Immediately got me in to see what is needed, started working on getting the parts, answering all of my questions, and have already been so helpful just in these first steps. They seemed genuinely determined to help me get back on the road as quickly as possible which is so important. They do work on Teslas and seem very knowledgeable about them. I'm still in the beginning stages of the repair process, but based on the experience I've had so far, I would absolutely recommend this shop to anyone, especially Tesla owners. This is a 100% Tesla shop. They don't work on any other cars. We had what we thought was a small dent in our Model 3 front bumper. Our insurance company gave us a quote of what they would pay. When RJ removed the bumper he found the sections of the grille were broken and the attachments of the grille below the bumper were broken.There was more damage to the bumper. He invited us in to see the damage, explained it clearly, and worked with our insurance company to update the amount of work needed. After we got the original quote from the insurance company we did not need any further calls with our insurance company. He handled all of that. He has his own paint shop and matches Tesla colors according to their spec. He delivered exactly what he said he would do and precisely on time. I looked carefully and could not see any difference from the original. Would I go back to RJ? Of course, without any reservations. read more

Here's a tip, when a potential new customer comes in and is standing at your front desk, you see them, and you are on a call, bare minimum, you say to the person you are talking to, "hey can you hang on for just a second." Then you greet the customer and say, "Hi, I'm just wrapping up a call, I'll be with you in just a couple minutes. Make yourself comfortable." What you don't do is just continue to talk with no sense of urgency and like the guy waiting at your unmanned front desk will just wait indefinitely for you to finish at your leisure. I hit a steel parking guide at the bart station. RJ was very informative as to my options for repair my Tesla Model 3. He took me on a tour of his facility (which had 10+ teslas in various stages of repair) to show a similar bumper repair and spell out options. Thank you for helping me find an easy and less costly way to touch up a scuffed rear bumper (my PARKED car was hit while minding its own business sitting properly in a parking space...arrgghh). I know fixing the issue correctly would have given me an almost brand new bumper, but I just needed it to be less noticeable so it wouldn't be a constant reminder of the idiot that hit it and ran. I had a great experience here from start to finish. My bumper was ruined and the impact bar had to be replaced on my Tesla Model 3. I had already gone to 2 other places for quotes which were in the $4-$5k range. Last ditch effort, I went to Tesla Service center where they actually recommended I give Rj's a call. I ended up stopping by and Trevor took a look at the damage, ran the numbers and gave me a price at almost half the other 2 places. He even took a look at their quotes and pointed out all the areas they were ripping me off. For example, Tesla's don't need pre/post scans yet those were in my quotes. He also checked and made sure my sensors were working so those didn't need to be replaced either. I even spoke with RJ the owner and he was super knowledgeable and trustworthy. Sometimes you get treated differently being a young woman walking into auto body/mechanic shops. But these guys were totally professional and looked out for my best interest. They only use OEM parts and were able to get them ordered for me in short time frame. When everything arrived, they prepped it and then asked me to come in and get paint matched/installed. I brought my car in on a Monday and it was done by Friday morning. Washed and Detailed inside and out! Exceptional service. Fast turn-around. Friendly people. My car looked brand new! From the time I got there, received the estimate, and got the the scrape polished and touched up, it took less than 1.5 hours.
