I walked into living spaces for the first time today and my initial reaction was that this was a beautiful furniture store with all the modern pieces I've been looking for to furnish my new house! However After reading the reviews on yelp and seeing that it had only 2.5 stars i am now appalled and reluctant to purchase here due to the bad business practices that in reading about. Buyer beware....On 2/11/17 I ordered sofa/loveseat for delivery on 3/1. They called to say that only 1 piece was ready. I wanted to wait for both pieces. For the next 2 weeks I was continually told it "was on a truck from LA". After I read the other reviews I figured out this was a common response from this place. I cancelled the order on 3/15. We purchased an electric reclining love-seat at the end of April. Less than six months later, the motor went out on one side. I purchased the warranty; however, it took over 3 weeks to get them out to tell me what I already knew - we need a new motor. The warranty repairman assured me the new parts would be sent to my home within 8-10 days and I could call to have them come back out to repair. Just got a letter now saying the part will be delivered in 8-12 WEEKS. Really? I have to wait up to four months just to get the part? Pretty sure by the time all is said and done (and based on other reviews), my love-seat will be broken longer than it worked correctly in the first place. I moved to the area over a year ago from San Diego, where I've purchased furniture from Living Spaces before without any issues. But my experience at this one has been inexcusable. I ordered a TV console over a month ago and it still has not been shipped to my house. Granted, they told me it wasn't in stock at the time and it should take a week or two to arrive. However that time lapsed over 3 weeks ago. When I came in to ask for the whereabouts of the TV console that I paid over 600 dollars for, they told me that their factory had a fire and it was going to be another week before we received it. That time expired two weeks ago. After making a phone call today in search of answers, I was redirected to the store where my call was hung up on THREE FUCKING TIMES while I was on hold. And, by the the way, there is no direct line to reach the Summerlin store, so you call the 800 number, wait 20 minutes for someone to answer then transfer you to the store, but you get hung up on. Once I reached a real person at the store, they found that the console is now in stock and can now be delivered, which is great news but why the fuck didn't anyone call us the minute it became in stock for a delivery? Why did I have to waste two hours of my life to get their employees to do their fucking jobs! Bottom line is, this is complete incompetence and lack of urgency to close out an order. Prices are decent and furniture has held up so far. Only thing disappointing was the delivery. They give you huge window so you have to sit around waiting for them to come. I tried to call day of delivery to see when they'd be here and was told the driver would contact me. The driver only contacted me to say he was 20 min away. That being said they were very courteous and efficient when setting up all the furniture. In the future I will buy more furniture but I think I'll bring it home and set it up myself. read more

Never again! This review is about the company and not just this location. Bought a couple couches from them. Within 6 months, the cushion foam had broken down and we were sitting in a hole. Neither my wife or I are big people. Submitted a warranty claim advising the issues with the cushions. They sent a tech out to review. 2 months later, I hadn't heard anything. Drove to the store today and was told cushions breaking down this quickly is normal wear and tear. So I guess this furniture is only good for a few months. Buyer beware! I will never buy anything from this company again. They didn't even have the decency to advise me of their decision...I had to waste my own gas and time to find out how temporary their furniture is. We don't have kids jumping on our furniture. Next time, I'll go somewhere with better quality. Super disappointed. As a point of reference, we have a Crate and Barrel sofa. This was our primary place to sit before moving to a larger home and buying this junk. We used the c&b sofa for 10+ years and the cushions are still firm and feel new. Extremely disappointed!!! My husband went a purchased a couch on 1/25/17, they told him they would be able to deliver today 1/29/17. We received a phone call last night that they won't be able to deliver our couch today due to a "computer issue" and wouldn't be able to deliver our couch until 2/1/17! Extremely disappointing. My husband went up there today to get them to refund us our delivery money because hello not our fault you supposedly had "computer issues". When my husband spoke with a representative she informed him that the couch had not actually been ordered and it wasn't even here in Las Vegas but in LA.!!! What in the world!! No one told us from the beginning they had to order the couch! Needless to say we immediately cancelled our purchase and had them refund us the money. UPDATE: My order has been delayed YET AGAIN because one of my items was not scheduled for delivery at the same time as my other item. At this point it has been over a month and now I have to wait MORE. I am very