This is going to seem ridiculous... I got to wondering what Chuck E Cheeses are like in 2025 (I should have posted this review last year). We were driving by one. I asked my companion if we could stop there. They thought I was kidding. I was not kidding. My companion refused to go in with me because there was no small child with us. I am not going to let fear of being perceived as unconventional stop me from locating Down the Clown and other games I enjoy playing. The employee at the front said plenty of adults come to Chuck E Cheese w/o kids. See? I'm just one of my generation. I didn't stay or play anything. Now I don't remember whether or not Down the Clown was there. I know the animatronics are long gone and I've made peace with it. I very much hope to come back sometime... or maybe I'll just play games at the arcade at Ronnie's down the road. read more

Against all odds and better judgment, my kids love this place! Chuck E Cheese delivers on the chaos and fun. The game selection is great and clean with a nice variety for all kids under 10. The added trampoline area is a hit with the kids but it's an extra $10 per child so the day can get expensive quick. The staff keeps the area locked keeping out those who haven't paid which can be a bit frustrating when you still have to track someone down every time your kid wants back in. Don't go expecting to score giant prizes, ticket payouts are low and prizes are lackluster. If you need to burn energy and embrace a little madness, the kids will have a blast. read more

Whenever I am in Missouri, I try and stop by with the grandkids. They love the place . They have a blast. Last few times there was no mouse walking around. Idk if they still do that or not. Prices were reasonable and the pizza was ok. Nice staff last time I was there. read more

I've been to 3 birthdays here in the last 12 months. The food is ok and most of the games work and it's pretty clean. For a Chuck E. Cheese I think that's pretty darn good. My 5 and 6 year old love it. Get unlimited game play. If they wanted 5 stars I'd suggest more smiles and greetings from the staff and making sure all the games work. To be clear, staff is not bad just not 5 star service. And most of the games work. read more

I came in on Friday very rude manger named Robert any time I come in he's never friendly I was having dawn ring in my stuff and he just comes up saying by Wed all the coin games will be gone so rude my kids love them games but also every weekend we are here the kids ask him to fix games he's super rude I also noticed the trampoline were closed by 8 pm and he told dawn they was closing the salad bar which I did get Friday the lettuce was wet and had a bad taste I didn't come in over the weekend just because of how rude he was read more

This place was great. We'll definitely be back. Was happy that it was super clean and great service from everyone there. They really made it nice for us. It was surprisingly upscale sort of. Especially compared to going to these types of places in the 80s and 90s. No robot band anymore though. Just giant video walls and massive tvs everywhere with really high quality videos with the characters and really good kids bop kids and holiday music videos for kids. The pizza and salad bar were really good too. The pizza was better than incredible pizza. Not a buffet for the pizza but great salad bar. The pizza was something that I actually thought was good. Nice to have a good sized trampoline area for my 5 year old daughter. She could play about 90% of the video games there but only like 1 or 2 games didn't work. read more

The young lady behind the prize counter was so sweet. My son a toddler was very tearful about not having enough tickets for the toy he wanted and without hesitation she offered it to us. I wish I would've asked her name because she was very kind. This mama really appreciated this act of kindness with my three year old on the verge of a meltdown with it being lunch/nap time and him being physically exhausted from playing. We have now been to this location 3 times. Each time we have had great service! The games, restaurant and bathrooms are very clean!! Its so nice to pay and play as much as you want, unlike a typical arcade where you have to pay tokens for each game. Highly recommend!!!! read more

We waited 40 minutes to get our pizzas and when we finally had to chase it down one was ice cold and the other was made wrong and had to be remade. We requested extra sauce and both pizzas had almost no sauce. I wanted to put salt on my pizza but the salt shakers were filthy and one had a hair on top. They weren't busy at all, yet the service was terrible. I hope I never have to go back there! read more

We were pretty offended today, we normally come here to let our 1 year old run around and play and get on the rides. This guy comes out in a Chuckie Cheese costume, he has tickets in his hands and hands the little white kid his tickets but throws our Lil boy tickets up in the air and walks off. Any other time I would've cursed his dumb ass out, but because I had my baby with me I just left it alone. The cashier was nice and our food was hot and ready, but that mfkr in the rat suit needs his ass kicked. To show you how God doesn't like ugly, the last machine we played kicked out over 800 tickets. Man oh man, I should be banned for reviewing places like this. Crazed kids screaming at the top of their lungs, running wild as if they were reenacting scenes from "Lord of the Flies." Glazed over teenage employees looking like they'd been to the fires of hell and back. Equally glazed over parents downing beers and eating bad pizza as they watch the latest in animatronic technology. Outdated video games with screens and controls so covered in pizza-grease and germ encrusted finger prints that I think one could easily start a made for TV movie about a biological contagion that originated here. And even if the screens weren't smeared with hand prints, the lights are so bright in the place (less a pedophile go wild on an abduction rampage) that you can barely see some of the games anyhow. Oh and what to do with your winnings? Well the prizes are by far worse than the bottom barrel of any dollar store in America. I should probably stop while I am ahead. But why am I giving this three stars? Well think of what is stacked up against this establishment: children. Aggressive, crazed, sugar binging fiends from the depths of hell. Enter and be in awe of their piranha like abilities to devour your mind of it's sanity. Was here for a party tonight. Staff was nice. Pizza was ok. The other customers were rude and pushy. The woman's bathroom was Disgusting and smelled like weed. Also saw parents in the parking lot rolling a blunt. Great place for kids. Not. Maybe have a security guard outside as well so that people aren't rolling up their weed on your parking lot at a place for kids. I will not be back. This place has gone to shit. read more

