Crap furniture. I have a table it is now two years old and the molding is starting to fall off. I have no pets, no children, it has not moved and its coming apart. They will only cover it for a year. some cases I think it was two years but you would have to pay a $99.00 fee for someone to come out. Bought a sofa about 6 months ago 3 of the sections are reclining, the hand reclining section of the sofa stopped locking back in place in November. I called to start a warranty claim and had them set up to come out on a weekend end of November, tech came out and said most likely the damage was caused in delivery he filled out his tech sheet and said I would get a call in the coming week or so for fix or replacement (pretty easy). then the horrible started. I got no call, I called them back mid December, they said at first they couldn't find my claim, then they said tech wrote that there was no issues! I told them I had pictures of the tech write up and what was actually put, they said that didn't matter and I would have to have another tech out! for the same thing. I asked to speak to manager, they told me I would get a call from him in 24 hours (no call), no call from anybody to re-schedule another tech and now were in January, Crappy service, crappy product, and crappy warranty! My delivery was schedule for June 7th because I had a special order piece (couch). The delivery arrived without the special order and one of the dressers was damaged. The couch was delivered the next day, but the dresser that needed to be replaced was left off of that delivery. I still do not have all of my furniture and I have already had to give up 2 days waiting around for delivery. Additionally, when I purchased my furniture I was told that I have 36 month of 0% interest but when I spoke to GE Capital they told me that I only have 18 months. This entire process has been disasterous and I am extremey disappointed. Before this weekend I was telling everyone to go to Living Spaces for furniture, but after the delivery being screwed up not once but twice and being lied to about my financing I will tell everyone I know not to buy anythiing from Living Spaces. read more

We bought a chest of drawers and large dresser in May. 4 months later and a million calls and service calls, they finally fixed the drawer hardware so we can use them. I will never buy any furniture from Living Spaces again. If you care to find out why, read on. Jan 25, 2014 Two recliner/rocking chairs were delivered that had been purchased at the Scottsdale location. One for me and one for my husband. March 11, 2014 I called Customer Service since my chair wasn't operating or sit as comfortably as the other chair. After explaining my problem I was told a technician would be sent out to verify the problem. March 28, 2014 After waiting 2 weeks for him to show up, he looked under the chair and agreed that something was broken. He said he would turn in his report and a new part would be ordered and it would take 2 to 6 weeks to get the new part. Once it arrived I would be called to arrange a date to have the chair picked up and taken in for repair. By this time the chair was so bad it was lop-sided and the seat was as if I was sitting in a hole on the right side of the seat. I could not use the chair so had to move it to another room. April 1,2014 Customer Service called and said the tech recommended a new part be ordered, and I was told it would be ordered. April 4, 2014 I called and spoke with a different CS rep. and asked to speak with her manager regarding getting the chair repaired quicker since I had no comfortable chair to watch TV. I'm a senior so comfort means a lot to me. I also asked that the chair might just be replaced since it was broken since it was delivered. I was told they never do that! I was not permitted to speak with a manager either. The rep said she would check with her manager for me and call me back. SHE NEVER CALLED. April 21, 2014 I called and spoke with the 5th CS rep during my ordeal and asked if there was any update on the part that was ordered April 1 since it has now been 3 weeks since it was ordered. She had me hold while she checked the parts dept. and said the part was not in. May 9, 2014 I called and spoke with the 6th CS rep. I* was told the part was expected to arrive May 13. I thought, this is great, finally! She said I would be called to arrange for the chair to be picked up and repaired. May 14, 2014 I called and spoke with CS rep #7. The part has not arrived. Parts dept will email vendor and inquire when it will arrive. She promised to call me in a day or two after she received a reply. May 16, 2014 NEVER received the call back as promised so I called and spoke with CS rep #8 and was told that rep. #7 couldn't call me back since she was not at work and was off for the next 2 days. I explained a shortened version of my problem and she said she would re-send an email to the parts dept and ask them to re-send an inquiry AGAIN to the vendor. May 20, 2014 I received a call from yet another CS rep (#9) telling me that part would be in JUNE 12. so now, the original promised 2 to 6 weeks is extended to 10 WEEKS. (2-1/2 MONTHS) waiting for a part. June 16, 2014 I called CS again and spoke with another rep #10 and said my part was 'PROMISED" to arrive on June 12, 4 days ago. I was told he would check with the parts dept and inquire and will call me back by June 18. June 20, 2014 I received an EMAIL, NOT A PHONE CALL AS PROMISED, and was told to call Customer Service. I was told the chair would be picked up June 21 and be returned in one week. June 21, 2014 The chair was picked up. July 2, 2014 I received a call telling me they FOUND NOTHING WRONG WITH MY CHAIR AND WOULD BRING IT BACK TO ME IN THE SAME CONDITION AS IT WAS WHEN THEY PICKED IT UP. I had to go into great detail describing what was wrong with the chair and I would not accept the chair until it had been repaired. She said , OH okay I'll have a different person look at it. She will call me back shortly. NO CALL. July 5, 2014 Chair was delivered, repaired. 4 MONTHS AFTER PART WAS ORDERED. I FOUND OUT THE PART HAD TO COME FROM THE VENDOR IN CHINA. If I wrote this review last August/September when we originally purchased our sectional it would have been a 3 or 4 star review as we were happy with the sectional when it arrived and the movers did a nice job installing it. I honestly wish I wrote this in early October when we realized how duped we were, but I knew it would do no good since it stated all over our receipt that there were no returns, etc. We purchased a "linen" sectional that was a floor model because it was the color we were seeking, the rest of my furniture is linen and was exactly the dimensions needed to fit in our den. In hindsight, we should have decided against it when we were told that since it was a floor model that we could not return it, it would not be under any warranty, etc. Well, it is by far the worst piece of furniture I have EVER bought. Our first indication that we had made a huge mistake was that whatever part of my skin touched the fabric on the couch would get itchy but I thought it might be from some sort of scotch-guard like protectant on the furniture and would wear away