoming a newborn was incredibly special, we were also navigating the newborn stage all over again while continuing to be present for our older son. School, baseball, work, and the normal responsibilities of family life did not stop simply because we had a newborn at home. We were fortunate to have Edilia care for Liam five nights a week. She was always prompt and communicative about scheduling, which gave us consistency we could truly depend on. Being able to get meaningful rest overnight allowed us to wake up with the energy to care for Liam while also being present for our older son--getting him ready for school, keeping up with baseball, and maintaining the routines that were important to him. Her overnight care was especially important for mom's postpartum recovery. Sleep is so critical during those first days and weeks after giving birth, and having Edilia there allowed Mom to get the uninterrupted rest her body needed to heal and regain her strength. Because we could trust that Liam was being lovingly and attentively cared for throughout the night, Mom was able to focus on recovery rather than operating on very little sleep. The difference was remarkable--by the third week postpartum, she had recovered well enough to attend a baby shower, something we believe would have been much more difficult without the rest and support Edilia helped make possible. Her help was also especially meaningful during tax season, which is an exceptionally demanding time of year for our family professionally. Knowing that Liam was receiving attentive and loving care overnight gave us peace of mind and allowed us to balance a very busy work schedule with the needs of both of our children. It is difficult to overstate how much of a difference that support made for our entire household. Edilia was also generous with her knowledge and supportive of us as parents. She answered our questions patiently, shared her experience when appropriate, and helped us navigate those early weeks with greater confidence. She understood that caring for a newborn also means supporting the parents and the family around that child, and she did that exceptionally well. We are extremely grateful that Edilia was part of Liam's earliest days. She earned our complete trust, and we would recommend her without hesitation to any family looking for a knowledgeable, dependable, professional, and genuinely caring night nurse. Any family would be fortunate to have her caring for their little one. The Apodaca Family June 2026

Finding this daycare was one of the best decisions we made for our family. I originally found Ms…read more Dona and Ms. Clifford through Google and Yelp reviews, and now I'm so grateful we took the leap. From day one, my daughter was welcomed with so much love, patience, and encouragement. She was truly treated like family, and it gave us incredible peace of mind knowing she was in such a nurturing environment every day. As our time comes to an end because she's starting public school, I can't help but reflect on how much she's grown. At just 4.5 years old, she's reading books, sounding out compound words, and has developed an amazing love for drawing . While every child learns at their own pace, I know the caring, educational environment she experienced here played a huge role in building her confidence and love of learning. Thank you for loving my daughter as if she were your own and for helping shape these important early years. We will always be grateful for the kindness, patience, and dedication you've shown our family. I wholeheartedly recommend this daycare to anyone looking for a safe, loving, and enriching place for their child.

Ms. Dona, her mother and her long time assistant are so wonderful, they put me at ease when I drop her off. Currently, they are helping my toddler with potty training, and enjoying some summertime water play. Everyone is responsive and warm. You can tell they love the kids that attend their center. My daughter runs into daycare and always says bye to the owner, which shows me she is loved and happy there. Photos posted here are outdated. The daycare has a new location that is either a new build or complete renovation. It's a beautiful and modern home. Highly recommend.

We have been using this nanny agency for almost 6 months. Having a live-in postpartum nanny help…read moreyou with your baby 18 hours a day sounds like a dream but sometimes can be more stressful than anything else. We have used 3 nannies from this agency so far and I had communication issues with all of them. The nannies are very stubborn and stuck in their own ways. They have a difficult time following direction and instead insist on doing things the way they want to. The first nanny we had was constantly making phone calls on the clock and refused to heat up the milk prior to feeding our baby. The second nanny was better, she helped keep our home tidy, and was good with our baby. She was probably the best nanny we had from this agency. Unfortunately, she injured her back and had to leave our family earlier than planned. Which brings us to our current and final nanny from this agency. She's a little older so she can't help carry the baby in her car seat up the stairs. She's often on her iPhone watching Chinese dramas. She also decided to hang up her dirty underwear and bra on our hallway bathroom towel rack. Additionally, she seems to have a lot of unsolicited advice on how we should dress our baby. She doesn't cook for us or do the baby's laundry. She doesn't even know how to follow directions ie shoves the nipple of the bottle in my bottle averse baby's mouth & ignored me when I told her "no". It doesn't seem that this agency takes the time to really vet out these nannies, instead hiring whomever applies. The agency also takes a while to respond to any text messages which is also incredibly frustrating. I highly recommend spending a little extra coin and using a different agency. Especially if you are a first time parent.

I really do not want to write such a review for Maria America, but if I don't write this, I fear…read moresomeone will have the same issues I've had. First of all, Maria America should acknowledge that it is an agency for women with immigration problems and challenges. So, when you go to the agency, you have to expect that people are going to be flaky, inconsistent, and have "emergencies" all of a sudden and have to go back to Mexico. So, while the person is cleaning or caring for you home, it's great, then all of a sudden, they can't. So that part is difficult from a planning perspective. If regular changes to who is working for your family doesn't bother you, then Maria America's placements won't be an issue for you. The women are otherwise generally kind and sweet. From a professionalism standpoint, Danny is quite literally the rudest person you'll encounter. He starts off nice (as anyone would) but after a few encounters shows that he is short, curt and rude. Danny is the owner's son and has the sort of attitude you might expect from someone who did not start the business and does not understand that customer service is of paramount importance in this industry. I recommend that if you do decide to call Maria America, deal directly with the owner, as Danny is what makes you think the FBI should investigate this operation. He is shady and the way he conducts himself and makes placements is unethical and problematic.
