"Is this store related to the one in Waikiki?" Yes! This is the sister store of Kira x Miffy at the Royal Hawaiian Center! Of course, we had to look at all of the Miffy merchandise... fanny packs, hair clips, stickers, caps, plushies, etc. Other items featured Hello Kitty, Kuromi, My Melody, Snoopy, and more! There were pet gifts and a children's corner! The decor was cute and bright! Service was cheerful and attentive! We'll be back because this shop is more convenient than Waikiki! Plus... there's free parking behind the building!

Lando will pull me to Aloha Kira everytime we're in the area- he loves the cute dog sections with dog toys and bandanas. The curation of all the stuff here is immaculate - exactly my style! My biggest weakness is baggu bags- and they always have all the newest styles and colors. I will always check Aloha Kira before buying it online and avoid the shipping costs and wait. The selection here rotates so they always have the newest trends- from dresses, matching sets, and I love getting sunglasses from here. If you're looking for a gift for the "it girl" in your life, Aloha Kira is the shop to check out! It's a good price range, especially for gifts!

We were drawn in by all of the colors, varieties of merchandise, and quality of goods. SoHa Living has several locations. This store is known for home decor, home furnishings, and souvenirs. Besides tote bags, we looked at earrings, hats, magnets, zippered pouches, pillows, shell necklaces, note cards, dishes, and more! Staff were busy with customers, so we really didn't interact with anyone. It's a great place to browse and purchase gifts!

Lots of parking in the shopping center...stalls are good sized. It is usually busy, so parking can be problematic.

Today is the last day of the August sale, so I stopped in to buy a few items, plus wanted to get the special poke on sale to eat for lunch. One thing that I (and I'm sure others) noticed in this section, was the awful smell. It's the first time this odor was here. It smelled like rotting seafood, or decomp, like something died. I smelled it all the way from the liquor section by the sake, to the back by the seafood case. There was a maintenance person working on the pumps, and the refrigerated cases looked like there was a lot of condensation inside; meaning possible cooling issues. Another sign on the inside door said the drains were clogged, so perhaps that was causing the smell and other issues? Unfortunately, no one was at the counter, and the sign said I had to wait about 15 minutes (it was 12:30 when I got there). Someone finally did come a little after 12:45, so I got my poke to check out, only to find only 1 register open, with 5 people in line. I really hope they address these service issues.

This cozy shop is filled right from the door all sorts of artsy items easily shop for my besties...and myself lol! Looking for something unique to send to my friends out to the states is challenging at times as the usual items found in Waikiki isn't as crafted with the local flair that we all love, tastefully chosen items are so appreciated. Some of that flair is found here which makes it easy and fun as well besides supporting local is something we all must do along with the helpful and kind staff shopping in Kailua is the classic way to go whenever I'm in the area. Everywhere you look there are amazing and unique pieces of clothing, hats, small pieces of sculpture, jewelry. He has amassed an impressive collection lot legit vintage jackets (some from France, old military pieces and cool Levi's) and sweatshirts in cool colors with the perfect amount of fade and they are soft and comfy. And one of the coolest things (and I've never seen this before) they will professionally sew one of their vintage patches to their cool jackets or even embroider them, making each piece so personal and one of a kind.
