They don't pick up their phone so if you're in a pension, you need a ride don't bother calling cause they will not be able to help you. I've twice called for clients and they never pick up read more

I love Harmony and Livermore Taxi. We have used Livermore taxi several times now, both to SFO and the Cruise port for Princess, and it's been such a pleasure! Harmony is so kind and always on time and I feel very safe riding with him. We have had drivers who were constantly texting while driving- which scares me to death- and Harmony never does that. I will only use Livermore Taxi from now on and I am so grateful to have found such a wonderful way to get to the airports and the port. read more

Sitting in the taxi van right now with no air conditioning and driver says fan doesn't work either. Have to have windows down on freeway and slow period of traffic we got to enjoy fumes. This SUCKS!!!! You really should let riders know. Going up Sunol grade and getting ridiculous amount of fumes. This was a very bad experience. read more

Great service, reliable, and safe for travelers. Highly recommended to meet transportation needs.

If you need on-time, clean car and reasonable rates Harmony is your guy! Best ride to and from Bay Area airports. read more

Pleasant experience. Arrived on-time, was kept updated on the status. Uploaded and downloaded the luggage by himself without me requesting for help. Neat vehicle. Bit higher than Uber but worth it. Had a bad experience before with Uber where driver cancelled the trip knowing that the destination is sfo airport. Will continue to use them from now onwards. Thanks Harmony. read more

The first time I saw the checkered cab driving around town a few months ago, I thought it was just a really cool restored cab that some classic car enthusiast had as a personal car. Fast forward to about 2 weeks before my wedding (3/22/14) I was freaking out because we didn't have a way to get from our ceremony in Livermore to our reception in the Oakland hills, then I found Harmony here with Livermore Taxi. When I first spoke with him I knew it was going to be a great experience, he was so helpful and accommodating. Any time I had a question I loved that I could just text him and he got back to me right away. The day of our wedding, almost everything had a hiccup - I ripped the lining of my dress, broke my strap, bouquets weren't finished, photogs assistant had to bail, wedding favors didn't make it out, I didn't get any of my amazing cake, ect...you get the point. BUT one of the few things that went of PERFECTLY was our ride. Harmony and the checkered cab were waiting for us the second we walked out of the church. He was very mellow and let us take as much time for photos as we wanted, our drive out to the Oakland hills was super relaxing, he made great conversation with us and we got a TON of attention (waves and honks) from other people on the freeway because there was a vinyl on the back window that said "Just Married James and Jeska Bravante" seriously! How awesome is that?! Then at 11pm our exit song played and we went outside to do our sparkler exit, and there they were again, waiting perfectly out front of the stairs. Harmony helped us into the cab and drove us to Lafayette to our wedding night hotel. I have to be honest, I was a little drunk by this point so I don't remember how the conversation was, but it had to have been good, we were all smiles when we got out. I almost wish I could get married again just so I can have Harmony and the checkered cab take us to our destinations, but I don't think I want to go through all the other prep work for a wedding again. SO I will just have to put together a wine tour date day, or something just so I can relive my amazing experience with them! THANK YOU!!!!! read more

Livermore Taxi - I couldn't imagine a more perfect photo. Thanks again for being amazing!! - Taxis Near Me

I've used their services for transportation to work in San Francisco on Sundays when BART isn't running and also long distance trips to Roseville. I've found them to be reliable, on time and easy to book. The car used is spacious and the driver is no-nonsense, drives safely, yet gets you there in a timely fashion. read more

Great service for when you need to catch an early am flight. In the Livermore area, its next to impossible to find an uber or lyft before 7-8am. Clean car, good driving, professional, and on time. I highly recommend! read more

On Saturday, I called Livermore Taxi for a ride to my 60th class reunion in Danville! In the past, I have typically used other ride services, but have become less comfortable as a solo passenger at night. Livermore Taxi was excellent. The car was super clean, and Harmony was very professional and personable. I appreciated his kindness, his punctuality, and his great driving. This is now my go-to ride service. Thank you, Harmony, for your excellent service. read more

