One of my favorite places in Springfield. Everything I've ordered there was well made. The staff is super nice and attentive.

The food is alright, I really like their smoothie selection. However, I do believe people should not get anything with the chicken or at least in the stir fry. Every time I've been there and have gotten chicken it is really slimy and I don't know why. It really grosses me out. Everything else is fine though. read more

Not anything mind blowing, but just fine to quench your thirst for Asian food! I got the usual, pad Thai and it was delicious both at the restaurant and for left overs! Appetizers were good, but we probably ordered the wrong thing. We had lo mein and crazy noodles and both were a huge disappointment. These were insipid and slimy. The chicken was actually gross, tasted old, almost like something that had been stored for a long time. Not very many vegetables were included in the dishes. Service was good but the food took about 1 hour to come out. It was inexpensive around $40 for two people. I probably will not return. read more

Interesting place; it's supposed to be a Vietnamese Thai fusion but without the fusion part. The decor is a strange mix of Mexican with Vietnamese and Thai? We were probably the only Vietnamese in this Vietnamese restaurant. We played the "guess the ethnicity of your waiter" game. I want to give it more stars for the really nice service, but the food was really disappointing. The Pho Tai Bo Vien lacked flavor and the thinly sliced beef was too thick, which became chewy. The vermicelli noodle with beef and shrimp was overly flavored and unevenly mixed, resulting in bites of salty and sweet patches. I tried the basil beef lunch special and it was more of a Vietnamese attempt at cooking a Thai dish that came out to be more Chinese than Thai. The best dish that we had there was the chicken satay- just don't eat it with the given peanut sauce. It tastes better with the fruit-vegi side order with honey. read more

My daughters and I are normally very forgiving and easy to please when it comes to food, but we were terribly disappointed with our meal. The pad Thai and stir fried rice have made Little Saigon a "never again" place for us. I do wonder if there must be other meals that are more their specialty, though, as the parking lot was pretty full and the reviews on here are fairly good. Love, love, love Little Saigon!!!! I've introduced so many people to it and everyone is just in love! Not only is their food filling, and amazing, but they also have the best frozen smoothies in the world. They put little tapioca balls in them and they're so good. If I'm ever feeling thai food, Little Saigon is where I go. I've gotten everything from Pineapple and vegetable fried rice to broccoli beef and spring rolls and everything is very good and well prepared. Huge Thai fan, and little Saigon is legit. Me and my boyfriend each got take out from here. I wanted green curry but asked for it mild not too hot and they said they couldn't do it, it comes spicy and that's just the way it is but it was very good, also got pad woonsen and it was very delicious I highly recommend it. read more

The best place to get Asian food in Springfield, hands down! I have eaten here numerous times for lunch. They have lunch specials for $6 that include soup and an eggroll. You can add a pot of hot tea for only $1. I ate my first dinner their recently and it was awesome! I highly recommend the saigon coffee. It is freshly made with condensed milk. The smoothies here are also the best in town. They use fresh fruit for all of their smoothies. Overall, a solid choice for lunch or dinner!! read more

I think this is probably the nicest Asian restaurant in Springfield. It is a sitdown place as opposed to take out and a fairly extensive menu for fairly moderate prices ($7-$12). I really enjoyed the pho and came away impressed, as did my two friends. Also, it is Springfield, so options are a little limited and one should be happy with a place like this. read more

Visiting from Chicago and had my doubts about authenticity. Very pleasantly surprised. Decor is clean and bright. Service was quick and polite Green papaya salad was excellent as was the fried dumpling appetizer and basil chicken. Only mediocre dish we tried was pad thai to which they added ketchup. Great food cooked to order! My new favorite spot for hot fresh Thai and Vietnamese cuisine!! I've not had a single item that I did not enjoy, but the Mongolian beef might be my favorite. The kids like the smoothies and I don't mind them getting a few more servings if fruit so it's a win-win as far as I am concerned. read more

A very nice place for Asian food. I do like their crazy noodles and curry noodles. They taste really good. Last time I ordered a curry noodles to go for lunch. They gave me veggie soup and a piece of springroll along with my order. I don't know if they come with my noodles since I didn't get those "sides" first time there. Restaurant was big and clean, no problems with service, food was very acceptable. We had shrimp and tofu pad thai and red curry. Neither were spectacular, but tasted good. The thai iced tea was quite nice, with plenty of cream. The food is delicious! My family and I eat here just about everytime we visit Springfield. Every dish I sampled from other family members plate, made me want to order extras to take home. Every time I eat there, I leave with a new favorite! They have a wonderful staff. They are friendly and helpful. Quick to make suggestions for my 5 yr old who doesn't like much of anything. They handled my pickiness with certain foods with professionalism. The atmosphere is family friendly with several televisions (to my husband's liking) around the place. After living in Chicago for 4 years where really good Thai food is readily available I was really craving some in Springfield. I've had take out and eaten here for lunch now. Their food is SO good. Their lunch deals are really great, an entree, soup and egg roll for under $8. The crab rangoon is delicious! I'll definitely keep coming back. read more
