I like the sort of sprawling and overfilled place where you might have to dig through a lot of junk, but you may be rewarded with a piece of exceptionally inexpensive treasure. This place is actually what it states in the name - a secondhand boutique. Most items are fairly affordable, all are in good condition, and each one has been thoughtfully chosen for its style and quality. The items tend toward a more classic and conservative style. The people who work here seem quite friendly. I didn't buy anything - but I would absolutely recommend it to someone looking for a boutique shopping experience rather than classic thrifting.

Lots of lightly worn clothes from good brands (a lot of designer) donated by locals. All proceeds go to supporting the library, so you never feel guilty for buying a little too much. The best sections I've found to be are jewelry and blouses. I try to go once a week since they're constantly rotating in new things. Also good to know that every week they have a sale color like a goodwill so you can get really great deals!

They accept donations daily and help to keep unwanted items out of the landfill. When you make a donation, they will give you a voucher for five dollars off toward one of their used toys. The options are amazing for kids birth to school age. There is a game room, clothing section, area for baby items (strollers, cribs, swings, etc) and so many toys. If you need it for a kid, they probably have it. Things are a bit on the expensive side, but I think that's expected because the stuff on display is usually in fairly good condition and I imagine the rent in this area isn't particularly low for a two story store that runs on variable donations. It's a place that I enjoy having in close proximity to my home and as part of our local community.

I have now tried 3x to pick up all of my "rejects" and the shop is never open. I am in Salem assisting my 89 & 90 year old parents so it's not a simple task to drive 45 miles & be met with a closed shop !!! It feels good to know you're not contributing to the massive excess and waste of the fashion industry by buying pre-loved clothes (that also benefit the consigners!)
