I showed my usual laser tech in Maryland which also does the part for a similar price and they mentioned the tech missed a lot of parts. If I paid for a region I expect them to laser the ENTIRE region. I will try to go in for another treatment with a new tech hopefully and explain my frustration; however, if they still either 1) don't own up to the fact they missed regions I have pictures to prove or 2) do the same job again I will ask for a refund. The parts that were lasered the hair fell out cleanly so the laser does work but there were bald spots and then full hairy spots where they missed. Pending how things go I will update my review.
