5/5 for food! The food was phenomenal. 3/5 for service. The restaurant wasn't busy, but he was the only server that seemed to be on the floor at 730 pm on a Wednesday, so I'll give him some slack. But i requested water 3x and ended up taking my friends before he finally brought it out. The water came when my food came so i think that's just a little slow. The server was very nice, just slow. But overall, i enjoyed the experience and would come back to give them another chance to redeem themselves in customer service. The food was so good. My friend and i shared the garlic naan, it came with 4 pieces and y'all let me tell you, it's the best naan I've ever had. The aroma from that garlic, and it even looked beautiful. I thoroughly enjoyed it. For dinner i orders the chicken korma, mildly spiced. The chicken was simmered in butter and spices and it was very delicious and that sauce was delightful. My friend had the chicken curry, medium spicy and boy could you taste the spice. I wouldn't be able to eat too much of that but the flavor profile was great as well. For these dishes it came with rice to share but you could ask for more if you needed. Also like most Indian restaurants they offer that flat crisp as a starter with a green and red sauce. The green was too spicy for me but the red one was sweet and mildly spicy. I ate the whole basket of these on my own. My husband and I were walking by Little India on the way back to our car charger and he announced to me that we just had to try Little India because the aroma on the street was amazing. I am very happy we went to dinner there and can't wait to head back for the buffet so we can try even more dishes. We started with a chickpea flour-fried onion. Oh, my. I've had this at other Indian restaurants but the ones here were sprinkled with Magic. I alternated dipping in some spicy green stuff with some sweet red stuff. Such a simple thing, but it was a great appetizer. My husband is a Chicken Tikka Masala snob: he tries it at each new restaurant we try, but only likes it at a restaurant near our house. Little India for the win! I had the vegetable biryani, (medium--will go with mild next time) and the yogurt dip stuff that came with it added the perfect amount of tangy-sweet as a foil to the heat and spices in the basmati rice and vegetables. We met one of the owners and found her to be delightful. The restaurant is decorated with interesting pieces of Indian art, very clean, and well-maintained. If you are looking for some unique, but delicious cuisine look no further than Little India. One warning I will issue is the spice, if you are not big on spice make sure you order your food in mild. Even then the spice is still decent. I have personally had the chicken korma which is my favorite. The chicken Tikka masala which was a little too spicy for me and I love spicy food. I also had a chicken wrap that had great flavor, but about three bites in my tongue was numb lol. I am not mad though because everything I've had here has been damn good. I also have had their Naan which is soft, hot, and delicous. As you can tell I have been here several times and I plan to come back much more often. read more

The people working here are always very attentive and welcoming. One of my many trips here I was unsure what to get, and they made me a great dish that wasn't even on the menu! It was a very personalized experience, they showed me the proper way to eat the dish and it was a lot of fun. The food is very filling, you'll probably leave with some lunch for another day. I seem to be in the minority here but we visited when they first opened and my whole family found the food mediocre, we found a small curly hair in the kheer and the lady (maybe the owner?) kept asking us questions and ALWAYS had her eyes on us and kept smiling at us from across the room. I get that she was trying to be nice but I think she knew my life story by the time we left and I really don't like to be watched like a hawk while I eat. Delicious food, no wait and friendly staff! We had been craving some Indian food in our stay in Macon so we tried this place thanks to other Yelps. Parking is available through the restaurant and street metered parking is all around. It was pretty quiet inside, few diners and take away clients. We had the stroller and they accommodated our indoor parking requirements. We didn't use the bathroom so I can't comment on the cleanliness or niceness. Now on to the food! We ordered the palak paneer and chicken korma both extra spicy, garlic and regular naan for solids and a mango lassi for a treat. It didn't take long to receive our meal and it was delicious! I was cautious when I saw some white cream in our entrees but after tasting them I think it was cream. Both the paneer and the korma were so creamy and flavorful and they spiced it as we asked. Often places dial back the heat level thInking that you probably can't hang. Y'all, I eat the howling chicken sandwich at Howlin' Rays in LA so no training wheels needed. Haha! The naan was hot with that nice hint of crisp on the bottom. The garlic naan was tasty as well. As for the lassi it was my first time having it so it was completely per my wife's suggestion that our daughter and I would like it. She was not wrong, it tasted like a melted mango Push-Up. Extremely rude staff. I came here for lunch. My wife and I ordered off the menu. After waiting over 30 minutes for our food we asked the server to check on our food. He decided to give a dissertation on food preparation and priorities at lunch time. If you order off the menu your order goes below the buffet refill. I generally only leave reviews for really good or really bad places. Service was terrible. Food was amazing. We sat for 10 minuets at our table before anyone asked us what we wanted to drink. (For reference there were only 3 other parties in the restaurant) My wife and I order chai tea and water. We didn't receive the water until after a table sat after us received there drinks. And not as in that table was on the way to our table, the waiter had to make a separate trip after I flagged him down and asked about our drinks. The chai tea took forever, it came out after my wife was half way done with her meal. Oh, and she never got water until we asked for it after the chai finally came. I am willing to give the benefit of the doubt. Possibly a bad day or understaffed. However, I'm very unhappy with the service, but hopefully just a one time occurrence. read more

