When you pick up your car, if you didn't know what had happened to it, you would not be able to find the original damage. I talked to Jeff about re-installing some side skirts on my car. Another shop had installed them and didn't put them on correctly. William was the technician that did the work on my car, and he did a great job with the install. He was able to custom fabricate some brackets so they would fit properly, and made them look as they should. I am coming back next week to have them fix a couple paint dings on my car that I've been looking at for too long as well. Excellent customer service and work! Jeff was wonderful right from the start and he and his crew did such a great job repairing the damage to my SUV. I ran over a cone in the middle of the freeway that I couldn't avoid due to cars being next to me. It caused damage to some pieces in the undercarriage at front passenger side. I needed an estimate to see if the cost of repair would be more than my deductible. Jeff and his crew assessed the damage and quoted me cost of my deductible. I didn't even have to go thru my insurance. They were able to do the repair within a day and even fixed a part that got dented underneath. Also, they washed and detailed my car! Recently I was driving my 2007 Honda Accord to the grocery store and when I was parking it my front bumper passed over a concrete barrier for a tree planter box.! Unbeknownst to me part of the underside of my bumper had hooked onto the concrete planter box. When I started to back out of the parking stall after leaving the store heard the terrible sound of my front bumper being partially pulled away from the car. When I got home my front bumper was pulled away on both sides of the car and hanging down badly on the right side. I thought this is really going to cost some money to repair this. I took my car to Livermore Collision Center on 10/30/18 and to my surprise the estimate I received from Jeff Gordon the owner was approximately $210+ the cost of any clips they needed to remove, re-align the bumper and reattach it to the car. I asked Jeff when could he do the work in the car and he said he could do it the next day just bring it in between 8:00-9:00AM When I brought the car in the next day I gave him my keys and was walking back to my car in less than 5 minutes. At 11:00AM, 2 1/4 hours later I received a call from Jeff saying the work was finished and the car was ready for pickup. After arriving at their shop I could see that the work was completed with the bumper now perfectly attached to the car. When Jeff showed me the invoice for the work done it was for $157, which was $43 less than the estimate he had given me. I can't tell you how pleased I am with the work done by LCC. If I ever need any automotive body work in the future I will definitely be bringing my business to them. I highly recommend them for service, quality of work and great pricing. Thank you LCC! I NEVER write reviews and I was going to give this place the benefit of the doubt but after what has transpired, I have chosen to write my experience here. I came in for a repair on my car that was caused by contractors at my house. When I went in and showed Jeff the damage on my car, he went ahead and walked around my whole car, taking notes and taking pictures of other damages on my car that he thought could use repairs also. He went the whole 9 yards looking at every tire, the bumper, the doors, etc. He took pictures of every mark so that he wouldn't be liable for it later on when I picked up my car. That totally makes sense. I declined his request to fix the other parts and only repaired what the contractors were liable for. I dropped my car off on Oct. 5th and he said it would be done by the 7th. It ended up not being done until the 9th. Ok fine, no big deal. When I went to pick up my car, I immediately noticed a gash on my door. The paint was gone it was just metal. There was some white paint scratches too. When I told Jeff about it, he said it was just a paint scratch and that it was there before I dropped my car off. NO it wasn't. First let me start by saying his lot is COMPLETELY jam packed with cars. There is absolutely no room whatsoever in his lot. There are even cars spewing out on the side of the street with warnings signs on the window for parking there too long! He then went to get the pictures of my car that he took on Oct. 5th (these pictures were taken to prove previous damage so he wouldn't be liable for it later, which I understand). He proceeds to tell me "Well we don't have pictures of that door so we can't tell if it was there before or not" Considering he walked around my car for 5 mins and was taking note of damage and taking pictures, I would think he would have noticed a gash in plain view on my door. It's because it wasn't there before! This happened at his shop! He said he wouldn't argue with me and that he would order a paint kit and call me within a few days when he had ordered the kit. Oct 9th is when he said he would order the kit. I gave him 6 days to call me and let me know and still no call. I decided to call HIM instead. He then started denying it was their fault and said he NEVER ordered the kit and that he would order it now. Oct. 15th is when he said he would order the kit for the SECOND time. I waited until Oct. 27th and still no word from Jeff. I call him again and he says he STILL hasn't ordered the kit. I say enough is enough this needs to be fixed and he finally tells me to bring my car in at 8 AM the next morning on the 28th. I bring my car in that morning and 7 hours later I get a call that my car is finally done. So I waited how many weeks and Jeff lied to me so many times just for the job to take only 7 HOURS! Save your time and money and go to a better more established business not some corner of the street jam packed car lot. read more

All I could say is WOW! Great Service! Honest people to deal with! Very pleasant surprise after not such a pleasant experience. I was working on my BMW X5 in my garage, when the car started to roll out of the garage, and eventually stopped by the driver side rear door holding it up against the side of my garage. Needless to say, the weight of the car, pulled my door out and wouldn't close properly. I was really pissed off at myself and knew this was going to cost a lot of money to fix. This is not something I had budgeted to spend money on especially during COVID-19. So I started to call around town and everyone would ask me to bring the car in to have a look, and I got all sorts of run around and crazy quotes. My wife suggested that I Goto LCC and have them give me an opinion because she's had really good experience there when she needed something done on the family Honda van. I took the car in on Thursday and spoke to Jeff who asked me to drop the car off Friday and he will have a look at it. He called me Friday afternoon and told me my car is ready for pick up. I went to pick my car up fearing what it was going to cost. To my surprise, his guys were able to fix the problem and only charge me a half hour labor. It was a great way to end my week dealing with car issues. It's great to know that there's good people like Jeff in our town honestly taking care of customers.
