After calling to ask if I could get my quote, the Owner (I believe) told me that they may "take a pass," on our projects. When I asked why, she said they "do this all of the time." She sent a follow-up email blaming it on their schedule and workload, but I had not even given them a delivery schedule. It was a super disappopinting experience. My advice - if you plan on getting a quote from them for a commercial project, get quotes from competitors as well. Be aware that this company evidently chooses to "take a pass" on projects often.

Our office building required a certificate of insurance to be submitted prior to having work done in our office. Dan was able to work with our building management directly to have his COI approved. All I had to do was schedule a date and time. Our office is located in the Peninsula which is a 40+mile drive from Livermore. We called to confirm if the tech was still planning to show up. He became frustrated and stated that he is with someone and had another appointment after that. I began to explain that as a fitness location, we do have classes scheduled and would have appreciated a heads up that he was running late.