frustrated. There was an issue with our order. And it appeared that customer service over the phone was either unable or unwilling to make any accommodation to help figure out why our order still had not been fulfilled or delivered. BUT! When we came to the store directly, the issue was totally resolved beyond our wildest expectations. Kara and Ben were super helpful and did everything they could to make sure our problem was resolved and we could finally get our mattress and adjustable bases into our home and start enjoying them. I also need to note that our original sales person, Marcia and our original cashier, Kari, were both awesome as well. It's easy to receive great service up front when spending money but it's not always easy to get great service after the fact. I will NEVER do business with these people EVER AGAIN! I special ordered a sofa which took the 4 weeks they told me it would take. It looked nice when it arrived. The sofa is in three pieces and was missing a connector clip for the largest piece. The delivery guys took photos of where the clip should be and submitted them. I called the "877" number and was assured the part had been put in to be ordered. Three weeks later (I work full time) I called on a Saturday to see what was going on. The order was never placed, the photos had disappeared and they wanted me to dismantle the sofa and take pictures so they could, supposedly, start the order. You can't call the store directly, the "877" number has to contact the store. I finally spoke to the store's general manager, Messiah, who tried to blame the delivery team. When I would not let him pass the blame (it is obviously the fault of the "customer service" department), he offered to order the part. I kept saying I just want my money back. Messiah put me on hold for over 5 minutes, I'm sure, to try to calm me. It just made me more angry! After 10 minutes on hold, Messiah offered to have the clip out here tomorrow and give me $200 back on my $2,000+ order. I told him I want my money back and the sofa returned. After another 10 minutes on hold, he came back and passively/aggressively slow talked about how long it would take for my money to be returned (I offered to have my attorney get involved, then Messiah put me on hold again). He then put me in hold again instead of scheduling the pickup of the defective furniture. I am now on hold again. I can guarantee, they will be out of business here before the end of the calendar year! I take some blame for not looking here first. Supposedly, they will be here on Friday to pick up the sofa and the credit has supposedly been put in. My bank has been notified and a credit dispute has been started with them. Messiah accused me of being irate with him. He told me he just "gave me 30 minutes" of his time. I asked him "what about my time?" I was insistent but, I promise, I didn't call names, threaten or raise my voice. He abruptly put me back on hold so I hung up. My blood pressure will never return to normal! I received a canned response to this post asking me to provide my order number. I will not do that as I have already spoken to a GM at the store and provided him that info along with providing it to the people at their 877 number. This is probably the worst furniture store I have ever been in, in my entire life ! They lie and steal from customers !! I bought a couch, I wanted the color and fabric that was on the display model So , because I didn't want the same pillows that come with the couch, it was considered a special order So I purchase the couch and 4-5 weeks later it arrives The delivery men walked in the house with my couch Soon as they got in the room , I noticed this is not the correct fabric and color What do I do ? I had no couch anymore The delivery men advised me to take the couch and just go to the store and exchange it Which I did When I got to the store , after the salesperson who helped me denied I ask for a specific fabric and color ( yea, he remembered what I ordered 5 weeks ago ----don't think so buddy ) They refused to exchange the couch with a 25% charge and a $100 delivery fee I am outraged The manager told me it is a " he said she said situation" Are you kidding me !!!! We were looking at Tempurpedic mattress and a product specialist Kyle was extremely helpful and knew a lot about health benefits, how to adjust your bed and pillows etc. he was able to make us feel a comfortable sleeping position we hadn't figured out ourselves. My wife and I spent a few hours in the store picking out a sofa and loveseat that we both liked and that we knew was available for immediate delivery. The friendly salesperson assured us that the pieces were in the warehouse, wrote up our order and set up the delivery for that weekend. The delivery drivers showed up with both pieces wrapped in thick plastic to protect them during setup. Once they were both unwrapped, we all quickly realized that the 2 pieces didn't match. The sofa was a cheaper model that looked completely different than the loveseat. The delivery team took photos of the incorrect sofa and made a report. When I wasn't contacted about the issue, I called customer service to verify that the problem had been reported. It had not. I told them about the issue and was told I would get a confirmation email. I did not. I called again and was assured that I would have the proper sofa delivered and exchanged