I use to love this place, I am disappointed with my order I ordered the Lad Nar with extra sauce and spicy...neither of which were present. And the egg drop soup was completely bland. I suppose I shall look elsewhere... Ok, I tried the this again....the best pho! I am from Chicago and Vietnamese food is pretty easy to find. Thais is the only restaurant in Springfield (that I am aware of) that serves pho. Right on point, all the the right flavors and super yummy. Moving from Orlando where there are many fabulous Thai opportunities~it took awhile to find a "favorite". Well, we found it in Little Saigon. Great lunch specials~but can be very pricey for dinner. Service is hit or miss, but overall, we frequent this more than any other asian flare. read more

I will start this off by saying I am a HUGE fan of Little Saigon. A co-worker and I had lunch here yesterday and to be honest, it may be awhile before I dine here again. The food was great, as always, but our waitress was TERRIBLE! She had the personality of the fork that I ate my pad thai with. She did not greet us warmly, offer a smile, or come back to our table after bringing out our food! She made us feel so uncomfortable the entire time we were there. It felt as if we were annoying her by being there almost. Whoever this girl is needs to find another job, working with people is definitely not her strong suit! read more

After living in Chicago for 4 years where really good Thai food is readily available I was really craving some in Springfield. I've had take out and eaten here for lunch now. Their food is SO good. Their lunch deals are really great, an entree, soup and egg roll for under $8. The crab rangoon is delicious! I'll definitely keep coming back. read more

Their pad thai is the best in Springfield. The pineapple banana smoothie is awesome and so large I ended up taking half of it home. Their egg rolls are fresh and tasty. They have a large menu and which contains an actual photo of each item with the description. I have been a customer for many years and appreciate their service and their willingness to add or subtract items from dishes as they are able to.. since I have some allergies being able to have these options is great. read more

I proceeded to order over $50 worth of food all the while thinking I should just hang up. After the order was placed, I called back and asked to speak to the manager and told him about my experience. Omg yum! Fresh, hot and delicious. Our waitress was bright and friendly, helpful with the menu as this was our first visit. I has a seafood curry dish called red soldier and my wife had the crazy rice noodle with chicken. They came through in spades! We also sampled two appetizers that were terrific. Visited on vacation from Arizona a few weeks back; great menu, prices and atmosphere. The service was friendly, and the "smoothies" were great. Very busy place however they did a good job to get people seated and orders were taken promptly. The food was good.

My partner and I got take out - it was fine but not great. They were fast so if you are in a pinch and want some greasy hungover food this might float your boat. I was excited to have their spicy (I forgot what exactly I ordered) but it had maybe 2 jalapeño slices. It wasn't spicy- maybe ordering extra jalapeños if you are looking for a kick. Will probably give this place another try since Springfield eateries are not abundant. read more

Little Saigon has an impressive menu. It is very deceptive as far as appearance from the outside. It is very spacious inside and clean. It can be a little expensive if you are ordering alcoholic drinks. The bo luc lac is my favorite. I also hear that the pad se ewe (sp?) is also mighty tasty. read more

My dad and I stopped in on our way to Chicago. We consider ourselves pho-'pho'natics and there's was top notch and steaming hot! The shrimp summer rolls were also tasty! Prices are super low for the amount of food you get. It was well worth the detour off the interstate. read more
