One decided to place an empty magazine into the firearm before closing the box and putting it away. William C. the one to assist me on my purchase had given me an attitude right out the gate and treated me as if I have never purchased a firearm before (especially from Range USA Villa Park). Best part was when I called regarding a status update I was basically told "You'll get a call when it's ready" which is concerning based on my concerns and questions. Do yourself a favor and find a better Firearm store, dealer, and Range. You'll find that other establishments will be more willing to help you.

And it was an unbeatably low price. So glad I went! They were always making sure we weren't left with any questions on the material. We did in class demonstrations and went to the shooting range as part of our certification. And being a new business there were 4 of us in the class. Not only is it time consuming but Illinois just don't have the man power to keep up with all the new applications. So the process can take a long time! Also with my application i switched addresses. When new information came about he wld inform me and he wld reach out. I will not say the process was short . It was extremely long and u are kept in limbo with the state.. But i have my conceal to carry To present day!! Julio worked to find HARD to find my processing error the state never told me why my application was rejected... It was Julio that found the error and made the necessary corrections.. After i got my License Julio assisted me to apply for the remaining states ...