within 3 weeks. It's now 8 weeks and I have not been contacted. I've been on hold with the claims center for a half hour and I've completely lost my patience with this pathetic excuse for customer service. So we came here on friday to find our 8 year old and 4 year old a bedroom set. We loved the store and customer service was exceptional.. we found a beautiful set and paid about $1000 total including the extra $140 I paid just for delivery on the weekend. Saturday at 730pm I get a call from here stating they gotta cancel all deliveries and reschedule for next Thursday due to a emergency. So I agreed and she stated I should be hearing something back on delivery day regarding a time window. Today is Thursday 2:30 pm and I called to see what's going on for them to mention that I would have to reschedule AGAIN because not all the pieces are here. Like are u serious? I find the selection of furnishings to be outstanding, but that's not the best part of this store for me. I love the fact they when you walk through the door, you aren't immediately approached by a salesperson who is going to stalk you until you walk back out of the door. Living Spaces let's me shop and when I have a question, it's easy to find an employee. Also, I love their selection of accessories. I definitely recommend this store if you like quality, style and to be left alone until you call on someone! read more

Came here the first day they opened with 15% off each item in the entire store that day only. I was also invited back for the second day of a private viewing/shopping with some pretty important people and a live band. Walked in and it was a bit overwhelming but once I settled for a side I worked my way around. Each department was covered with workers to great you and help you with your eyes likings. Linda ended up helping me both days. She was full of energy and great smiles throughout our encounter. She is from the San Diego location and was in Las Vegas for the opening as well as to help train the new workers. She was quite exceptional and very patent with me as I can be very indecisive and take awhile on final decisions. I also met the regional manager Buff who was pretty amazing and down to earth. She was kind enough to help guide the process along within the two days as the 15% was only the first day however she made the exception for me to carry over to the next day as long as I was purchasing multiple items and so I did. Very accommodating. When finally done and ready to check out it was slightly a long process because of delivery times and dates. Also the lady checking USD or was new so she was pretty much was doing this for the first time. I would have preferred to had all items delivered at once but I did special order a couch in a different fabric/color and this was right around Christmas time so it was a bit of a hassle on their end it seemed but they assured me that the other couch I ordered would be delivered in a week so that I would have something to sit on until the special order couch came. Had an amazing experience in the store overall and couldn't wait to get my new furniture. In just a few days I received my bed, mattress, rug and accessories. A week passed by and no sight of my first daybed couch so I called and they said that it wasn't being delivered until 2 weeks later. I was really confused and a bit upset because they knew I needed it in a rush as I was traveling to new York and she said no worries and gave me the date it was coming. Apparently according to the lady on the phone the couch had to come from a different location from what they had planned that being said they could have informed me so that I could have made plans accordingly. Not very happy at this point. So the last on the phone refunded my delivery fee of $99 as a courtesy which didn't really do much for me because I wanted my couch but withing a few days the couch came so I'm guessing she felt my rath lol and rushed for me. Couch came in good condition and I was happy with it. All in all the 3 stars is coming from from the lack of communication on the delivery because it was an inconvenience to my traveling schedule. They should not be promising dates of delivery if they are subject to change with out informing the customer. I do love the store though. Great stuff and great prices to match. read more

First of all, if I had to review just the store experience, 5 stars all around. When I first walked in living spaces, it was completely overwhelming. The place is MASSIVE. Nichol is amazing, and helped us pick out a new mattress to go with a bed frame we also found in the store. The employees do not work off of commission so you never feel pressured into buying anything, and they were all genuine and honest in their recommendations. While we were checking out, there was a problem they were having with their newly updated system, but we were offered fresh cookies, teas and coffee while waiting, all complimentary. Two of the items we ordered were backordered, so we had a tentative delivery date for two weeks after we purchased it. Understandable, we ordered a popular mattress, I get that things are backordered sometimes, so it was no problem. Here's where things started to go bad...I called a week a half later just to check in and see if things were still planned according to schedule. The lady I talked to on the phone said everything was actually