This has been our go-to restaurant for Pho delivery, and we've never been disappointed with the quality, taste, and quantity of their food, so we decided to 'drop-in' for dinner instead of going the delivery route. The restaurant was CLEAN, quiet, and very welcoming when we arrived. Our table was spotless, and our server anticipated our needs before and throughout the meal. He asked if we knew how to use chopsticks, and a younger member of our party didn't, so he brought over a little, flexible clip to put the chopsticks, which helped guide their use and train the user on how to hold them. Return or not return? Maybe. Very respectful service. Yes, respectful. Wish more places could be like this. At times however, slightly awkward like stirring my iced coffee for me, for what seemed like a long time. Issue is this may not be what I would deem hard core Vietnamese. If this were a Chinese restaurant it would be serving Sweet & Sour Pork all day. Dishes, flavors clearly adapted to Western tastes. Shaking Beef seemed to be getting a lot of reviews so tried it. Best summary. Meh! Nothing special but nice flavor, though biggest issue is absence of love on the presentation, and while the beef appeared to be a filet, it was chewy and tough. Also order their rolls, the deep fried one wasn't bad. Simple and flavorful. The fresh rolls had too much vermicelli so a tad bland. Lastly, they had some food runners working who appeared to be of Hispanic descent and asked about a specific dish "he" was bringing to a table, and he had no idea. Loved the lobster spring roll. My friend also enjoyed the tofu spring rolls. We were impressed with the artichokes; the best artichokes I have ever had. I very much enjoyed the ambiance when I came in. The interior was beautiful and spacious. The service was really good and friendly. The lobster roll had fresh mango in it and was a 5/5. It was so fresh and yummy. The pho was decent. Nothing remarkable except it was cool how they serve the broth fresh from a thermos at your table. The vermicelli was also decent and solidly good. I think I found my go-to spot for Vietnamese food. I haven't tried their Pho or Banh Mi's, but will do in future visits. I'm going to start off by saying their spring rolls, especially the Lobster spring rolls are some of the best I've had. I love the roasted shallots and mango. A different twist, also served with peanut sauce and fish sauce. From a service standpoint it's pretty awesome they provide chilled glass for their beers. The Spicy Lemongrass chicken was tasty as well. Really did a nice kick to it. I must say the absolute home run on the menu is the Curry Beef Vermicelli bowl. The curry was perfect and the accompanying veggies and toppings made this a perfect dish. The staff even gave us a crème buréele on a spoon as a complimentary way to end our dinner. I do not eat any type of animal flesh and specifically ordered vegetable egg rolls. As I was eating my vegetable egg rolls, second one, I started feeling queasy. To start, I decided to order (half/half) vegetarian egg rolls & regular egg rolls. For my course I went ahead and ordered their Little V Pho with added meatballs. Alright, so both of the egg rolls came out piping hot and were delicious; it was textbook made. My pho was pretty good, the broth was clean & not too fatty & oily. The rare steak & the brisket was very tendered & just melts in your mouth. I really like the fact that the meats were not chewy and hard. They also pour the broth right in front of you in a Thermos, which was quite interesting if I have to say. I am going to be very critical because I'm a fan of Pho & I want them to hear my feedback. While the Broth was tasty & clean & the meats were tendered. I was not a fan of their execution on the noodles. I felt that it wasn't boiled long enough. The noodles were stuck together & that's a no no. It was a little undercooked in my opinion & kind of hard. Other than that I have no complaints. When we were finished, they brought us a complimentary spoonful of crème brûlée, which is a perfect touch to end our meal. I thought the brûlée was amazing & I could've had 10 more spoonful's of it. However we figured two noodl soups from the lunch special menu should come out $ 29 plus taxes, it actually showed 33.92 plus taxes, when we asked why it's not $14.50 each as the menu say, the waitress replied Oh, we just change the price this mornin... Really? if you are an hone business, you should stick with the price from the menu you give to your customer, you cannot just increase the price whatever you want, besides, $17 for a bowl noodles soup during lunch special and it's only $15 on the regular menu... the soup is good but not that good for the overcharge price. read more

The overall restaurant appeals more visually than authenticity but still a good restaurant. The service is really amazing here, each staff member is so kind and helpful. They really do emphasize customer importance here and it shows. The food is pretty decent. The Lobster Spring Rolls are not bad. The peanut sauce adds flavor to the chewy roll. The plating is pretty and the giant piece of lettuce adds a nice pop of color. The Eggplant Vermicelli Bowl was interesting, I have never seen eggplant paired with vermicelli before but it is a cool vegan option. It also comes with its own sauce as opposed to the fish sauce normally eaten with vermicelli. The eggplant was soft and well prepared, although the flavor did get kind of old after a while. Eating my leftovers the next day actually tasted so much better than the first time - not sure why. We also got complimentary creme brûlée on our way out which was a nice ending. Authentic flavorful Vietnamese Food! The only concern is that they're not limiting occupants by social distancing. Which is no longer required in Texas.
