Perfect for an intimate experience, especially nervous kiddos. And Laschell was AMAZING!! You could tell she was great with kids just by the way she talked to us and our son. She got him used to the car and set him up with some Mickey Mouse and the rest was a breeze. Our son did amazing with her and his haircut turned out soooo good. What a great experience we had with Laschell! She was very communicative when I wanted confirmation with timing prior to booking an appointment. She provided clear directions as she has a little space inside a salon building. It was a very warm and welcoming place. My 2yo who is usually shy and takes time to adapt... went straight into it! He was happy and enjoyed his time while he was in the car. Laschell was super patient even when my child moved a bit. She really listened to what my husband and I had requested for the haircut. Super cute set up and the hairstylist is amazing! So very sweet and patient. Aamie did an excellent job with our 4 year old! Extremely patient and kind. We started with a trim and then brought our own "Rumi braid" for a dance camp she'd be attending later that day. Aamie added sparkles that my daughter loved and the braid stayed secure all night. When my daughter needed a break from the chair, Aamie let her stand or move to the toy basket in the studio to help keep her happy and distracted just long enough for the final touches. My son is a year and half and we spent the whole morning getting ready for the appointment. I received a text an hour before the appointment that laschell is canceling on us because she is sick and going to the doctor. I want to say I'm a very understanding person i completely understand people get sick and things happen but to cancel an hour before the appointment after booking about 2 weeks out is ridiculous. I asked when i could be rescheduled and didn't get a response at all which in my opinion is so disrespectful. Reading other reviews it's not the first time Laschell has done this. I don't think they read or care about the reviews but if i can help another momma not waste her time that's all that matters to me. read more

My son loved the hairstylists and he had so much fun sitting in the car, he even got to watch his favorite movie and get an organic sucker! Honestly... I normally don't take time to write reviews however, I had a poor experience with Little Trimmerz. I scheduled an appointment for my son online, but it was unexpectedly canceled because the stylist (Aaime) was rearranging her schedule, and the online appointment that I made was no longer available. This issue wasn't my fault. When she reached out to me to cancel the appointment, I tried to reschedule and the only option offered was within the next hour, which wasn't feasible as my son was in school and I couldn't pull him out and make it there in time. Despite explaining the situation, the staff was unaccommodating and showed no willingness to find a solution. This lack of flexibility and poor customer service was extremely frustrating. read more

I believe I'm a fairly easy going person. I'm pretty understanding that things happen in life and appointments get canceled due to unforeseen circumstances. I worked in a very busy doctors office for over 10 years I get that people wait for appointments and they have to get canceled due to office staff being sick etc. what I don't like it not getting any sort of response to a very simple question. After waiting probably about a month to have my son's first haircut I get a text about an hour before his appointment that it was getting canceled because the stylist was sick. She asked for me to confirm that I received the text and I responded with ok and that I hope she felt better, plus a very simple question on rescheduling. I have never been here so I don't know if they will reach out to fit me in somewhere or if I need to reschedule online for the next available but it's been crickets since I've sent it. I find it very rude and unprofessional to not respond to a customer that you canceled on. I wasn't even upset about the cancellation but I am very upset about no response. Seems to me they have enough business and couldn't care less about how they treat customers. That saying "a dime a dozen" really feels like it rings true here. read more

Thank you Laschell! Today we were able to get in to fix my oldest daughters hair after she chopped it on her own... I was devastated that she had to have bangs now but Laschell created a side swoop without completely cutting bangs for her. We are so happy and my girl is still confident. I've really hesitated to post this, but it's really stuck with me. Laschell texted me, and asked if we wanted to keep our appointment "because we cancel a lot". I was really taken aback because we didn't cancel last minute and her appointments booked months out. Sometimes we didn't know our plans months out & would reschedule before 24 hours, always. Well, the day she asked about, she ended up cancelling the same day. I would have totally understood her canceling on us, but trying to say we were crappy clients, then cancelling, really stung. My son was really bummed, he loved going to her. And then I asked if we could reschedule and she never responded. I know it sounds like we were pain clients she dropped, but honestly, we always showed up on time and canceled as far in advance as we could (always within 24 hours). I always tipped over 20%. Had ONE missed appointment in 4 years that I offered to pay for without services. And every other appointment was on time or cancelled/rescheduled well within 24 hours. She made me feel like crap. And it's stuck with me for a long time. read more

I will say it's definitely worth the 2-3 month wait to get in. Hands down the best haircuts they have received.
