    I purchased a brand new couch from Living Spaces that was delivered visibly dirty. When I contacted them, they insisted that sending someone to clean it was "part of the process." I made it clear that was not acceptable for something I had just bought new, but they refused to offer a replacement and made it seem like this was the only option. Trying to follow their process, I allowed them to clean it. I was never told there was a required 7-day window to follow up afterward--but that's the excuse they used to deny me any further support. At no point was this policy communicated to me. During this time, I was caring for two kids under two and spent countless hours on hold, re-explaining my situation to different reps. The process dragged on for months, creating unnecessary stress. After finding out I was pregnant, I had to take a step back from handling it because of how overwhelming it had become. Now, over a year later, I turned to the BBB hoping for support, only to be told too much time has passed. But that delay was caused by Living Spaces' poor communication, lack of transparency, and refusal to take responsibility for a faulty experience from day one. Living Spaces wore me down with red tape until the clock ran out. It was never about finding a solution--it was about running out the clock. If you're looking for quality furniture and a company that stands by its products and customers, I strongly recommend shopping elsewhere. Save yourself the headache. Living Spaces doesn't care once they've got your money.

    Followed up today on our replacement couches and found out they were never ordered. The supervisor tried to order them only to find out the set was discontinued. They offered to replace them with something else and $100 gift card. This issue has dragged on for 6 months and that's the kind of compensation they are willing to offer. $100 off after spending thousands. Then she wanted to schedule the couches to be picked up when we haven't even had a chance to find replacements. They wanted to leave us with nothing to sit on. Very, very disappointed. First and last time purchasing anything from Living Spaces.

    Now that we're getting ready to move back into the house post construction, it's time to rethink some things and get the baby's room set up! With that, our office will now also be our "guest room" space. We wandered into living spaces to check out options that wouldn't overwhelm the space and were happy to discover "The Cliff" queen sleeper sofa. We ordered it and it was delivered next day by their team, who put it exactly where I wanted it in the house. We're also on the market for a dresser for baby's room, rocker recliner and a new mattress since ours has been in storage. Samantha gave us a TON of time and was super helpful with her input and insight on things. While we ended up ordering a dresser elsewhere since their selection wasn't quite what I was looking for... we will likely be buying our Mattress from her in the near future. We were happy with the fast turn around and delivery service from their delivery team And appreciated the sales reps help while in store! Overall very pleasant experience working with them.

    My partner and I went in one evening looking for a couch, we had just gotten the news that we got our apartment and we were getting keys in a couple of days and in the week of christmas nonetheless - so you know I was stressed. The team at Living Spaces was so patient and we navigated through the sizes, what we could afford, all of our questions and our indecisiveness. Everyone was really kind but I want to mention Delilah's name. I hope im spelling it right, she was so sweet the whole time and during checkout we had a question about one of our previous purchases here and she didnt have an answer for us in the moment but was very adamant on helping us out and ensuring we left with everything we needed. Even though they were just about to close and we were the last 2 customers at the store we never felt rushed. They also made sure the delivery matched our very tiny window to move in so we could have our furniture right before christmas! Literally top tier customer service here!

Hopefully, that means that sleeves aren't different lengths and they just couldn't afford labels. They seemed to have decent clothes and if you're not worried about designer labels, you'll be fine. I limited my visit to the men's area. People working there seemed friendly and observant. It's always good in retail to let everyone know that you see them and that you're watching.

He poked his thigh while putting on the pants and it left a mark and pain. We brought it to the employees attention and they were very non chalant about it, saying it happens from time to time from people trying to steal clothes and remove the security tags. It was disappointing. They didn't fill out an injury report or even give us any sort of discount after he was injured. It literally looked like a needle sticking out in the pants. It really could be a health hazard. So while the prices are low and affordable here, I would suggest shopping elsewhere because there's no reason your safety shouldn't be a priority at a store.