Fantastic, authentic Indian food. Exactly what I was looking for and so glad we found it right after we moved here. So far I have tried some of their paneer dishes, a biryani, dhal and a bunch of appetizers and naans and everything was great. You can adjust the heat levels and I love that hot is truly hot! I have tried all of the Indian restaurants around the area including Warner Robins and I found this restaurant to be the best in terms of taste and quality. The atmosphere was very clean and welcoming. I went in for the lunch buffet at $8.99 on the weekends. The man who serve me was very attentive and made sure I had everything I needed. I started off with the chicken Tandori and it was one of the best I had ever had. It was very well seasoned and the chicken was not dry at all. My other favorites were the lemon rice and the chicken tiki masala and the chicken curry. Their vegetarian options of the buffet were also very flavorful. This restaurant has won my heart in the Indian category and I will be returning for the food os fresh, authentic with a friendly staff. read more

Love their food. I eat from the buffet. Though there are a limited number of items compared to a regular buffet restaurant they still have more than enough. I go there when I want spicy vegetarian food. The staff is friendly and will be glad to help you out if you have any questions or have never been to an Indian Restaurant before. The mango lassi isn't good, the naan hardly tastes like a naan and is usually too hard to enjoy, the buffet doesn't offer a good variety and the naan tray is always empty and they've to be reminded to fill it, the gulab jamun is too soft/watery. Ordered lunch buffet and was surprised at the lack of flavor one would expect from Indian food. Food was lukewarm probably because the flame under serving trays was not lit. The only exception was naan bread which was served at the table. The appetizer (chaat) was not pre-mixed and the mango custard had a watery consistency. I would not recommend this eatery. read more

This is my new favorite! One of our group wanted the eggplant dish but the hostess came out and explained that because of the weather issues, they hadn't gotten their regular supply and had run out. She took the time to go through every other vegetable that they cooked (including some not on the menu) until she found something I wanted. And when it came, it was delicious. Bad service. Gross food. They put MSG in the food. I give place two months. When asked for a refill after one glass of tea they said they were all out. Felt really weird after I ate the food. Like bad Chinese Food with MSG. Only two small piece of chicken on buffet when ask to make more gave funny look. The can't cook or provide good service. Our first visit. Samosas were large, flavorful, and inexpensive--2 for $3. Excellent. Pakoras were a fritter with the batter filled with chopped vegetables. We prefer vegetable chunks dipped in batter. Okay. Our entree was fantastic. We split Chicken Saag. We ordered mild and it had a little zip to it, but not too much to deter my not-pepper-loving wife. I'm not typically a fan of buffets, but their lunchtime version is great! Food is hot, serving area is kept clean, and there are tons of options. At dinner they have a huge menu and some alcohol options. Their prices are very reasonable as well. My boyfriend and I usually share a vegetarian paneer dish with an order of naan and beer/wine and our bill is always less than $25 and we leave stuffed! read more
