This store is a nightmare. There are many reasons. First, they display items that aren't available. Second, they don't have the item in as promised. Third, they will not budge no matter what valid reason on the 7 day return policy. This company is a joke. They called to verify the delivery address, left a message and they had the delivery address wrong. So I called them back on their 800 number, because they "conveniently" do not give you the store number, and said to the guy who picked up the call that our address was wrong. "Sir, I see the same address that they have at the store", to which I answered that it was NOT the address that I gave to the salesman. I asked him to change the address. He said that all he could do was to "make a note", and that we had to go BACK TO THE STORE to change our address. Good luck for those who live 25 miles away... his excuse was "it's a matter of security". Yeah right. That "customer service" guy had a real smart ass attitude so I cranked up the sauce and said to him that I was very close to cancel the order. His answer was that I could cancel if I want to, like he obviously did not give a rat's ass. I hung up on him. I will not cancel because I don't want to give them the freaking 5% they charge for cancellation but I will NEVER buy anything from them. And NO, I do not recommend that place. But a question remains.... how in hell did they get the payment from the credit card with a wrong address? So much for "security". Update: since I was still within the 48 hours no charge range, I did cancel that order. read more

Horrible experience with the delivery! They were mad because they couldn't fit the couch in the elevator, so after they got it up the stairs they immediately said that it wouldn't fit through the door. (10 foot tall ceilings) Made 1 attempt to get it in, and the back delivery person pushed too hard and cause a scratch in the hallway. They were too nervous to even let me try to get it in. They stood there for a couple of minutes, told me that they could just LEAVE IT IN THE HALLWAY to let me deal with it, OR they could take it back and I would have to pay a 25% restocking fee! I'm very upset with my experience here. We ordered a coffee table from this store. When they delivered it, it was damaged. They said they would need pictures and then send another one to replace. After waiting around for the replacement table to be delivered, they bring in another that is damaged as well. For such an expensive coffee table, they should have inspected to make sure there were no nicks in the paint or concrete. The worst part about it, is that I had to call customer service numerous times to get a refund. They refunded my delivery charge to the credit card but I have yet to see my refund of the actual table. When I called this morning, the customer service representative said a check was cut two weeks ago but was never mailed. What??? This was after he asked me if I had called the store to see if my check was sent there. I was NEVER even informed that it would be refunded by check. So now, a month later, no table, no refund and I still get emails from them asking to review my table. I hope they make this right! The only plus to this store, is free child care while shopping. The in store experience prior to the sale was great. However, once they have you locked in for the sale I cannot say the same. Inside they have a play room with video gaming consoles to keep the little ones occupied. They also offer Starbucks drip coffee. Originally I thought wow this place is great, but after I had purchased my items I've had nothing but issues getting a delivery date. They delivered one of 3 items and basically through the box down on the floor and immediately left even though we wanted the piece in another part of the room. My wife picked up an ottoman. When we bought it they said it would be unwrapped allowing us to inspect it, they wouldn't. Also, they didn't include the legs/feet. No attention paid, now I have to make another trip. I wouldn't care a whole lot but the reason I was picking up over delivering is because the rest of our set was delivered and they put a huge dent in our textured drywall, yes they tried to come back and fix it but it's still noticeable. One star actually is too many. Went to the store in Summerlin to buy a dinette set they kept telling me it was out of stock. I tried to buy the floor model they told me they could not do that. I asked to speak to the supervisor they told me I was speaking to both of them. Returned four times still not being able to purchase a dinette set then they sold the floor model to somebody else! Through my own research I found the vendor of the dinette that I tried to buy I called them since they don't sell to the public they told me RC Willey is one of their vendors. Went to RC Willey fabulous service. They ordered The dinette set that I had tried to buy at living spaces, and I was done in 30 minutes they matched the price and took another hundred dollars off! Will never go to living spaces again the customer service is horrible maybe they should work on commission because they would care about their customers more! read more

Love , love this store ! Service is great(non-commissioned no pressure staff) . With that being said , they are still super helpful and friendly . Ordered a sofa and coffee table . It was delivered on time , the delivery guys were professional , set it all up and made sure everything was undamaged . They were even attentive to the fact I have cats and making sure they didn't get out . So today we went back and purchased a bed set, rug , and home accessories. I really like the atmosphere of the store. The layout is great, restrooms are clean, they have coffee and water at no cost, and they also have a childcare area. I like the furniture offerings they have, and they do have a Lotta great prices. I have never bought anything here so we cannot vouch for that experience. The reason for my three star review: I went to the store with my 4 1/2-year-old boy and my mom met us there. I was looking for a new kitchen table. Anyone with a child knows it's easier to shop without them by your side. You're able to concentrate on what it is that you want to purchase, especially when making a big purchase like furniture. There was no one in the childcare area so, as the sign instructed, we went to the cashiers desk to find someone for childcare. We were completely ignored. We stood and waited for 23 minutes for someone to help us and no one even acknowledged that we were standing there. During that time I sought out three different workers asking for help and none of them got back with me. I think it's quite amazing that they offer childcare and I am grateful for that, however, if you're going to offer the service, then have it available! To be completely ignored is just not OK. So my mom and I walked the store with my son, I found a table that I really liked, but did not make the purchase because I was just disappointed with the lack of customer service. So now I will go online and find the same or a similar table and purchase it elsewhere. I won't spend that kind of money in the store where the workers don't even say, "We will be with you shortly." read more

