I placed an order for 10 packages equaling and expecting 120 parts. There were only six stoppers received in a plastic bag and per our findings four of the stoppers were not a part of the mailing. As agreed today, I am returning the stoppers received (6 in all) for a full refund as offered. Not only that, per your office according to the shipping and return and refunds, shipping would not be included in the refund. Customer service had a total disregard and neglect to not see my point of Image 2 showing a package of #12 flag stoppers would be shipped to me. A true argument and disappointment.