in stock for my order and they could get it out as early as Saturday (I called on a Thursday). GREAT! So we scheduled a delivery for that Saturday morning from 8am-3pm. I get a call about 8:15am from living spaces saying that they couldn't locate one of the items in time to get on the truck so they were going to reschedule for Sunday morning at the same time. They said someone would be calling to give me a more narrow time frame. I take work off on Sunday now so I can be there for it, and it's about 10am and I've heard NOTHING. So I call, and was hung up on TWICE. It's almost 11am now and I'm calling for the third time and finally get a hold of someone. He promises not to hang up, and in the end says that there was a huge miscommunication error and the item never made it out of the warehouse in California and the earliest they can make it out is Wednesday to deliver. At this point, I'm pissed, I've taken two days off of work and now I have to take one more day off. They did take a very small percentage off the total, which was a nice gesture, but still doesn't make up for the three days I've had to take off of work. Luckily I got the call Tuesday night giving the time frame and they were there Wednesday morning. The movers were quick and friendly, and we finally had our new bed set, which we love. Living Spaces, your store experience is absolutely amazing. I'm not sure which end of the spectrum is more to blame for what happened in our situation, but if you are going to hire a third party delivery service, you need to make sure they match that quality as well! read more

Service was fine in the store but ever since has been horrible. We ordered a custom sectional in May 14th and was told that it would be delivered in 5/6 weeks. It has been 8 weeks now and nobody has reached out to us. When we call the customer service line (only number listed anywhere) it does not work as it rings busy for weeks now. I am writing regarding an item that this company carries. My wife and I have called multiple times about the item, however calls were not returned and different answers have been given. My wife has interest in a clearance item chair for our new home in Arizona. We went into the local store to order the chair, but were told that we would have to order online. I called on Saturday 8/26/2017 to inquire about the item. I was told that two (2) chairs were available and promised that someone would call me back within 24-48 hours to receive payment after it was sent to the Phoenix store. I never got a call back and the item was never shipped. We called again yesterday 8/28/2017 about the item. My wife was told that the item was not able to be shipped because it was located at a warehouse in California and could not be sent anywhere out of the state. The item is online and does not specify this online. I called again within a few minutes after my wife called and asked to speak to a manager. The associate put me on hold and called the location where the item was located. He said that they were going to email him if the items were still available and call me back. I have not heard back since then. This is very frustrating as a consumer to be running around in circles and not getting a solution. We want purchase this item and it has no specifications online that say anything about the item not being able to be shipped. It actually says "Available for same day delivery or next day pickup." This is not clear online and is misleading. This needs to be fixed immediately if a customer can't order an available item. Update: I called and talked to a manager today 8/29. I was told that we could not order the item because it is at their California warehouse and they would not ship or transfer the item to our home or local store. Where they lose stars is in the delivery! 15 minutes before my 3 hour window started, they called to tell me that my love seat wasn't there, only the couch. They couldn't tell me why and told me I had to call customer service. After speaking with customer service and their promise to call me back within 30 minutes.. 3 hours later I was on the phone again because I never received a call back. Now my love seat won't be delivered for 2 more days. They had a week to be sure they had both pieces, and waited until the last minute to let me know. I went there first a couple of days before. I was left to walk around the store as I pleased which I enjoyed. Then I found something I was interested and had to hunt someone down. The person I eventually found basically seemed that I was inconvenience him on his social time. I showed him the two pieces I was interested in and another sales person was near the computer and informed him that both were out of stock. Once that information was shared he basically said if I needed anything else to find him and left. So naturally, I left as well with no purchase. I decided to go back a couple of days later because I still appreciated their prices and didn't want to dismiss some of the items I had found. Thankfully, my second time was much more enjoyable or else my review would be 1-2 (2 for their prices because they are GREAT) stars. I was greeted by KC and had explained my experience from a couple of days before. He apologized on their behalf and took over. He went over the two items I wanted and this time confirmed himself they were out of stock. But then he continued to show me