Yummy food! The egg drop soup is the best I've ever had. Service is good and atmosphere is pleasant.

From the second I walked in, we were kindly greeted, and told to pick absolutely anywhere to sit. There are plenty of options to pick from on the menu. There are separate lunch and dinner pricing. I was very surprised to see that they even have chicken nuggets and french fries on the menu since I had my two children with me. I ordered Wonton Soup, an Egg Roll, and Sesame Chicken. We ordered pickup, but unfortunately found the food to be mediocre, especially considering the price--almost $50 for three dinner entrees only. A true hidden gem with delicious food. Been here at least three times and finally writing a review. Hunan chicken with fried rice, spring roll, and hot and sour soup. This is my go to order for lunch. Have also had their Hunan shrimp and it's equally delicious. Quick, friendly service every time. Casual dining. Decorated with Asian trinkets. As others have stated this place is incredibly overpriced with extremely small portions. I don't know how they justify their price. I paid $ 17.99 for Pepper steak and you have to pay two dollars additional if you want an eggroll they gave me half a pint of pepper steak total. I thought this was a joke, but they claim everything is fresh so that somehow justifies the price you can't charge almost double the price of every other restaurant just because it's fresh supposedly the rice they gave me was just bland fried rice, which is white rice with soy sauce. Wife and I were really bummed about the food. 50 dollars for 2 to eat. Very hard to justify price. Ordered lo mein with my Mongolian beef and got essentially thin rice noodles that had absolutely no flavor. The onions and in my wife's chicken stirfry were completely raw. Nothing had any flavor. Could've had a better meal for less money at stirfry in downtown Kingsport. Don't waste your money here. Frozen Chinese food from Food Lion would've been a better decision. read more

First time here, fantastic. Nice building (with a party room if you need it). It's not typical dumbed down East tn Chinese. The Kung Pao chicken had a slight Thai flavor to it. Now I came to this place, strictly cause it had a good review and I wanted Chinese. Don't come here, it's overpriced first off. I had 2 orders of Lo Mein one shrimp, one chicken. I got 10 baby shrimp. The Lo Mein noddles not even Lo Mein more like chow Mien,( the noddles are thinner than my chopstick tip) Second off everything is unseasoned, I could've cooked this entire meal for less and with more flavor it's sad. The portions aren't even worth the price. Order some crab Rangoon... no crab but cheese instead. And the egg roll over cooked and 30% filling. We are staying in an AirBnb close by and found this little gem. This was our second time here and both times our experience was great! The owner is very welcoming and makes you feel very comfortable. The food was made very fresh. My husband had the sweet and sour soup at the owner's recommendation (at our first visit) and loves it! He gets the Kung Pao shrimp and says it's great. I've gotten the Mongolian beef which was really good and tender and this time I got the sesame chicken. It was good but not phenomenal. I would get it again though!! Egg rolls are fresh and yummy. The portion size isn't huge but it's more than plenty for the price. You should definitely check this place out!! read more

We are so happy that the new restaurant has opened. We truly missed this delicious food! The new facility is beautiful and the food remains exceptional. The owner/cook continues to serve with a smile, even came out to help the waitress today, when things got a little too busy. This is not fast food. Everything is cooked fresh to order. Nothing tastes like it had been sitting, and it is absolutely worth the wait! The hot and sour soup is the best I have ever had, and the egg rolls and entree's are always piping hot and fresh. The BEST Chinese restaurant in the area! Don't expect your typical "General Tso" NO this is MUCH better! No TVs in a quiet and cozy atmosphere. Limited beer selection, but the food makes up for it.
