Let's get this place on the map! Karen is a first class chef, serving in well known places in San Diego. She's branched off and really created something special. A farm to fork experience. We were able to customize our sourdough pizza, about 14" in size, and let's just say between my wife and her parents (4 people) the pizza was so good, we should have gotten a third. (Some devoured 4 slices). Even after the meal, we didn't feel heavy or bloated, which is a miracle for lactose intolerant people, but fresh ingredients can overcome such things. The store it self is like a farmers market in a hole in the wall store. Highly recommend!

Delicious garlic, spinach, artichoke sourdough pizza!!! This is the Hollis Harvest Pizza! So tasty!! I recommend the red sauce.

Delicious garlic, spinach, artichoke sourdough pizza!!! This is the Hollis Harvest Pizza! So tasty!! I recommend the red sauce. Definitely ordering this again! Actually I don't think there is a pizza in there that wouldn't merit a repeat! Cheers to the chef and employees for always delivering :)

Leftovers: 3 slices of the POM, 2 slices of Margherita, and 1 slice of the chicken parm.

Got pizza here on the last night of a winter vacation visit, the pizzas were excellent. Not as thin as neapolitan; but importantly the sourdough crust while thicker was firm but not difficult to chew. The edge has pockets of air and gets crispy and bubbly in places. The sauce and cheese are added in good ratios- only had red sauces on our selections: the Margherita, the POM (peppers, onions, mushrooms), and the chicken parm pizzas. Red sauce was delicious. One thing that was nice is that while these feel like neapolitan style, the thicker pie meant they hadn't gotten cold by the time i got them home. This will be my go-to for pizza whenever i'm in town.

Great made from scratch kitchen, the sourdough pizza is really good, I reheat it in the frying pan and it's delicious.

It's a much bigger space than we expected. Lots of bar seating, regular tables, and an area that feels like a living room with couches and chairs. Many TVs if you want to watch sporting events. We never heard of chaat but gave the bhel chaat a try. Wow, it was delicious! We shared a couple pizzas including the chicken tikka twist. They were fantastic too. We each got a flight of beers. The descriptions made us nervous. Not the typical American beers. There were a couple that we thought were average, but 6 of the 8 were very good. 4 of the 8 were worth a drive to come back and have again. Hard to pick a favorite because those 4 were so good, but Mango Masti is a good choice if you're up to experiment. Oroasis is an excellent imperial stout. Service was quick, attentive, and accurate.

The menu of Indian street food was simply delightful, that all of us who tried it kept saying, "oh my gosh" as we had four different dishes. Pani puri was super refreshing (I would like to just drink the cilantro water), the Mumbai puri had so much flavor with the tamarind and yogurt, and the samosa chaat was the favorite, as it had samosas buried in toppings. Just delightful. The beer was good too, but the food clearly blew everything out of the water. Getting to finish off the meal with affordable 1oz pours of TH Handy rye and Old Fitzgerald 11 was a fantastic experience. You can tell the servers are very proud of their Indian food too. We are absolutely coming back to try more!
