He personally tastes every wine on the shelf before deciding whether to stock it. The wine inventory changes somewhat over time based on availability, as it should. You won't see a lot of obvious, mass-produced wines here. What you will find are very, very well-crafted wines from all the major (and many of the minor) top wine-producing areas of the world. Prices are reasonable: Not rock-bottom, but not what you'd expect from a shop in a somewhat ritzy neighborhood.