I am leaving 3 stars instead of 1 only because the pick up team is so considerate and willing to help! (If I could leave that department specifically 5 stars I would) To make a long story short I was on my second trip in 1 week (I live in Henderson) to retrieve the matching ottoman for the couch I had just purchased. I came straight from work on the strip! The ottoman was incorrect AGAIN and I know and understand that mistakes happen but at this point I was beyond frustrated. The manager working the sales floor, Brad, was not empathic of my situation at all. He offered me a 10% discount for the mistake BUT I would still have to come back a 3rd time to pick up my ottoman! (All I wanted to do was avoid the ridiculous $99 delivery fee) with today's gas prices and the hours of driving I put in; I might as well have just paid it. When I said that I would rather just return it, Brad said, "That's fine, just take your receipt to the cashier" and pointed in the direction. I am not one to cause a scene but I just felt really disappointed with how short his attention span to me was. (I started crying out of anger! How embarrassing) He sounded like he was reading verbatim from a handbook. By the way! I called customer service about my pending return for the first incorrect ottoman and ended up venting to her about my situation. She placed me on several brief holds to find out what she could do for me and decided to send me a gift card to compensate. I have been in the retail/ customer service industry for over 10 years and anyone in a leadership position should show empathy for a distraught guest. It's about going above and beyond. With that being said the only reason I would ever come back to this store is because of the pick up team. I will only purchase online or come in if I need to see any furniture if I need to in person. All I needed was someone to understand! I placed ANOTHER order for the correct ottoman because I love it so much. I wanted to stay positive no matter the issue because I really WANT this ottoman. I wish I could give no stars. I bought a couch and love seat from them a month ago. Since it was the last one they told me I had to buy it within 48 hours, so I did. Well I unpacked it (they wrap it up for you) two weeks later when I moved into my house and my couch is missing the cord for it to recline. I call them to see if they can give me a cord that belongs to it and they said there's nothing they can do. So I bought a couch that can't even recline now cause they didn't care to pack everything that belonged to my couch. Never again will I buy anything from there. read more

Visited the store on 3 different occasions, each time I was impressed with the beautiful store and the non-pressure staff. Decided to give it a try, my girlfriend decided to check yelp, and we did not like what we saw! It almost ended the deal before it had begun! My roommate decided to give the manager a call, she couldn't get through at first, took about 15 minutes, when she spoke to a person, they tried connecting her to the store manager, they weren't available, but she told her they would call back. Well within 2 minutes the manager was calling back, he explained the yelp reviews, excepted responsibility for the mistakes and promised they were corrected. Apparently the store switched operating systems and there was a problem with the warehouse system communicating with the store system. So back to the store we go, the manager had left when we arrived, but he informed the manager on shift at the time about our concerns and situation. We were promised a white glove vip delivery (not sure if it's a real thing or not), so we decided to give it a shot. I purchased a 3 piece leather set, couch, loveseat, recliner, and my roommate purchased a new bed with built in storage. They told us they would combine shipping for us since we lived together and only charge us one fee. So the day of the delivery arrives, the window was 12-4pm. Around 12:10 I received a call that the guys were on the way to deliver the items. Also there was an automated call the night before and a text as well, confirming the delivery date. The delivery guys arrived around 12:30 and were very professional and proficient! The furniture is amazing, we love it all! So hopefully the bug in the system is fixed now, I would highly recommend giving them a try! read more

Our family had an amazing experience at Living Spaces. When we arrived at the store we were warmly greeted at the door. My boys, ages 2 and 4, spotted the shopping carts with cars attached not the bulky type like in the supermarket put nice compact ones easy to maneuver around the store. The cars kept them occupied during our visit however Living Spaces also had a kid's room with crayons, video games and playing a movie which is good to know for future visits. We came to the store for a dining room set we had seen online but all their selections were beautiful. We were assisted by Kyle, who was super patient and answered all our questions and concerns with some help from Beth. The dining room set we wanted wasn't available at that location but we were shown a similar one and we were able to order the set we wanted online. The cost of delivery and set up was very reasonable and we also added a warranty plan with great coverage. The delivery was on the time and it was set up fast and looks awesome! We are really pleased with the whole ordeal and are looking forward to returning to continue furnishing our new home. read more

