Not completely sure but there are two signs in the window. And kind of feels like a doctor's office when you arrive. You can pay ahead of time and book online. The timer truly starts at your scheduled appointment. There are no showers. You'll have a eucalyptus towel to use afterwards. The sauna is big enough for two people sitting , one person lying down. Not sure of the cleaning process as it was set up when we arrived & we just left once our time was up. I've been to a few of these places across the country and they typically are more "spa like". Doing any exercise incorrectly over and over could lead to injuries. The work out area is cool, but quite small. I'm assuming it's not quite busy, so that's MAY be the reason. The price for this really isn't bad if you want to do workouts in the sauna. However, not necessarily budget friendly as you have to PURCHASE or RENT ($5 or $15) the mat for the sauna exercises (not the bike obviously). I've been looking for another gym as my current membership is coming to an end, but my current gym has all of this plus more for a cheaper monthly rate.

Members spend enough time working out without having to tour the entire gym looking for equipment that was left somewhere else. When I mentioned that the equipment should be put back where it came from, Sharon's professional response was to tell me to "mind your own business" and that "it doesn't matter" where the equipment is returned. Interesting philosophy. I wonder if LifeTime feels that way, too. You can almost understand when an occasional member leaves equipment lying around. But when it's an employee--someone who's literally being paid to teach good habits--it's a masterclass in hypocrisy. Maybe the next training package should include a session called "How to Return Equipment 101." It's a short class: pick it up, walk it back, and put it where you found it. For a club that markets itself as a luxury fitness experience, I'd expect trainers to set the example--not encourage members to lower their standards. Apparently, "mind your own business" is now considered customer service.

We took our time on the tour looking at each room and getting information on how to utilize under a spa pass, monthly membership or annual membership. There is a gym, a cafe, even an area to bring your laptop or books to have a quite space in a relaxing environment. On our tour we were even able to discuss the micro needing and Anteage with one of the technicians. Big fan of the salt rock and cryo offered. I have had great benefits from both of those services over the course of my lifetime. I.was so impressed after the tour I booked a facial for 1/26 and am looking forward to seeing how this compound can fit into my new world. After those services, I had lunch in their cafe, followed by the salt room, cryotherapy, sound focus and biomat. The sound focus was new and something I had never done before.
