The customer service has been prompt and friendly, and in particular, Skip, Matt, as well as the owner, have been more than accommodating. On more than one occasion they have been able to print upwards of 8-10 signs for me in less than 24 hours. This company used to be great a few years back when Brandon F. used to take care of our businesses' signs and other printing related work. We never had complaints with him and Lou. For the past year Tony E. has been dealing with our signs. He doesn't seem to cooperate with us very well. We literally have to produce for him the color schemes and styles that we want because everything their side produces does not feel like industry quality work. We still gave them leeway on that part. What completely frustrated us, was the extra "designing" charge they slapped on to the bill that never existed for the last few years we worked with them. They charged a significant amount more for the "designing" than the actual sign's value that was printed. I can only hope that Fastsigns Dublin returns to the fast, and easy business solution it used to be. read more

I requested a very short turnaround time for a sample of weatherproof stickers that may or may not be reordered in the future for a rowing club I belong to, and FastSigns was more than willing to accommodate the quick turnaround time with not so much as a single objection. HEAD-TURNING TRUCK WRAP Tony and Victor are awesome. I was in a big time crunch, and to top it off, my computer had insufficient memory to handle the file. Victor jumped in and helped me do a little touch up and finish rendering the file. The graphics turned out vivid and surprisingly sharp for such a large image. We have used Fast signs several times and they ARE fast! But more than that, the quality is excellent and their service outstanding. We had a banner made for our table at a conference we were sponsoring in Las Vegas. Got on the plane and realized we had forgotten it at home. I called and spoke with Debi at around 1 PM to see what we could do. She had another one made up and shipped it to us over night. It was at the hotel the next morning before 8AM!!! I called because I need a sign for the 3 day Alameda County Home & Garden Show this past February (Our first experience at this). We were told that having a company sign at the show was up to us, but not necessary, because they provided a sufficient one. When we got there, a sign was there: A lazer printed black & white all caps sign on white paper. It was underwhelming and small. So I decided to go out on a limb and take a wild chance to see if I could have one done in one day, for pick-up in the am. The least we were hoping for, was to be able to pick it up in the morning. The best I was hoping for was same day service? A miracle at best. I spoke to Brett Howell. I provided our logo via email, and he had a proof in 35 minutes! It was perfect, but I asked to change the font to a specific one. He didn't have the same exact one, but came very close. I was thrilled when he said it would be ready by 5 pm or sooner. Brett called back at 4:30 and said it was ready. I got lost and called Brett. He said worse case scenario, he would leave it outside the door. I was ecstatic!!!! What a great place to do business with. The manager and Brett worked with my crazy time-line and came through!! We were /are so pleased! The sign cam out perfect!!!
