    I am extremely disappointed with my experience. I purchased a microwave on March 19 with a confirmed delivery date of March 31, which aligned perfectly with our home remodel schedule. Today, March 30th, just one day before delivery. I was informed that the delivery has now been pushed to mid-April. This last-minute change is completely unacceptable. We have contractors scheduled this week to install all of our appliances and complete the final touches of our remodel. Because of this delay, we are now facing added stress, disruptions to our timeline, and potential additional expenses to have contractors return at a later date. There was no proactive communication, no reasonable notice, and no consideration for the impact this delay would have on our project. When you're in the middle of a remodel, timing is everything and this experience has been incredibly frustrating. I expected better reliability and customer service. This has been a major inconvenience, and I would strongly reconsider purchasing appliances here in the future. I am extremely disappointed with my experience.     My friend had to come in to check his phone. I wandered round the store and accidentally bumped a phone which caused an alarm to beep. Security is chill and let me go. The dude working at geek squad also chill. He explained pretty well and he was funny as-well. Also I love Microsoft, so thats just another star there. Stuff is cheap compared to other sources.

    Second time visiting this store and the customer service is just not there, we went in to see the tv's and we spend 45min in the tv section looking around and competing a few of them and waiting to talk to someone and nobody showed up or even try to ask if we needed help. It is a very small Best Buy and the store layout is a little weird. They don't have great selection of things and again their customer service sucks

And they wanted us to pay delivery fees from all the different store delivery drivers . Smh . Anyway , we went to this store looking for Christmas gifts for my 14 year old daughter and a some new dresser and nightstand. All in all the total came up to a little under $ 2000 . 1 place wanted to charge us $65 bucks for delivery which I was fine with , because we thought it was setup and delivery, NOT THE CASE . Sooo anyway , because we are in Orlando , and they are in Sanford, we was the last delivery and on top of all that . Just about all the stuff we ordered was damaged. And to top it all off NOT SETUP , when other place deliver and setup for free . But ok ok what ever . See the thing is , they was trying to sell us damaged goods in the beginning, which I politely said ( I have never bought my kids anything damaged or broken for a Christmas gift , and I won't start now . Long store short .we got shorted on a dresser , when I called and asked where it's was , this is the answer I got ( oh , your wife ran out of money and that's why it's not there , well Hell , the receipt is showing that she did have enough money and the dresser should be here . On top of that . When I'm calling and asking what time will you be here because I have been waiting for over 8 hours and I have to go to work . Eric gets on the phone and acts like I'm the one in the wrong here , ( WHAT DO YOU WANT TO DO IN A NASTY WAY ) so finally the stuff get here , and almost every box we opened , the item had damage . And for $105 bucks , all they did was drop the stuff and left .NO SETUP . So my child and I are trying to setup here Christmas gift , when I ordered my other child bedroom set from another place , they delivered and setup for FREE spending over $ 2000 and nothing was damaged. And when I called to get replacements , I had to wait 2 days!!!!!! Right now I'm still waiting !!! When I called to check ?? Oh , on there way home , they will drop your stuff off to you !! We scoured the internet for hours trying to find the best equipment and decided it would be between Speed Queen and LG. Milcsarsky's Appliance Center carries both options, they are very reputable, and have been serving the area for 40 years. The showroom is very beautiful and it's a must see if you are looking to upgrade sections of your home, especially the kitchen. They have the latest and greatest equipment, the 'good stuff,' you won't find at the big box stores like Lowes and Home Depot. Washers and dryers are not on display in the show room; customers must ask a sales associate to lead them to another section of the building where they are kept. Their Sales professional, Aaron Frank provided access and directed us to the Speed Queen and LG options we were pondering. Aaron was super friendly, answered all of our questions, and provided quotes for delivery and install of the replacement washer of our choice. After reviewing both brands in person, we were set on going with Speed Queen. Both Speed Queen options were running $1,500. One option had a 7-year parts and labor warranty and the other a 5-year parts and labor warranty, either option is better than what you get at the big box stores. We did not make a purchase on this day and continued doing more research on Speed Queen before making our decision. Unfortunately, what we are finding is that about 1/3 of customer reviews for all washers are falling between 1 or 2 stars. Yes, Speed Queen has the least number of negative reviews but there are not as many Speed Queen owners out there (mostly because of the price point is so high). If I'm going to spend $1,500+ on an appliance there should be near zero risk of it flooding my house our being out of service for weeks due to persistent electronic issues and waiting on warranty repair. Ultimately, I decided it would be best to refurbish our old Kenmore washer and make it like new again. I now know everything about this washer and can see how well it was built compared to newer equipment. The transmission is a tank and the agitator actually works; there is no lid locking mechanism but there is a lid safety switch. I just don't know why they can't make them like this one any more. At the end of the day, not everyone can repair their old washer. I have to say, that if our old washer ever does completely die, I would buy from Milcarsky's because they have been serving the area for 40+ years, are a family-owned business with friendly/helpful staff, are competitive with their pricing, have a great reputation, and stand behind their equipment.

