It seemed nice and they were so helpful in the scheduling and insurance stuff. Night of study I show up and it's a comfortable looking room with a private bath. One of the techs didn't show up so one tech was having to run around and put everyone's wires on by himself. He was super friendly though and made me feel comfortable. I did notice at this point that I could hear everyone around me - super thin walls. I slept a bit and then I woke up to this god awful screaming of a child playing outside the room and getting in trouble. I kept trying to go back to sleep only to fall asleep and be woken up yet again by the screaming child. I swear this went on for an hour or more and I was about to scream myself for continuing to be woken up during a sleep study I was paying a lot of money for. My daytime study went well. I didn't think I would have complaints there.... UNTIL I took my sleep study to my doctor for them to tell me that the study was done wrong and was INVALID. Now, I have been told this by two doctors that I've had to use this study with. I will eventually have to be retested and it makes me angry that I had to pay for a study that was practically deemed useless in the end for it not being performed or analyzed correctly.

I arrived the evening of the test and clarified the request again, and the girl had "no clue" what I was talking about...the tech had to call the manager for miscommunication that my request was not noted anywhere. Then to top that off....they didn't follow through on my request after all of the clarifications and phone calls etc. POOR COMMUNICATION That was screw up part 1 sleep study. I went for part 2 last Thursday and called them at 1:00 pm to let them know that I had a doctor's appt on Feb 3rd. Corrine said, "it will be no problem, b/c I will send the study stat, and the doctor will have it by the weekend". I went to my doctor that reads the study and waited over an hour for Dr Verma. The receptionist stated, "We still have not received the sleep study test from last week". "We have contacted North Sleep Center and still haven't heard back". Oh my GOD...can it get any worse! YES. Not only did I have to move my schedule around to be at Dr. Verma's office, pay parking, and wait for over an hour for North Sleep Center to send a report, which they NEVER did. The Sleep Center SHOULD and COULD have called Dr. Verma and me to say they will not be able to get the report by Monday and to reschedule my appointment. I was furious!! I called the Sleep Center and expressed by anger to Corrine who told me "they had technical difficulty over the weekend" and could not get the report sent over!! Y'ALL SCREWED up on part 1 of the study, and also on Part 2 of the study. There is NO COMMUNICATION between Corrine and all of the staff, no matter what she tells you! She will only tell you what you want to hear. It's all LIES. Oh, and to top it off, Corrine told me the cost would be $800 and they would break that into payments. When I arrived for part 2, the tech said it would be $800. When I told the tech that Corrine said it would be broken into payments, she was totally unaware of this. When I completed part 2 and went to check out, Corrine said it would be $850. Again, NO COMMUNICATION and LIES. DO NOT EVERY GO TO THIS SLEEP CENTER. I HOPE ALL DOCTORS will read this and send their patients to other reliable sleep centers!!

The day before my appointment, I received a call saying their system had made a mistake and should not have allowed me to book the lymphatic drainage special at 50% off. It was only about a $20-$25 difference, so honestly, as a new customer, I would have expected them to honor the price their own system allowed me to book. There was really no flexibility or effort to make it right. I still came in for the massage, and the massage itself was fine. However, since the lymphatic add-on was removed, I would have had to wait about 30 minutes to use the salt room. I decided not to sit around and wait, so I just left after my massage. Overall, my issue was less with the massage and more with the customer service. Would I return? No. Would I recommend it? Probably not. Most spas at this price point are beautiful, but what really makes a spa experience special is the customer service, the guest experience, and the business thinking behind it. In this case, it felt like they chose saving $20 over creating a positive first impression with a new customer.

I also had a chance to meet the owner - Brittany (spelling might be wrong) but the entire experience from start to finish was equal to a five star luxury hotel spa but way more down to earth with extremely caring staff. She was able to discern so much important information about my child's sleep patterns which allowed her to thoughtfully guide us through the process. I won't nitpick the areas of improvement and lack of communication, but what I will point out is the money grab!!! Yes the Money grab!!! I went in for my weekly $170.00 treatment a few weeks ago, which I pay for in cash no insurance. I filled out the kiosk check-in and boom I'm told I owe a bunch of money. Note I pay each visit in full period. You can't leave without paying. Now with further discussion, which delays my visit and, makes me late for another appointment I'm told oh it's an insurance thing and they didn't pay etc etc. Now note there are at least 5 others I'm hearing with the same issue. I have a friend that goes to another location and there is the same issue going on. Once they realize I'm a self pay they tell me oh it's ok just go in and we will fix it. I get my treatment for $170.00 and I pay. I come in the next two weeks the same issue however now the money is being demanded, it's from 2025, and they have all these print outs!!. I will tell you one thing I've looked at each bill...and paid said bill in full each time, but there is no way I owe them a dime especially from last year! It's clear to me that their business model here is to grab money from anyone who has insurance after the fact because it's next to impossible to deal with insurance. Anyway buyer beware keep all your paperwork for years or you'll have a battle on your hands. Expect to see more reviews like this. For me there are several other options and I'm shopping for a new actual Doctor that will spend time with me and not rush me along. In closing turn over is high at this business and that paints a real picture. Everything is handled remotely no doctors are on site nor do they optimize your protocols thru any communication what so ever.
