Her ability to explain and demonstrate with such clarity (and humor) made even the most challenging skills feel achievable. You can tell she truly cares about each student's progress and takes pride in helping them improve. We left our sessions feeling inspired, motivated, and so grateful for her. Mary videoed our golf swings daily, on the range and the course, and then expertly broke down our positive attributes as well as our flaws. She prescribed various drills to eliminate -- or at least mitigate -- our flaws while accentuating the positives. She demonstrated new techniques where necessary and in so doing rebuilt our golf swings. This was a tall order for only four days. However, the improvements to our technique are very apparent. Mary brings to the table decades of experience. She has trained under numerous golf legends and is eager to share her knowledge with Bird Academy clients. We are planning to visit Mary again this coming November to participate in a six month refresher course.

This may be helpful if your child doesn't have time to draw but for any blossoming artist who spends hours of their own time sitting and drawing there isn't any value to this time at Kat's verses being at home. I'm not sure the "teacher" has any sort of special training; actually i don't think I ever even saw the teacher or had any feedback from him/her(?) in the 4 months we attended. During this time I saw no change in skill or ability from this class. He didn't particularly enjoy it either. It seemed that the front desk assistant frequently taught the class which started late and ended early regularly. My son benefited from the Young Rembrandt's program at his school more than this program and YR, for the most part, just taught him how to shade. So the bar wasn't set extremely high. This school also requires a registration fee ($60) to even try any of the classes and also requires a credit card on file which they cannot update except in person. There isn't any online account management.. They don't allow for over the phone changes and their withdrawal policy is also very strict so we ended up paying for a month we didn't want. They also sent my credit card information entire number, expiration date, ccv code, address and full name (!) in clear text VIA EMAIL unencrypted which is very very horrendous security policy for a company who requires this information be provided. They are not obviously not PCI compliant so I'd be wary of providing them this information. They aren't particularly nice or friendly either. We won't be back.

The students all looked occupied and kept the space clean. the teachers were doing hands-on work and were very nice. Rey was AMAZING! She really heard what I wanted my haircut to be and took extra care from the wash to the final product. She wasn't too talkative, but did answer all my questions and made me feel relaxed. She was focused and seemed to care. I enjoyed my service and the ease! Thank you Rey! I hope others will give student learning services a chance, it's great for them and even better for your wallet! She always answered my questions and was great at educating. It was specifically financial aid and students whom were the reason i dropped this school. The girls in this school are absolutely draining, every single day there was drama (which was expected in a school of 99% girls) but it wasn't just the students, the teachers, the staff- literally everyone always having drama to talk about. And coming from someone who had a bad high school experience, it just felt like i was back except it was women of all ages. Trying to stay motivated to come to school was a struggle when i hear all the other girls complaining and whinnying about coming to a school THEY signed up for. They were never pleased with anything. Any activities the staff wanted to do (although were never coordinated correctly EVER) the students just complain. I also joined October of 2025 , my first day was i guess mid way semester and was most confusing as ever. no one told me what to do, where anything was, where to go. there was no guidance from anyone and it was exhausting having to ask where everything was every 5 minutes. no one told me about procedure cards, remaking paper or physical tests or other side work until i picked up on it about a month in and had to ask myself. Finally, when i had enough of this i dropped January of this year, i went through about 5 different people just to figure out who i could get dropped through. explained to why to all of them (til this day had no clue why i had to do that) then finally reached "Financial Aid" Katie. she told me about the fees and what so, i agreed. Obviously still had to pay them some amount of money but i was not expecting to pay them almost $4K for the 4 months i came to class. This was not the cherry on top. I look into my fafsa account and see I owe TSAOB $2k ON TOP of the $4k. Me and my mom are panicking thinking they are trying to take even more money from us, not putting the $4k into the system. I try calling the school, no one answers. I text Katie asking for a email copy of receipt, (image 1) she leaves me on seen. mind you i just left her office that day. I keep trying to call the company, the school but im not getting answers from anyone for about a week. I call their office they say Katie will get back to me in the next day, two weeks go by i call again, they say she will get back to me, another week goes by. I decided to go TO the school with my mom. We have a short discussion with katie and she offers to have a "phone call"??. We obviously say no because this is an in person discussion. She says she will email my ledger and text me to set an appointment. going onto (image 2) I once again have to message this lady because me and my mom are stressing thinking they stole our money. Ms.Katie does not send my ledger till later that week and ONLY sent it because my mom called the office and told her to get back in touch or else we would go above them. At last me and my mom can compare documents JUST TO FIND OUT they were not stealing money. Katie offered to set an appointment and to this day has still not responded. This school worried me and my mother for three months thinking they just wanted more money. If only Ms.Katie had sent me my recipes the first time we asked none of this stress would've happened. I would've never attended this school if i knew all of this would happen. But then again, this is my experience. (Allegedly.)

We signed two of our boys up for School of Rock over the summer, and it quickly became the…read morehighlight of the week for both of them. They looked forward to every class, and it was incredible to see their confidence and love of music grow. The instructors were fantastic, especially Noah, the keys instructor. After every practice, he sent thoughtful, detailed notes that were such a joy to read. He always highlighted our son's progress, spoke so positively about his potential, and made it clear that he truly cared about helping each student grow. Those updates meant so much to us as parents. The owner, Michael, is also wonderful to work with. He's incredibly hands-on, approachable, and genuinely invested in the success of both the students and the program. You can tell he pours his heart into creating a positive experience for every family. We also had the pleasure of interacting with Lex and Ally, and they were just as amazing--friendly, helpful, and always willing to answer questions or lend a hand. We're so grateful for the entire School of Rock team for making this such a positive and memorable experience.
