An Irish pub is always fun. The Peddler's Daughter is no exception and one of the best places to get a bite to eat in downtown Nashua. My favorite is the Fish & Chips. The homemade ketchup is a fantastic condiment for awesome fries! Once you are inside the restaurant it feels like Ireland. The decor is very cool. There are some cozy corners that will make your visit just a bit more special with that Irish touch added. Slainte!

Good service and food!! The fish is so fresh and delicious. Great service, even got a visit from the manager. Ketchup - homemade. Tartar sauce - homemade. Omg a must try! Soooo good!

We went there for trivia. The place was actually bigger than I thought it was. The building looks small from the outside, but I drove all the way there to eat and be with family. I ordered a side of broccoli with cheese and they did it was awesome. They had a really big bar which I liked, but I did not sit at it. I sat with the family playing trivia the woman playing trivia or hosting. I should say was pretty . Her intermission music was on point all. It was a good bar.

Never crossed my mind to visit the Peddler's daughter for brunch until word of mouth inspired me. This trendy Irish pub has been a Nashua staple for years, and is located in the historic downtown. Started off with Irish iced coffees, which were the perfect blend of booze and caffeine needed to start the day. Brunch menu was stacked and had quite a few gluten-free choices. My party ordered the corned beef and Irish nachos. I went with eggs and home fried potatoes because I filled up on iced coffee. It was that delicious. Everyone left feeling satisfied with our meals, drinks, and overall chill experience. Good to know this place is great for breakfast and late night drinks!

This place was a last minute decision and one we are glad we made. Gem of a find can wait to go next time we are in town. The atmosphere was very pub like loved it. 1/2 bench 1/2 seat tables all along the walls a small water front patio (gonna try and sit there next time) my husband and I went with our daughter and her husband. We decided to try the Scotch Egg (sausage wrapped around and egg basically) we all loved it and were surprise how yummy it was, my husband had new paper wrapped fish and chip my husband says the tarter sauce is the best he has ever had it's pretty good homemade obviously same with the ketchup which came out slightly chunky different but good. Our son in law had a burger, my daughter the Cottage Pie and myself Buffalo chicken tenders with blue cheese that was amazing. We even had some bread pudding for dessert and it was dang good. We wish we would have found this place earlier in our trip would have definitely gone more than once. Oh they also have DownEast unfiltered Cider on draft super good cider a must try. Thank you to our awesome server and the cook everything was great and like I said we can't wait to come back!!!

Is this a bar, so no kids or are kids allowed?

We are a restaurant and a bar. Once we stop serving food, at 10pm, we become 21+. Kids are more than welcome before then and we have a kids menu.

Our waitress was very friendly and accounted for our need to leave in time to get our tickets and still have a relaxing dinner. We arrived at 5:45 and were able to leave about an hour later, in part because we chose menu items that were slightly easier to prepare. We had the Mushroom Swiss Burger, the Double Smash Burger, the Volcano Burger, and Bangers and Mash. All four dishes were great, and the chef followed the doneness orders to perfection. We all chose to drink a glass of Josh Cabernet (offered at $11/glass, not available by the bottle). Given the price of the glass, and the relatively low price of Josh, I was a bit disappointed in the size of the pour, which seemed minimal. However, the wine was good. Each burger was well described on the menu: the mushrooms were crispy and generous, the onion rings on the volcano were ample and delicious, the smash burger came with cole slaw at the diner's request, and the bangers and mash were very good. This is a traditional Irish Pub, and there was a lot that we did not choose (but will in another visit). The bar is quite noisy, and we were somewhat protected by some privacy barriers. On the whole, a great experience and enjoyable.

I got the salmon plate and it comes with this thick, garlic aïoli sauce, a side of broccoli, and fingerling potatoes. The fingerling potatoes are big and flavorful with the Parmesan. I love the salmon. A little crispier than usual, but I like crispy so it's not too bad. It was a little slow cause they're understaffed, but it was a very busy night so I can understand everything came out fresh hot and ready. I like that the broccoli didn't have much seasoning either. Also the clam chowders was tasty and they offer it in a cup or a bowl. The burger was juicy, the pickle spear was yummy, and the fries were well seasoned. I also love the turkey club sandwich. The bacon was nice and crispy and the bite of the sourdough bread was fluffy. I really do appreciate Brittney our server for being so nice and having a great attitude.

Lots of good Parmesan cheese and the dressing was yummy, the vegetables were crisp and fresh tasting.

It's a little creepy entering into what feels like an abandoned lobby and then going down into a windowless restaurant. We will try anything once however, we were quite disappointed when we got to the hostess station only to find no one. After waiting a few minutes my husband went and found someone who worked there. Turns out the hostess was sitting in a booth hanging out ignoring the door. If I wasn't determined to have gold fever wings we would have left. We were sat in the way back and couldn't help but notice how empty the restaurant was for a Saturday at lunch time. Our waitress was ok. I say this because she was attentive to my husband while ignoring me. For example she offered him a second drink but he had to ask for one of me. We ended up ordering the trio appetizer and we each got a soup. The food saved this review. The wings were perfect and exactly what baby wanted. The mozzarella moons were amazing and had the best cheese pull! The spinach dip was also great. The cherry on top was I ordered French onion soup and it tastes exactly how it did when I would go to the 99 in high school, absolute perfection. Chances are if I want gold fever wings again I'll just have him pick them up we won't dine in. Pretty disappointing.
