I came here over the holidays and wanted to try out this new restaurant concept, which combines 10 different cuisines into a single restaurant. It was set up like a ghost kitchen, but you can order and dine in. P2 chose their Taiwanese Popcorn Chicken Over Rice, and I chose the Taiwanese Braised Pork Over Rice. The popcorn chicken is authentic and delicious. For $12, we were given a generous portion of chicken and vegetables. On the other hand, I did not get my money's worth. For $10, I was given a small scoop of ground braised pork and a tea egg over a massive amount of white rice. The proportion of my meal was comically so off that I had considered complaining about my experience to the server. I decided not to, as the server had nothing to do with portion control. We paid around $28 after a tip for a lackluster meal for two. We went on a Sunday during lunchtime when restaurants are usually packed, but we were the only ones there. Saw on Instagram about a robo cafe. When we got here it was super confusing. It's set up like a ghost kitchen, so you can order from a menu and the bring out food to you. Or you can order from these robots. The robots are still not finely tuned so it's not always working right and requires human interaction. Takes long and doesn't taste that great. Love the concept hope the execution gets better overtime. For now even boba jobs are safe from the robots! read more

I visited this restaurant craving a snack and tried the popcorn chicken. It was disappointing--bland and flavorless. Good popcorn chicken should be crispy, well-seasoned, peppery, and juicy. This one had no flavor and felt like chewing on flavorless breading. It missed the mark completely. People are nice though and good service. read more

Came here for dinner to try the new Asian dining hall in Katy Asiatown. Definitely not what I imagined for a food hall compared to the food halls in Houston. They have an electronic menu at the front which one of the hostess explained to us since it was our first time. It's a bunch of smaller start up style Asian restaurants that you can order from. It was pretty empty for 730pm on a Thursday night. For how empty it was, the service and food delivery were slow. You have to wait for the hostess to bring you water and they don't refill your water on their own, you have to bring them the cups at the front desk for them to refill it. Would be much more efficient if they had a self-serve water station. They do have happy hour (4 drinks for $10) but we didn't drink tonight. Then the food came out. We ordered the popcorn chicken, beef fried rice, and walnut shrimp. The popcorn chicken was good but not great. We were also really hungry. It was lacking in spice and seasoning, but the crisp was good and fresh. Same thing with the fried texture of the walnut shrimp but the sauce was also on point-- this was my favorite dish. The shrimp were large and meaty and topped with a fair bit of walnuts. And the beef fried rice was meh. The rice was overly moist and soggy and bland. We might come back to try their happy hour but did not get a great first impression of the dining hall tonight. read more

This is a new food hall in Katy. They are having their soft opening right now so we went to try it out. The Thai food is seriously SO delicious. The owner/manager was out on the floor greeting guests and interacting with everyone which was awesome to me! I'm assuming they will eventually have tablets at each table to order but they have the QR code to scan, a main tablet in the front and a host to order as well. They don't give you water you have to order it and they have a few other little drinks as well. I would definitely come back read more

Not sure why we never tried this place!! So many variety of different kind of foods! The staff was super nice and the food came out quick! We got the spicy hotpot and honesty can feed two people. We didn't have to add extra meat because they give you a lot of food! The fish strips was not fishy and very delicious. Not your regular fish sticks! Will definitely come back here!! read more

Amazing food and service! We went on a Wednesday which means we got the buy one get one free offer which allowed us to get a lot of food but save money. We almost payed more than we should have by accident but the staff made sure we got our deal which was so kind and generous. Even the bathroom was a nice experience, it was very clean and had cool fun lighting giving it a nice ambiance. The place is well decorated and the food only took about 10-15 minutes which was very fast giving the amount we ordered. I will definitely be going here again! read more