Dirty bathrooms, messy play area. This location has fewer games than most and there isn't a live stage for Chuck E. Cheese's band. The mouse came out once for the birthday parties. It did not come out and wonder around for everyone else. The prizes all suck. Won't be going back. Not worth the price. read more

Went here awhile back for my nieces b-day party. Basically there were a group of older teenagers going in and out of the place to go sit in their car or hang out in the parking lot for awhile and then come back in and congregate around a few games making it impossible a for children to play any of those games while they were there. There were also little kids standing on the ski ball machine throwing the balls over handed into the machine. The most disgusting moment was when we walked away from our table and one of the teenagers/thugs grabbed one of our leftover drinks and refilled it and started drinking out of it. I didn't really care because we were done eating and drinking, but it just punctuated how unsupervised and disgusting this place is. It was a totally gross experience and I would not recommend taking kids here. read more

We had a party for my daughter at this location last evening. The employees were very nice and helpful. The pizza was surprisingly great. Not to crowded and we were having a wonderful time. At that point I would have gave it five stars easy. But then I had to go to the restroom...inside the ladies room was a woman standing at the sinks with her shorts pulled down yonder and with her hand hidden between her legs just going to town doing what god only knows! I quickly went into the first stall in shock wondering if my eyes was playing tricks on me because surely no one would be standing at a freakin childrens restuarant with their bare ass showing rubbing her vagina!!! When I left the stall she was stll there goin at it. There was no way I could bring myself to wash my hands! When I got back to my table and told the adults what I had seen. One told me she had seen the same woman be let in by the manager. And another told me she thought maybe she was homeless and could have been washing up in the sink. And that some of the staff acted like they knew her. She was not with any children nor parties. Apparently the other adults had noticed her because she stood out looking around 45 with lace short shorts, peach halter top, tanned and white blonde hair. One guy said she looked high and he was pretty sure she was a prostitute. Oh and another lady told us about her experience in the bathroom also! Later when we were leaving she was at the bus station. So I don't care who she is but I hope the manager if hes trying to help someone that maybe he lets her clean herself after hours or something if thats what she was doing. I hadn't been to a Chuck E Cheese since I was a child but as I recall I completely loved it as a kid. That being said now as a parent, I have a full understanding of what I must have put my parents through. I am sorry Mom and Dad! We were here for a birthday party and as we walked in the door you are greeted with noise, lights and a line! They stamp your hands as you walk in to match the kids to the parents. This was actually nice so in theory no one else can walk out with your child. They now separate the toddler game area from the older kid area which I thought was a nice touch. We were given a table number and then searched on our own for the birthday table. All the tables are located near the back of the building and are lined up to face the stage. I felt we were packed in like sardines. We were provided a cup full of tokens and then made our way to the game area for 20 minutes of games. They do have a single climbing area which my kids liked. It can be very hard to keep an eye on your child with how crowded it gets so watch your kiddos closely. The pizza is "ok". They also provide pitchers of lemonade and fruit punch that they continued to refill. Chuck E Cheese eventually had his way out right after the cake was cut and performed a little birthday presentation and song. Overall this place is exhausting for parents but our kids thoroughly enjoyed themselves and asked to come back. I gave 3 stars instead of 4 because of the poor organization and layout. Would have been much nicer with a separate dining area that was separated by a wall from the rest of the place. However there just aren't enough places like this to take young kids to let off steam especially in the winter! read more

Wanted to have a night dedicated to our daughter having fun, thank God she just wanted to run and not sit and eat. Got the wings and a Caesar wrap, the wings came out slimy and under cooked. The wrap was as big as two fingers put together and the place smelled like urine. When we paid for the food and tokens, we received a receipt worth 50 tickets, after my husband complained to the manager about the wings, she discounted our food but also took the receipt for the tickets. So because you serve old uncooked food my daughter loses out on the extra tickets?? Fortunately the girl behind the ticket counter took pity and gave us the receipt back. We should have known better considering it was a Friday night and the place was empty!! We won't be back, I'll spend the money at Dave and Busters or incredible pizza next time at least we will get decent food! read more

So, I went here to celebrate my child's birthday considering that she's never been to Chuck e Cheese. I felt that I would have a great deal of help considering that the person that recommended my party went there as well. I confirm my party, arrived and was greeted well but after all of the introduction I was left alone. I had to ask for my daughters party hat, necklace, and for help. The host was not there unless she was delivering and didn't stay around to hand out the food, cake, anything. I had to basically conduct the party myself and try and watch and interact with my child. Once the party was over I received a call from the manager because of my review. He promised me a free party and said I'll receive it in the mail...I've yet to receive it.