other options and explained that I could customize pieces from what they had on the floor. For example, you see a couch that has a chaise that you want but is too big for your space, i.e. my issue. He showed me that pieces can be added and taken away to create the size you need and the look you want. PLUS you can customize certain items with the fabric you like for NO EXTRA COST. Today, I'm happy to say I walked out with a new couch that was in my price range, in the color and comfort I wanted and my chaise! All thanks you KC! Worst customer service ever. I only gave it one star because it wouldn't allow me to give it zero. After spending over 8,000.00 on new furniture for our home AT LIVING SPACES, and buying the extended warranties, we were told that there was nothing that could be done for us. We ordered our special order sofa in May, 2018. It was delivered in June, and immediately we knew there was a problem with it. The sofa in the store was so comfortable. The sofa that was delivered to us was hard, uncomfortable, and nothing like the one we sat on. We said something immediately to the customer service department at Living Spaces. They tried to tell us it was due to the fact that the one in the store has been sat on multiple times. This was not true as my mother-in-law bought the same couch shortly after we did and hers came with no problem. We were told we needed to wait to see if the condition of the couch improved. When it was obvious it wasn't going to, we called Living Spaces multiple times and had a customer service rep come out to look at our couch. The cushions were way too firm while the back wall of the couch was very saggy. The back of the couch faces out in to our kitchen. The customer service rep was only able to tighten one part of the couch because he was sent the wrong instructions from Living Spaces. Months later, the Customer Service rep came out again, only to tell us that Living Spaces gave them the wrong instructions AGAIN. Even after I sent in pictures to Living Spaces of the couch, they sent him out to fix only one portion and multiple chairs that were on a different order that had nothing wrong with them. While the tech was at our house, he told us that the problem with the cushions being too firm would not have resolved itself and could in fact NOT be fixed. He said he would put his review of what was wrong in and living spaces would call me within a week. After three weeks went by, I called living Spaces yet again and they told me that the customer service rep didn't put anything in his notes about that and there was nothing they could do to help me and I had the couch too long for them to do anything about it. The couch is so uncomfortable that every single person that comes to our house makes a comment about it. After spending almost $4000 on it, we are not in the place where we can just purchase another one right away. It is a huge sofa that takes up our entire family room. I followed up all the proper steps given to me by multiple customer service reps working for Living Spaces. I have a brand new house I need to furnish and I would never even think of using Living Spaces after the customer service we had. Save your money and your time and go someplace else. It's a shame because the store is beautiful, and the service IN the store is very good. That doesn't help you though when you get home and are given the runaround when you aren't happy with what you purchased. read more

Bought a couch and had it delivered! Delivery guys scratched up apartment walls. Then refused to delivery the couch. Living spaces told me I get all my money back but that was a lie. Worst furniture experience!! If I could give them a 0 star I would! We went in 2 weeks ago and purchased a bed frame, a storage bench, a sectional couch with matching ottoman, and bar stools. Fast forward to delivery... PROBLEM #1 - morning of delivery we get a call from the truck, one of the delivery guys slashed a hole in our storage bench, and oh by the way it's sold out and we won't receive a new one for 3-5 weeks. We call corporate to get more answers and are told they can't do anything for us because it was a manufacture defect with the pieces and they can't deliver a broken piece of furniture. We told them that was wrong because the delivery guy told us it was his fault. Once we said that they offered to mail us a gift card. PROBLEM 2 - delivery truck shows up with half of our order missing. The delivery guy shows me his order form and I show him mine to show that it's all one order with the same delivery date. I have to call corporate again asking where our other items are. I call them and they say they are on back order and we can schedule another delivery. Why was I not informed of this? Why do I have to call to get answers? PROBLEM 3 - while I'm on the phone for corporate the delivery guy starts bringing in the pieces they have with them. ITS THE WRONG FURNITURE. I tell the woman I'm on the phone what is happening, She tells me the ottoman we bought only comes in one color. I said that's impossible because I never even saw a tan ottoman in the store. We bought the matching grey ottoman that was shown with the couch we purchased in store. Once I told her this she proceeds to tell me that the sales person ordered the wrong ottoman. PROBLEM 4 - while delivery person is bringing in the couch they ding my wall. Now I have missing paint and a hole. I moved into a new build 2 days ago. We had to do two walk throughs before we closed and can confirm this wasn't there before. 0 stars for living spaces!!!! read more

