Great customer service and affordable printing and binding! I went in to get about 200 pages coil bonded. The first time I was here the binding only cost me $4. The manager asked if I had gone to other locations and whether I knew what other places were charging, which I didn't since it was my first time book binding. But I guess he did his research because the second time I went in for the same service the price went up to $7! Ugh so sad! The service is still very good. The manager is very attentive and involved in every transactions no matter how minor. It's a bit hidden but great place to get printing and other crafty things done. There is plenty of parking available. Note that they are closed weekends!! read more

I could not rant and rave enough about these guys. I had a very small request. Just 5 print outs of me and my wife, to give to family as gifts. Walmart doesn't need my money. I was treated as if I was giving them thousands of dollars. There is a sign in there office. "Enter as guests, leave as friends." They mean it. Wow, I'm really shocked at the previous review, although I suppose as is with every business, each time can yield different results. I just used them for a job that had been given to another company, who overshot my original budget by $900. Holy Cannoli! I was in a bind and facing a deadline for these show posters. Not only did Les get the job done for way less than I was willing to spend, but he got it done in less than 24 hours for no rush service either! Finished product was worth every dollar. We all screw up. No one is perfect - whether it's training someone new or you're distracted & overworked - mistakes happen. When you're a business, there's a right way to deal with it, and a wrong way. My business needed some copying done - nothing major - perhaps 1000 pages total. Leon called me to say he'd like to talk to me before I picked up my order. Apparently, a new employee had...well, not quite gotten the concept of making identical copies (they were legal documents, and one document had green pages separating sections of various kinds of assets. Hilariously, he took out all of the green pages and copied them separately - so I had a stack of green pages with no idea where they went. Heh). Anyway, Leon said he'd spend the last 3 hours working to correct the mistake, and he feared that it wasn't perfect. THREE HOURS?!?!? He said he wouldn't charge me anything for the job. OK so now I am worried. I arrive, and it's all about 98% fine. There are a couple little things out of place (certain green pages, for example) & a couple questions he had that were easy answers/fixes. It was completely no big deal. I told him that he really should charge me since there wasn't much of any consequence wrong, but he refused. I am impressed! The work was done quickly & when there was a problem, it was handled with the utmost professionalism. I wouldn't hesitate to go back & am thrilled to have found this great resource. I never write reviews, but I feel compelled after my positive experience at Select Imaging. I needed some 8x10 and 5x7 prints from downloaded jpg images I bought through Etsy.com. Anyhow, I called Select Imaging and spoke with Leon, I explained what I needed and he was very pleasant and confirmed he could print my jpg's from my USB drive. Great! I get there and I am greeted by Leon, who by the way is so nice and personable. We talk about what kind of stalk paper I wanted, and he quickly produced the perfect type, which was a white card stock. He quickly printed out my images and they looked perfect! I am a small business owner, that had to out source some printing. I decided to use Select Imaging because it is located fairly close to my house. My first meeting with the lady Carol was pleasant. She seamed to understand what I was looking for in terms of printing, and told me that they could do the job. I brought the paper to them because it was a specific type of paper that my client wanted... any ways to make a long story short. It started with them quoting me $90 for the printing, then after I dropped the paper off they told me that it was going to be $180 because it was two separate jobs. Then they told me that I needed a minimum of ten extra sheets three days after I dropped off the paper. They also told me that it would be a week max! After a week I called them and they seemed to be confused about my job. Then after several house the main man that works there Les, told me that they never received the font file. So I was already at my deadline to get the job done, and no one had informed me that this was missing until the last minute. To make matters worst he acted like I should have know that they were missing the file. (I gave them this when I first dropped off the paper, and they misplaced it) Going on two weeks from the time that I was expose to have this completed by, when I went to pick it up it was printed off center. I was so upset, because at this point my client had already waited an extra week, and now it was not printed correctly!! When I brought this to there attention~ Les told me "shit happens". I would NEVER say this to a client! They told me that they would "rush" the job, and I should have it in a day or two. I did not receive it until 9 days later!!! At this point my client had to wait three weeks. They told me that they would comp the job because of all the hassle, but I am still very disappointed, because of the amount of time it took for them to realize all these mistakes, on top of that "Les" seemed to have a bad attitude about helping to make the mistakes they made right! They never ream burst me for the second paper I had to purchase, from the first ones being off center. Being a small business owner, in the graphic design/ printing industry timing is everything. This seemed to be a new concept to them. Needless to say I do a lot of business that I have to out source printing, and I will NOT be going back to them.. I hope this help for all the people out there looking for a reliable printing company! read more