Great service, friendly drivers and fair prices. What more can I say?? Well deserved 5 stars and future business and referrals gtd!! read more

The driver was ready and waiting for me when my train pulled into the station. It was a great ride, friendly conversation, and helpful hints. The driver had also picked up my husband earlier when he had car trouble and helped him get his baggage in at our destination. My husband appreciated that, since he has recently had some shoulder surgery and lifting items is difficult right now. read more

What a great taxi service !!!! Ask for Harmony .. Just a great man to talk with while he takes u to the airport !!!

These guys are awesome. Highly recommended. While the message came last night that the March APS meeting was canceled, I did not read it until in the Taxi this morning. The driver graciously turned around and brought me back home, and did not charge me. With my car in the shop, my wife recommended using Livermore Taxi from their reviews on Livermore Rants and Raves. I must say, I am impressed. Much much better service than Uber. I will use again. read more

We rented the 1960's style taxi to whisk us away after our wedding this past weekend. Not only were they very prompt in arriving they helped while we were taking photos to make sure proper lights were on so we would get wonderful pictures. The driver was very nice and professional and truly made the end to our night amazing. Not to mention there was enough room in the back seat for me in my dress without feeling cramped or being engulfed in tulle and lace. I was glad to hear you can also rent this taxi for wine tasting as I would love to use it again! Anyone getting married in the Livermore area needs to look into renting this taxi for their grand exit. Spectacular pictures and such a unique and fun way to end a special day. read more

I used to love Uber - so convenient and it was an orgy of Town Cars. Now, not so much - diluted talent pool driving dilapidated cars . . . it's become a crap shoot. Not the case with Livermore Taxi - LT is top notch: new, clean, and comfortable cars that are ALWAYS on time! Great communication and experience - easily the best cab ride in our NOTW. #fuberx #lyftyougottabekiddingme #noseriouslyfuberx Enjoy. read more

Harmony & Co have consistently exceeded our expectations. Having used Livermore Taxi several times prior, I felt confident calling them in the following situation: I woke up one morning feeling very sick, and was certainly not going anywhere. My daughter, however, still needed to get to school. She was in middle school in Pleasanton, and we live in Livermore. I called Livermore Taxi, & Harmony arrived exactly when he said he would. He saw the situation when I walked my daughter out to the cab, instructing her to call or text as soon as she arrived at school. Without asking him to do so, Harmony himself called to tell me they'd arrived at the school ok, that he'd watched to make sure my daughter got into the building ok, and assured me all was well. I have never forgotten his unsolicited gesture of kindness and reassurance right when we needed it. We only drive classic cars, and while these gems delight us in many ways, they of course require much more maintenance than the average newer vehicle. For that reason, we routinely need to call a cab, often unexpectedly. We use Livermore Taxi exclusively, and highly recommend them to friends and family. read more

Awesome! needed to drop off a rental car.. and called Livermore Taxi to meet me at the drop off location. It was perfect timing.. just as i walked out of the door and i received a text saying they would be there in 2 min.. and actually the driver pulled in the driveway in about 1 min.. the drive home was a whopping $8.00! Much easier than bothering friends / family to make time to drive me around. Thank you Livermore Taxi! read more

This is a great taxi service. Driver is courteous and arrived on time. Car was clean, had charging for phones and wifi. I really appreciate the driver reminding me about having my passport when I got in the car and checking to see that I had everything with me before I left the car. read more

This company knows service!!! Last night they promptly picked us up from the bar downtown. I had a bit too much fun and left my purse and dinner leftovers in the cab. I was cancelling all of my cards and getting ready to make a painful purchase of another phone when a received a knock on my door.... James from Livermore Taxi Cab Co, came all the way back from dropping someone off at the airport to bring me back my stuff (including my leftovers!!) He said he just wanted to make sure I had my stuff and was sorry he couldn't get it to me sooner. Who does that?!?! I really appreciate the service, honesty and reliability of this company. I'm a customer for life! read more

