They are very strict with their policy of only a few customers at a time inside the store which is very for social distancing. I took my fixie in for a rim truing and a new inner tube. It was done the same day, even tho I said id be back the next day, and it rode very well. I went back a couple days later because it was a little wobbly (its old so a couple spokes came loose), but Alex fixed it quick and then went above by checking the front wheel truing, and then went beyond by adding some chain lube! I really appreciate the extra effort because I am a student and this bike is my only ride, and cant get a new one right now. Though while I was waiting, I checked out what they had and I saw a new one I really liked... but for now this one is doing very well. THANKS! read more

I been here a few times in the pass couple of months and every time the young man that was helping me was GREAT. My first visit was to get bike tune up that had been sitting in my garage for years. I told them I needed the bike in two days but they had it ready the next business day and it runs great. Its a small store but they have just about everything that you need. bought new wheels here and new inner tubes all together for about $165 installed. brought the bike home in my truck and didnt ride it. once I was home the rear tire was flat. put air in it and a few hours later was flat again. came back to the shop a 2 days later and told them what happened. blamed the flat on me and charged me for another tube. tubes are cheap but it's the principle that matters. poor customer service and lack of care. also not true to their word. one person gives me a price on wheels then changes it later. tells me they won't charge to install since I bought new wheels then charges me for labor. worst experience in a bike shop. read more

Went in with an issue on my seat and post that I purchased elsewhere. No questions asked, they looked at it and said it was on backwards and fixed it. No charge and no selling. Actually I opened the door to a purchase "should I get a new seat and post?" just to be told to wait until I try the new seat setting. I shopped local bike shops in Las Vegas and couldn't find the exact Fixie bike I wanted anywhere. I did a internet search and live4bikes.com had the best price and options. I ordered my bike using their "build your custom fixie" page. Through email and over the phone they gave me even more options to make sure I got the exact bike I wanted. I ordered the bike on Wednesday and it was UPS shipped FOR FREE at my house in Las Vegas on Friday. The bike is AWESOME, exactly what I wanted and I can't believe the reasonable price they have for their great service. I wish I could show a pic of the bike for y'all to see! My husband and I got bikes here and we were very happy with the service. The manager let us roam around without hovering over us or trying to up sell us. He had suggestions for me that were under budget for brand name bikes (I went with a vintage Schwinn) and let us test ride any bike we wanted. After we picked out the bikes and accessories, the repair guys adjusted the seats, tightened everything up and added our accessories on. With two bikes, 2 bike locks, a helmet, a standing air pump, a basket and a bell, the total came out to $350 including tax and delivery and the owner delivered it to us the same night. He accidentally delivered the wrong bikes but I still give 5 stars cause we live 14 miles away and he fixed the problem asap and didn't charge us for delivery. read more

I sure hope the owners read this review. I was in today based on the good prices I saw on used bikes from their craigslist postings. As my girlfriend and I were checking on bikes in the rear parking lot, a straight up tweeker tried to sell me bikes he had stored somewhere in Palos Verdes. This guy looked like he just got out of prison. He followed me everywhere even after I told him no thanks. He actually said he needed fast money because his son just got arrested. I tried a little to make a deal with the actual sales people but I had to leave because I was so un-nerved by the freelance meth head trying to sell me stolen bikes. As I drove away, he walked out the front door looking for me, super freaky. The store and the actual sales staff seemed OK maybe even great, but they really need to get rid of the riff raff. read more

I brought my 5 year old Trek mountain bike for a tune up as a walk in and I got to say that after a short 15 minute wait it came out looking new and it ran great! Best bike shop in town! Affordable prices on new and used bikes. I bought a used commuter bike here that originally had been set up with pink tires and handle bar grips, dont get me wrong, I like pink but it was a bit too much for me lol. They offered to switch out the tires, grips, and the covers that go on the brake wires to new black ones free of charge. I love my new old bike! I tried their finance program 6 months no interest and I got approved! I got a 6ku track bike and they ordered a zycle fix bike for my girlfriend.