I placed an order on 05/23/20 and was instructed to pick up the items. 1. Mattress 2. Box Spring 3. Roller frame the following Thursday. Upon arriving I was told the delivery truck had not shown up. Furthermore I was instructed to wait for a phone call/ Text/ e-mail before returning to the store. It's been a week and I haven't received any communication from Living Spaces. So many frustrated customers and so many lame responses by your "Team"....Scheduled a return, took off from work, received a phone call from your Customer Service claiming that drivers couldn't deliver as no one was home....I told them that we were at home waiting for their pickup team and the driver should have called the same number that they had called me at....we hung up and waited and waited and waited....called Customer Service back and put on hold for 20 minutes while they looked into it....they stated that the driver couldn't get into our community....ridiculous as driver never called house phone or my cell number....maybe too dumb to dial or too lazy to repack return items....either way a lost sale as I had found something I was willing to purchase in exchange for this item...I'll keep my $, thanks for the lesson. I'll tell you what... I can understand the reviews here BUT I'm gonna tell about my experience. Excellent customer service by the staff here. Debra and Kenny were spectacular. Answered all our questions and made us feel welcome. Never hounded or felt rushed. Nobody followed us around the store creeping us out. Try that at the other stores see what happens. Debra even got me a water while I waited. Totally happy with our new sofa and chase lounge combo. This place has some of the best selection of styles and fabrics. Me and my wife were even pleasantly surprised we found something in our $ range. We thought it wouldn't happen at this spot BUT low and behold we found the perfect sofa for us. Purchase was simple and quick with no issues. Delivery wasn't needed( just used my truck) so no issues there either. I know some won't agree however this has to be one of the best furniture purchases I have ever done. The quality and selection here is great. Yet close enough when I needed them Relaxed environment Product flyers that give price and dimensions of furniture Delivery was just as promised Lots of options Something available for ANY budget, I saw couches priced under $300 Many furniture pieces, but not all, have additional colors choices available at no additional charge Easy delivery set up Great price for delivery Cons: On the other side of town Had to go back to the store to purchase the warranty, after I had been told I could do it over the phone when I was ready. Waited in line for about 15 minutes to purchase said warranty when no one else was in line, but I was apologized to over and over again for that happening. HUGE delivery window I feel that I am really grasping to find the cons. My experience was way better then I expected. The pieces I ordered were special order so I had to wait for them to be made. I was dreading delivery, since we had read the other reviews. When they arrived in Las Vegas, Living Spaces gave me a call on Thursday and We set up delivery date of that coming Sunday. Now while the 7 hour window is a bit much in my opinion, it is no different then waiting for any other service to show up to your home (Computer repair, AC, Plumber, Cable, etc). I was given a window of 8 am-3 pm. On the day of delivery I received a phone call from the delivery crew at 8:00 am stating they would show up in 20 minutes. Upon a prompt arrival, four delivery men had my three couches (one was a queen sleeper sofa that took some maneuvering to get into the guest room) set up in my house with in 20 minutes. I could not have been more pleased with them!! They were all very courteous and very professional, as were all the sales people who assisted me on my furniture adventure inside Living Spaces. Five starts is supposed to be a great rating. If I could rate Living Spaces with a negative 5 I would. We ordered a reclinable couch and reclinable chair, of which we actually like. However, after having the couch for about two weeks the power box went out. We called the company, they sent two people out to make sure of the problem. We already knew it was the power box because we were able to take the power box off of the chair and try it on the couch. They said they would order a new one and it would take 6-8 weeks. They have the model number and the serial number. They also said they would call us with more information. After 8 weeks with no call, my husband called to inquire. The part is still on order. Here we are 12 weeks later with no part, call again, they said they would call back with some information. A bit of time later, they called back asking if my husband would be home for a delivery the next day with a 4 hour buffer of time. The next day, after they arrived an hour late from their latest estimate, they handed a red bag with a power box in it. My husband noticed it seemed to be a smaller box then the one it was to replaced. The gentleman waited while my husband got the broken power box. Yep, it's the wrong part. So here were are 12 weeks after the first house visit, with the wrong part. Really, they had the model and serial number. Now my husband called two days later to get the answer, the part is on order. Other than the fact that the part came with the couch and we spent a hefty price on the couch, we should have just ordered it from Amazon, it would have been a hell of a lot faster. But on principal we are making Living Spaces replace the part that came with the couch. This SUCKS! read more

