So I started to search around to see who would be able to have my insurance cover it. Vista Physical Therapy in Alliance gave me a call back and let me know they accept my insurance and that it would be covered. So I signed up with them for twice a week with my $25 copay. I walked in one day at the beginning of February (One and a half months after starting with them) and saw a weird balance on my account. I got worried because, I am already on a tight budget with everything else as is. So before I went in, I had them look to see what that was. The woman at the front assured me it was a mistake on the address for the insurance company and that everything was covered and good. She told me to just make my copay payment. So sure enough, I went for another month without anything being said to me about it. I paid everytime I went in and have an emailed receipt for every visit. In March, I get a call. Apparently, my insurance never covered occupational therapy and only would cover physical therapy. So they told me my balance was over $3k. First off, I confirmed with them 4 different times to make sure it was covered. You don't sell someone on a $25 copay and then come back and go "oh by the way, it actually wasn't covered and its going to be over $100 per session". Thats the business' mistake and the appropriate thing to do would have been to say "Hey, we messed up. Thats on us but going forward this is what you would need to pay per session". I would have never spent over $1k a month on 2 times a week when I already owe thousands in other medical bills. I've already spoken to a medical lawyer. I am very appalled by the situation and the way they handled it. I would like to note that the only reason I have 2 stars is because my therapist, Tori, was great.

We looked into Azle Manor and was very impressed, so we had them moved. They have been there for 3 months now. We are so happy we made the change. They are an excellent residence for our folks. Shout out to the Administrator, Kip, Bridgette (who is awesome with regard to helping with Medicaid and financial stuff), The Nurses (especially Mandy), and staff are very caring and helpful. My treatment plan was personalized specifically to my needs and goals, not just cookie cutter post-op exercises. At each step there was a mixture of exercises I could do fairly easily in order to warm up and build confidence and those that challenged me. When I expressed a need to be able to climb tall stairs and a ladder, exercises were adapted in order for me to accomplish this. Highly recommend.

Consistency in therapy matters so much and seeing the same therapist is of utmost importance. This is not the right way to run a business. He receives physical therapy 1x a week, speech therapy 2x weekly, and occupational therapy 1x weekly. Because of his special needs he has had numerous doctors and therapists throughout his short life, and I can say that we have truly found a home here. The staff and therapists are all very friendly and have always been really polite and understanding. They will work with you with regards to scheduling, and figure out the best options for services depending on the type of insurance coverage you have. (We have a high deductible plan, but we plan ahead and budget for medical expenses accordingly.) As a stay-at-home homeschooling mom, I am on a budget just like everyone else, but Beelieve's services are well worth it to me. My son's speech and clarity have improved so much, as well as his strength and balance. He still struggles with symptoms of his diagnosis, but the work he does while at Beelieve has helped to improve his confidence and stamina, and that trickles down into every aspect of his life! The owner, and main Physical Therapist, Joanna truly cares about her patients and how she can best improve their health and reduce the struggles or pain they may be dealing with. All of the therapists here make going to an appointment feel like playtime! Even after coming every week for 2 years, my son is excited to get up and come back! He works hard during his therapy time and earns stickers and smiley faces that he can later turn in for toys or temporary tattoos. I think the best part about Beelieve is that they really take the time to listen to me as a parent.