    We were shopping around for a new washer and wanted to purchase from a smaller company versus a big…read morebox store. Our hope was we would find a great small business that is an all-in-one operation including standing behind their equipment if we needed repairs in the future. The staff here were friendly and yes; they do have a small service team but we were not satisfied with the quality of the equipment they were selling. We were looking for version of what we currently had - 20-30-year-old Kenmore built-to-last washer that was fully refurbished and ready to go. Well, they had the varieties of the equipment we were searching for but they were beat up pretty bad and God the rust everywhere even on the wash tub and the prices were as much as a new washer from the big box store. On one hand I have to say they are extremely overpriced; however, if you are buying the equipment for the parts or to refurbish them yourself that might be worth it in the long run. A new transmission for our current Kenmore 90 series machine is roughly $212, a basket drive $130, a wash tub $230, and a drive motor $250. If you can salvage some of these parts from an old machine to fix another one or fully refurbish what you got, you'll have a solid washer for another 10 or more years. They just don't make washers and dryers like these anymore! Well, Ray's has been around for a long time now so they must be doing something right. We didn't buy from them but if you're are looking for used appliances that could be fully refurbished, they definitely have a variety to choose from here.

He understood and just simply cancelled my appointment without fuss or cost. If a company can be this prompt and respective to new clients calling on a Sunday afternoon that they would end up not be getting business from that day, I can only believe that their actual work would be first-rate and I would not hesitate to connect with Orlando Appliance Repair for any related needs in the future.

The store is stocked with just about anything an HVAC professional needs, what they don't have they can usually get it next day via one of their other locations. This store also carries a good supply of Klein hand tools which I prefer. The store is kept immaculatly clean, their inventory is organized, and shelves are stocked. Pricing is competitive with items I can find online but many times I come to Johnstone versus purchasing online because staff does a great job cross referencing my old parts with new stock. On my most recent visit here I needed several replacement heater restring kits for a HUV unit that supply's fresh air to our kitchen. I needed three to complete the job and bought their last one as a backup should one fail in the future. I also ordered 10 more that should arrive mid April since we use these restring kits on other equipment in the building. The heater is back in service and working as it should, hopefully we will get another 30+ years with the newer kits, only time will tell. Johnstone doesn't sell HVAC equipment or parts to the general public but I believe they will sell hand tools, mastic, Panduit straps, and other miscellaneous items non-accout holders (you might want to call to check before heading over there though). All-in all, I've always received great service from Johnstone and recommend them for all your HVAC needs.

I had an appliance tech tell me a few years ago to not buy Samsung, or LG refrigerator as their compressors don't last. I am now adding Whirlpool to the list. He told me to go with Frigidaire or Amana. I do use Frigidaires in my rental properties and they have been holding up real well.
