The team members come across as being attentive and respectful. When we check out our products, the cashiers take the initiative to talk to us. At which point, I feel more comfortable about my purchase. Of course, I go food shopping with Joseph. He buys groceries as he cooks at home. I like the location as it allows customers to shop at other stores such as TJ Maxx, Ulta Beauty or Old Navy. A solid place for grocery shopping.

Now when I'm here in Ithaca, I get to have Smoothie King right down the street and I couldn't be happier about it. The employees here are super friendly. Any time I walk in they're always smiling and look genuinely excited for me to be there. They are always down for a little small talk too which is a nice bonus. My go-to smoothie orders are either Angel Food (classic) or the Peanut Power Plus. Can't go wrong with either one though I am hyped to try out some other flavors too as I go in more. Never have tried the food out here but I have heard some good things about their loaded toast so I think that would be great to give a try. The smoothies at this location are also super high quality. They have an excellent amount of iceiness, which you would think would be at every location but it's not. So it's great to see that this one does it right.
