The fitness classes are good, but if you are a yoga buff you might find the schedule a little sparse (I used to be a member of the Bay Club and their class roster is a lot better, IMO). I think this is because there is not a dedicated yoga studio, so it is shared with other group fitness classes. I am no longer a member of Evexia because it's just too far to drive to (I live in Novato). I lived closer I would still be a member. Message to the owners: please, please open a club in Novato! The options here are sorely lacking. The Bay Club has gone downhill and I refuse to pay top dollar to be a member at any of their locations. I know you can do better!

I worked with him twice a week where he pushed me, encouraged me, supported me, and also made sure I left smiling. Within those six sessions, my strength increased exponentially, my stamina improved, and my mental game took huge strides forward (never thought I would be able to do 200 pushups in a day).
