They were extremely patient with all of my questions over text and arranging for a convenient time for me to drop off the car for repairs. As you can see from the photos (before and after images), there was significant damage. The damage was enough to have caused a fairly sharp edge that cracked the paint and the location around the door handle made it more difficult to repair. Upon picking up the car, it was amazing how the door was essentially returned to its original condition, especially within the 10 hrs they quoted.