Very flavorful and authentic taste! Love their Taiwanese food! Their curry stir fried dish is a must try, and 3 choices of spicy levels accommodate the different groups of people. Besides that, we enjoyed the cozy atmosphere and attentive service a lot. The server changed the TV channel and music according to our preference, and checked up without disturbing us (we were talking at that time), took away the dirty dishes and brought to go box before we asked. We were welcomed by the staff when we walked in. One of the employees did a thorough job explaining how to order off of their tablet. They had 2 tablets for customers to order from. It was pretty slow for dinner on a Thursday. We ordered the popcorn chicken, beef fried rice and walnut shrimp. The popcorn chicken was pretty good, but was missing some spice to it. The fried rice was a bit mushy. Flavor was decent, but the rice needed to be drier. Walnut shrimp was ok. It was probably my least favorite. The shrimp wasn't evenly coated with the sauce so some pieces had way too much sauce and some pieces didn't have much at all. We had to carry our cups to the host stand to ask for more water. Don't expect anyone to actually wait on you here. It was kind of odd because the setup looks like a restaurant but their service was more like a self serve food hall. read more

I was not impressed; maybe it was just me, but so many things went wrong that I lost count. The order was placed online, and after about an hour, I called to see when it would be delivered. The employee stated that they don't do delivery, but the order was placed with them, and they could see it was a delivery. The employee indicated that Yelp did not turn off the delivery option and could just come and pick up my paid order. I declined to pick up the order placed for delivery, and they stated it would be delivered this time, but future orders will be picked up. Quiet place, they have dimsum on Fri, Sat,Sun. Which is what I was looking for. Not extensive but they have the classic dim sum item. They give you a paper menu for dimsum.first time most items were available, food was hot and tasted good. Decent value as the other dimsum places prices have gone sky high. Next time half the items were crossed out being unavailable. Third time more items were out some added back in. Food still was hot but the shrinking undependable menu is a big negative. read more

I ordered the fried pork chop for $12.99, the pork chop came out mostly bone, with a couple small pieces meat, It is 1/2 size of the other restaurant portion, i think it is way overpriced! You are better off going to Tan Tan Restaurant for Vietnamese grill pork chop! It is much bigger in size only for $10 with a lot of vegetables! read more

I wanted to like this place since it offers several restaurants. But it missed the mark. Watery soup, tiny Roti, bland heat in the pad Thai, the curry was the best part I just wish it had more ingredients in it. Kind of tasted pre-made like a Mae ploy curry. The owner was there and she hovered a lot. Didn't really give her employees a chance to work. Also, they don't serve water, you have to buy bottled water. Not normally something you expect when eating spicy Thai food. Wish the roti was bigger. And the pad Thai was 10 times hotter than the curry even though we ordered both at regular spice. And if you order to go, don't be surprised if half the noodles are stuck to the box. Most likely not going to go back even when the other kitchens open. Also, didn't bother me, but the page says the employees wear masks. They most definitely did not. I'll just go back to thaicoon which was significantly better for a couple dollars more. read more

This place surprised and confused us when we arrived, but now that we get the concept we're all in. This is NOT a single restaurant trying to do all things Asian at once; think of it instead as a stealth food court. Inside are tables, transitional-modern decor, an ordering kiosk, and a hostess. On the other side of the wall, it turns out, are 14 kitchen stations for different startups. You essentially have access to multiple restaurants (6 were in operation when we went) at one location--an ideal something-for-everybody spot. AND a way to support a business concept that provides a toehold for entrepreneurs. I had a terrific beef pho, and my husband had a beef/rice dish (can't remember the name--tasty but a bit stingy on the portion). Food arrives in takeout containers--great for carryout, less than ideal for dine-in, but logical if I think of it as a true food court. We'll be back! read more

Bowl King's Vietnamese grilled pork and fried chicken were absolutely delicious. The fried chicken had no batter, so it was fairly light, but the chicken skin was fried to a delicious crisp - ugh, I love crispy chicken skin so much. No sog. Perfection. Seasoning was on point. The rest of the bowl ingredients were acceptable, but I would buy the protein by itself though, lol, like street food popcorn chicken style :). We tried the Thai food here. It's similar to a food hall except you only order from the counter or service tablet. The cashier was nice and was able to answer my questions. The chefs actually delivered the food since it was a slower day and they were so nice! They made sure we had enough of everything to share. I would def come back here for affordable and good thai food. I'll be back to try the other foods! read more