My friend & I went out last weekend and caught a cab home with Harmony. I think Anyone that takes cab rides often would agree it's always better with a driver that's personable & interactive & puts up with drunk ramblings & takes you to In&out :) Ask for one of their stamp cards, you get your 5th ride free read more

My husband and I knew we shouldn't drive home after a party downtown so we called Livermore Taxi. They were very reasonably priced. Our rate was less than $20 from Springtown to downtown. The car that picked us up was on time, clean and the driver was very pleasant. I would use them again, hands down! read more

Used Livermore Cab for the first time and got the name of my driver when I called to set the appointment. Bruce showed up on time and was very personable, even though we amended the ride so my husband could be dropped off at the Toyota dealer after I was dropped off at BART. Very satisfied. The cab was clean and smoke free. I will use them gain. read more

This was the worst taxi experience I have ever had taken in Livermore!! This driver is rude. We needed to pick up other friends on the way downtown and he was put out by this request. Not that I wouldn't have paid for this...however, he was just nasty and rude. Just so we are on the same page, this is your job!! read more

I was looking for a taxi in Livermore last night, found this, and I was very satisfied. I called late last night. I told the person where I was was. I was told that a driver would be there to pick me up in 10-15 minutes. They arrived promptly within the stated time. Clean car, Scion xB if I'm correct. We got on our way. I knew the destination that I had in mind, but didn't have an address so I was kind of vague there. No problem for the driver, we talked a little bit and he knew where I wanted to go, so kudos to knowing the city so well. Driver didn't make needless conversation, but was more than happy to chat if I wanted to. He was speedy, but very safe. I was impressed because I could tell that he was very skilled in handling the car. I arrived at my destination quickly. We paid the driver and that was it. Seemed pretty reasonable in terms of the fare. About $12 to take me across town. I would definitely call Livermore Taxi again! read more

Called them for a pick up at a local car dealership, and the guy who answered asked for an address for pick up. Before I could even explain what dealership, he said "no address, no pick up " and hung up on me. What an incredible experience in NO CUSTOMER SERVICE. read more

I had an early flight out of Oakland and whoever was going to pick me up was going to have to get up at 4 something am on a Saturday morning. I had just had a bad Uber experience and was having anxiety about calling them or Lyft to pick me up, in fear of missing my flight. I had heard great things about Harmony at Livermore Taxi through Livermore Rants and Raves FB page. When I called to request pickup, the response was immediate. When I sent a confirmation text the day before my flight, the confirmation was also immediate. When Harmony pulled up to my driveway I looked at my watch and he was exactly on the dot of the pick up time I requested. His car was exceptionally clean and there was bottled water sitting right next to me. Harmony was very friendly, polite and professional. A taxi service will typically cost a bit more than Uber or Lyft but it is well worth a little extra for peace of mind knowing your driver is actually going to show up and you won't miss your flight. I highly recommend Livermore Taxi and will definitely be using them again. read more

We used their airport shuttle service a couple of days before Christmas to OAK because our flight was early and BART would not yet be running. The driver was about 5-10 minutes late but called to let us know. We always give ourselves extra time anyway, so this wasn't an issue. Driver was courteous, handled our luggage, and the cab was pristine. Price was affordable--definitely more so than any other airport services in the area. And I love the classic, vintage cab I sometimes see driving around town! Thanks! read more

Terrible service. The guy was a real dweeb. Car was dirty and stunk like pot. Something sticky in the door jam. I would never use this service again. Bad attitude. read more

Excellent and prompt service at any hour. I can't recall the last time they took longer than the estimated arrival and they almost always show up ahead of time. The drivers are both friendly and professional, and the cabs are kept in like new condition. Most of the other cab companies in town are slow, rude, and overpriced. Do yourself a favor and save your time and money by calling 321-Taxi. Hands down the best cab company in Livermore. read more
