Jose was my guy. He was great. He looked at the design that I wanted and when I told him I wanted it on my hand between thumb and pointer finger he let me know that with a lot of hand washing it would fade quicker. He helped me choose another suitable location on my lower arm and I was very pleased with that spot We chatted while he worked, and it barely hurt at all. I had not come prepared with cash because I forgot about it. They were very kind and we discussed if I could try to get cash back from the store up the street or use their ATM. Neither of those options worked and they very nicely allowed me to pay by credit card which they do not usually do. I told them they could charge me whatever extra fees there were associated with using a card and they said not to worry about it. Great experience. Highly recommend.