Employees say they don't work on commission. There's a kid play area so that adults can have an ease of mind when shopping for furniture. Kyle in the bedding area was really helpful and took the time to explain in detail. Although I didn't end up buying a new mattress, I walked away with a nice 9 piece dining set. We had a good experience here. We picked out a dresser, the sales people were helpful, not pushy and they were informative. We did pickup at the store and it was easy. I would shop there again. If I had a negative experience similar to other reviewers, I would have steered clear of this place. Management better address the issues posted by other reviewers, otherwise it will be out of business here in LV soon. This place has too much potential and it seems like it's ruined by poorly trained employees. read more

My boyfriend and I purchased a three piece sectional from here and had a great experience! We were greeted when we walked into the store to browse and Doug helped us out. He walked us through the sectionals they had in our price range and was very patient with us. We ordered about a week later and picked it up ourselves. I am 100% unsatisfied with the service I received. I ordered a table to be delivered today between 8:45am-11am. The driver didn't have the correct identification to make the delivery at my residence so I got a call asking if I had a large vehicle or a pick up truck to meet them outside the gate to pick up my table. Should I have to? No. Did I agree because I want my table? Yes. I have a small SUV so I was fine with being gone 10 minutes to get my table. WRONG!!! I wasted AN HOUR sitting outside my gate for the driver to drive past me and leave. THEN I get another call to be asked to drive to some unknown location in a really crappy area to pick up my table. EXCUSE ME?!?!? WHY DO I HAVE TO DRIVE TO PICK UP MY TABLE WHEN I PAID TK HAVE IT DELIVERED TO MY RESIDENCE. I refused and was told someone would call me in a few minutes to reschedule my delivery. SIKE. That didn't happen!!!! NOBODY HAS CALLED OR EMAILED ME. What company doesn't fix something like this immediately??? YOUR COMPANY APPARENTLY. It is not my fault your driver didn't have the correct identification nor should I have to leave my residency to pick up an item that was to be delivered to my home especially in some shady area. I HAVE NEVER IN MY LIFE HAD A COMPANY ASK ME TO DO THIS. I will be damned if nobody picks up the phone in the morning, because I am PISSED. read more

There is a such thing as too much customer service. I was so excited to go to this new store! I had never been inside a Living Spaces before and had looked around the website window shopping for months before the store opened here. We drive about 33 minutes to go check it out. Upon walking into the showroom, it's amazing. The man at the front greeted us and let us know how it works and if we needed anything at all to let anyone in the store know because they are non commissioned. I was happy about that part because I HATE being hounded while shopping. We walked about for about 2 mins before another lady came up and repeated literally everything the guy at the front door said. I told her thanks after listening to the 10 min long informational speech (again). We continued walking and looking for ~2 min. and ANOTHER one showed up to tell us the exact same thing I had already heard TWO times. Not wanting to be rude to someone just doing their job, I let them talk. Again, less than 2 mins later, someone else did it. We literally didn't get to look at anything in the store that we were shopping for because the sales people who are "non- commissioned" wouldn't leave us alone. The last guy who was "helping" us wanted to put our stuff in a shopping cart so he said he would have to go take down our information in order to do that. All we wanted to to do was look at couches! If we found one, we would gladly tell someone. We didn't get the chance. I got so annoyed at that point that we left the store. We spent 45 mins or so in the store and looked at one sofa. ONE. I have seen less pushy people at car dealerships. Have a few people at the front of the store tell people what's up. Have a few people on the floor to answer any questions customers MAY have. Stop making them follow them around repeating a 10 min long informational speech. We are going to Ashley Furniture today. We've browsed around in there before without being stalked by every single employee. read more

I bought an expensive leather power recliner 2 years ago at Living Spaces. It is no longer under warranty( for motor was only 1 year) and they won't give me the name of any repair company. I'm willing to pay to have it fixed. They also said they no longer have the name of the company that manufactured it. Buyer beware of Living Spaces. I really wanted to be able to use it now during the stay at home. I'm so disappointed. read more
