By far, the best decision for our family. We never knew sleep coaches existed until our daughter was born. She woke up numerous times and our daily lives started to suffer. After 4 days, things were drastically different. Instead of waking up 8 times per night, it was down to our scheduled night feeding. It was a huge difference! 1 month later, and we were instructed on how to drop the night feed when we received the okay from our pediatrician. We worked with Whitney to sleep train our 4 month old son. She prepared a thorough and personalized sleep plan for our baby. She reviewed the plan with us over the phone in great detail, answering all our questions along the way. I was at my wits end when I contacted Kaley and I remember the initial phone call being like a therapy session and she was so supportive and tender from the get go. Three cheers for Kaley!!!!! In our home we call her the sleep magician. Our 15.5mo needed a lot of soothing and rocking to get to sleep, especially for naps, and when dropping to 1 nap our world turned upside down as she only wanted to contact nap which meant not great sleep for her during the nap and a designated adult, mom 99% of the time, trapped with her in the nursing chair. Kaley is a life saver! I can't even begin to explain how much her sleep training methods and support benefited my entire family. My baby had actually been a decent sleeper as a newborn but then the night before I went back to work from maternity leave she went through a sleep regression and it got so bad that she wouldn't fall asleep unless someone was holding her; she would wake up and scream any time we tried laying her back down in her bassinet.
