I have worked with Kaley directly since my baby turned 5 months old. She is a baby that does not like to go to sleep. A true FOMO baby and by 4 months she literally got worse and worse. She slept 1.5 hour stretches all night long and I had to rock her vigorously, hold her for a specific amount of time before trying to transfer and if she woke up I and to repeat all the steps. She slept on stacked pillows in my bed because that was the only way I could put her down and I couldn't leave her unattended. I slept maybe 30 minute stretches every night all night long for the entire 4th month and by month 5 I couldn't take it any more. I was borderline suicidal from the lack of sleep and hated the world and my baby ( it hurts to say that but you can't think straight with that crazy type of sleep deprivation). Kaley gave me the tools I needed to succeed and it was the most gentle option that helped my baby to learn to sleep on her own. She is now 10 months and we have hit sleep regressions and teething but she consistently sleeps 11 to 11.5 hours at night, falling asleep on her own within 10 minutes and often doesnt complain or cry at all. One time she even was pushing away from me to get into the crib faster and fell asleep instantly. I was like "who's baby is this". But I also want everyone reading this to know progress is not linear. There are going to be bad days and nights where you question yourself (especially if you have a baby like mine that is strong willed, full of energy and truly doesn't want to miss out) and want to throw everything out the window but just know this is normal. Babies go through a lot and there will be adjustments needed. But Kaley is so helpful, you can always reach out to her for help. Even if its just for someone telling you that you're actually doing everything right and just need to stick with it through the couple hard days. And she is great on offering adjustments to help get the schedule dialed in, especially customized for your own babies needs. We all read stuff online all the time on what works for others and then we question ourselves. Its great to have someone like Kaley help guide you and listen to what you are truly saying. I would always recommend her to anyone who could possibly afford her and I still say it 5 months later, she was a god sent and worth every penny. There is a lot of regrettable baby purchases I made because I was told I need it and it would be life changing, but she is not one of those. By far, the best decision for our family. We never knew sleep coaches existed until our daughter was born. She woke up numerous times and our daily lives started to suffer. After 4 days, things were drastically different. Instead of waking up 8 times per night, it was down to our scheduled night feeding. It was a huge difference! 1 month later, and we were instructed on how to drop the night feed when we received the okay from our pediatrician. We have both of our kids sleeping through the night, and doing well. We are happier and that makes all of us happier! Katy did a discovery call with me to figure out what the best course of action. I was nervous I'd get bombarded with their programs and try to overload me with new info. That couldn't have been further from what actually happened. We worked with Whitney to sleep train our 4 month old son. She prepared a thorough and personalized sleep plan for our baby. She reviewed the plan with us over the phone in great detail, answering all our questions along the way. I was at my wits end when I contacted Kaley and I remember the initial phone call being like a therapy session and she was so supportive and tender from the get go. Three cheers for Kaley!!!!! In our home we call her the sleep magician. Our 15.5mo needed a lot of soothing and rocking to get to sleep, especially for naps, and when dropping to 1 nap our world turned upside down as she only wanted to contact nap which meant not great sleep for her during the nap and a designated adult, mom 99% of the time, trapped with her in the nursing chair. Kaley is a life saver! I can't even begin to explain how much her sleep training methods and support benefited my entire family. My baby had actually been a decent sleeper as a newborn but then the night before I went back to work from maternity leave she went through a sleep regression and it got so bad that she wouldn't fall asleep unless someone was holding her; she would wake up and scream any time we tried laying her back down in her bassinet.