over time (not get worse like it has) - I was seriously mistaken that there was any protectant on it because within a couple of months it started to look dingy and like we have had it for years. (I had white couches in NYC that lasted for 7 years and never looked like this thing did after 4 months). Then the fabric started to pill all over which was a huge red flag that we were not sold a linen sectional as linen does not pill - polyester, however, pills like crazy. We thought we had paid for a linen sectional and instead are stuck with this cheap polyester piece of crap - we are stuck with this pilling, dingy, ridiculous sectional until I find something else that will fit the dimensions of the space. The thought of having to buy two sectionals within less than a year because we were sold a fake bill of goods by this place really pisses me off.One thing I know for sure is that I won't be looking for its replacement at Living Spaces that is for sure! My son bought a beautiful kitchen table set there when their house was built. Within 2 weeks (maybe less) the chairs were falling apart. After many calls and attempts to repair they wouldn't give their money back or exchange. The chairs were not abused. Bought a couch and love seat from and was promised delivery between 4 and 6 pm. Called at 6:30 and was told the delivery was from between 10 and midnight (who has furniture delivered at midnight). Asked customer service to speak with a supervisor and was denied our request. We were told that the delivery personnel would call us before they arrive, because we made it clear we would have a sleeping young child. No phone call was received they knocked and rang the doorbell waking up our small child. At least they ended up giving us free delivery. I have been looking for a couple of years for the right one, this was it. My friend also found a chair and night stand and bought them. Loved the Starbucks coffee, beautiful decor and very friendly, helpful staff with no pressure sales. Did not even go to Ikea. Totally satisfied with my beautiful new couch. Just bought a couch and recliner was told it would be delivered the same night. The truck did show up without my stuff was told to call customer services. After calling I was told to call back in the morning. So after morning comes I call again only to be told my items can't be delivered until the next day. I bought a Lodge sectional in 'Superb Gunmetal' which is an awesome fabric and I love it. I work at the Glendale store and we do strive on giving the best customer service possible. I will say that calling us is not the best way to get ahold of someone, Email is the best way. So if you want the Glendale store it's Glendale@Livingspaces.com Scottsdale is Scottsdale@Livingspaces.com etc. Sometimes delivery can get pushed back for reasons out of our control, it shows us the possible delivery dates on our tablets and we choose whatever the customer decides. After that it's up to the delivery people so the sales people have no control over that person but the operations department that answers the emails do take any issues very seriously. I strive to give customers an honest, and overall great experience when I'm dealing with them and my coworkers do as well. Horrible experience. By far. Total nightmare. Purchased my furniture about a month before getting my new place. My total order was partially ready when the month was up when I was told that I would have everything within three weeks. 2 weeks later and I still don't have my countertop stools. Called and was told that they had no clue when they would be in. Decided to go to the store where I purchased them and was told "sorry; they should be in soon". Another week and a half have gone by and I called again. They were supposedly in already so I drive down to pick them up and to my surprise they only had 4 of my 6 still available. Unbelievable. This was my first time visiting Living Spaces in Phoenix, and I doubt I would ever step foot in that store again after the experience I had. I went in there on Saturday afternoon 5/19/18 with my wife and 2 kids. We wanted to take advantage of the kids area so my wife and I could shop in peace, as we were in the market for a new patio set, and living room set for our new house. We entered the store and proceeded to walk towards the kids area to check them in. On the way there, we pass by 4 employees, none of which greeted us. I was not expecting to be greeted so I was ok at this point. So we arrive to the kids area check in counter to find that the room was empty. No kids, and no employee around. While we waited for someone to show up, we begin filling out the check in form for each of our kids. Once filled out, we continued to wait a few minutes but no one showed up. I noticed a few employees in surrounding areas conversing amongst each other, even a few who walked by and attempted to flag them down to possibly get some help. I made eye contact with 3 of them individually and signaled that I needed help and they immediately turned away. I did not receive an acknowledgment or anything. I know they all saw my family standing there but they did nothing. Needless to say, my wife and I left the store and headed down the freeway to American Furniture where we were greeted immediately and ended up buying furniture for not just our patio, and living room, but also our master, kids, and spare bedrooms. There is a discounted selection of furniture in the back too, returned items, or custom pieces that were returned. Customer service at Living Spaces is the worst. I purchased a dining room set and after six days the bench broke and the chairs started loosing screws every move. I called customer service and followed their instructions, but it took two weeks for customer service to get someone out to inspect the damage (after numerous phone calls). To date I have not heard anything for Living Spaces and my dining room set is still damaged. Please avoid purchasing from Living Spaces, because they will not get better only worse, unless they value the customer. read more

This store is amazing! The selection is almost endless and offers something for everyone. We shopped at many other furniture stores but walked out after finding places that had boring junk to places that had overpriced designer furniture. However this place had modern designs and low prices along with a huge clearance area that included items that were canceled special ordered items. The customer service was not pushy and also would move items around the store so you can see it your couch goes well with your accessories or accent chairs. Delivery was even the same day 8-midnight if your items were in stock or a floor model and placed by 4pm. Be sure to check out the clearance area that is back in the warehouse. Just moved to Arizona from out of state, so we left our old furniture and needed all new sets. The selection was fantastic. They have something to fit most budgets. We got a full sectional couch for $700, including a 5 year warranty for stains and breaks. The service was great. A couple people helped us and was even willing to look at their inventory in the back warehouse to find us our couch. Our purchase came with a coupon for $25 off $100.
