Over the phone gave me an up-front total price of $350 for the service I needed, because "using your insurance - the deductible would be so much higher'. Asked twice if that was the full price. Day of, they showed up 20 minutes late, took my payment, asked for ID and insurance. Assured me that they weren't billing the insurance, just needed it for records. Guess what I received a week later - a denial of claim as out of network and a bill for $2200+. They ran my insurance and now expect me to pay them over $2200. Don't fall for the "it's one price and so much cheaper than your deductible' scam. On top of that the report sent to my Dr said that I had no gallbladder. I most certainly do. So their results are as questionable as their manner of doing business.

Terrible Experience at NJ365 Urgent Care…read more I took my elderly parent to NJ365 Urgent Care and had a miserable experience due to a fragmented assessment process. Good patient care requires a holistic view, but the doctor here only focused on one piece at a time. This poor process management was evident when they were later forced to change their initial notes after we provided more details. As someone who understands effective process flow, the doctor should have first determined how the condition developed, and then assessed how the patient was feeling. The whole approach felt disjointed and lacked the comprehensive care we expect. I would NEVER recommend NJ365 Urgent Care. If you're nearby, note there is another Urgent Care around the corner.

The doctor that provided us with the referral got 4 confirmations that their fax copy also went through. Because it was close to 5 oclock they cancelled him appointment without his knowledge. I understand you want to go home at 5pm sharp, I totally understand it's the time of an epidemic but I was appalled at how a human being can treat another human being. Since we are in the medical field ourselves we will absolutely refrain from sending anyone to your office.

Then today March 2026 I'm notified that THIS company has sent me to collections for a $415 bill that appeared out of nowhere. There's no charge or trace of this bill on my actual hospital bill/receipt. In the months that have passed they have never contacted me or made it known in anyway that I had a bill with them despite having access to all of my contact information, address included. It's as if the bill appeared out of thin air. I called customer service hoping for access to more information on this charge and (as is my right) the option to pay with my insurance, I was denied both immediately. I was told there was no way for me to access the bill or ANY information with University Radiology despite them being responsible for the charge, I was denied the option to pay with my insurance and was told I had no choice but to pay the $415 to the debt collectors ( Remex inc) who also provided no information on this sudden charge and is leaving no option but to pay off the bill TODAY . As someone who now has to cough up almost $500 for a mystery charge or suffer bad credit I seriously recommend avoiding any hospitals working with them you can check who they work with on their website at the bottom of the page.

They're going to ask you for your health insurance card! why did you have me upload 3 distinct copies of the front and back of my health insurance card only to have me provided in person. What was the purpose of that ridiculous exercise in time wasting? But wait! There's more! Why are you visiting us? For X-rays! What kind? How would I know that's why the doctor gave me a script. You read the script , not me. I can't read doctor chickenscratch. You've asked me to upload scans of the scripts. Once, twice, oh look another document you're asking for triplicate plus a description? Why? Why are you like this! Do I have nothing better to do?