I hardly ever post reviews but my experience at Living Spaces was so fantastic I just couldn't resist! It started with Marcy in the mattress department. She was incredibly helpful and patient with her advice on the the types of mattresses that were best, all while staying in my ideal price range. After that, I found an art piece on one of the walls that I absolutely fell in love with. I was dismayed to hear that the piece was actually discontinued and that I would not be able to purchase the floor model. I then came upon Scott the general Manager and he was able to pull some strings and get me the piece that get I could not live without. He was by far one of the most helpful people that I have ever come across in a furniture store and made sure that whatever mountains he needed to move, he would do it to ensure his customers were happy. Please do not hesitate to shop at this location as they are more than happy to assist you and make all of your furniture dreams become reality! read more

I really wished I'd paid more attention to the reviews. As many others experienced, it goes all wrong when it comes to delivery. My husband surprised with a home make over and we spent a pretty penny $6k. All of the furniture I purchase was in stock except for the sofa's as I chose a special fabric of my choice. Expected delivery is 5 weeks and I'm really nervous it's going to turn into 10 weeks after reading reviews. I purchased on 13th and was delivered on 21, and they were 30 hour early. Not everything was delivered...I had to call the store and ask why not. They stated not all items were available in warehouse which doesn't make sense if at time of order, your invoice states otherwise. Needless to say they claim they will call me & deliver when all pieces are in!? Pretty much lost faith and think I'm in for a long haul... read more

Atrocious customer service. I've called about 6 times to get info on the whereabouts of my order. Got a call and text that it was in and ready for delivery. They got a call that delivery was delayed. Ok.... Sat at home ALL DAY Thursday for a delivery that never happened! Call and asked for a corporate manager to call me back. Someone called named Josh (surprisingly) and told me that the chair JUST arrived today to Vegas. WHAT? Delivery was scheduled 4 days prior! I confirmed a refund for delivery and asked that it be available for pickup at the store the following day. Also asked that he call me back the following day to confirm that the chair WAS ACTUALLY available for pickup at the Summerlin store. EOB, and guess what? No call. Here I sit on the corporate line again for 20 minutes.... I should just contest the entire charge for this chair. read more

If I could give a zero, I would. I really loved the furniture and their customer service, so I thought perhaps it's gotten better. Against every review on here that had a negative experience with this company as well as a personal friend, I order anyway and I'm very upset at myself. My husband and I ordered a tufted king bed and sofa sectional from Living Spaces on March 9th that came to over $1700. Because a part of our sectional was on backorder we had to wait almost 3 weeks to receive our items which was fine with us. I originally scheduled delivery on the 28th, but because of our work schedule I called within 20 minutes to change our delivery date to the 26th and the customer service was great! During the time in between I realized that we needed a foundation for our bed and called about 3 times to discuss this with the sales member. All three times I was told that our delivery was set for the 26th and that we had up to 48 hours to add to our order. I am still thinking great customer service! At no point in time were we told that the backordered item would not be delivered until the 28th. The 26th delivery day came and we were very excited to receive our items, but upon arrival we were told that the back ordered part of our sofa was not on the truck. I called customer service and was told that they don't know why it wasn't on the truck and that it was currently sitting in the warehouse in Summerlin (Las Vegas/same state and city we live in), but the system is showing the 28th as delivery day. Why would I schedule it Iike that? Why wasn't I told before delivery that I wasn't getting getting everything? We were even asked to change our work schedule to accommodate their delivery time for the following day. REALLY? Then what is the purpose of scheduling a day for delivery? We are apparently receiving a gift card for the delivery fee amount for the inconvenience, but I told the manager that because of their lack of communication and due diligence, I don't want to spend anymore of my time nor money shopping at this company and just asked for them to credit my account for that amount. I was told that she can't do that... thats all the manager can do is say sorry and send a gift card....I'm so done. Now because of our schedule we are waiting til Friday to receive a sofa that's in the same city. read more

The prices and styles are great, however i think the quality is not. But my real issue is lack of customer service I received recently. I bought a set of beautiful planters. Within two days they were cracking and leaking. I went to return them and they said because it was over their time for returns that they would replace them. I talked to the manager and stated that you know the next set will do the same thing however you willing to inconvenience me by having to take them home, re-planting and then returning them a week later when they start disintegrating the same way? He said yes. I think that's awful if your product is defective!!! So I did bring imthem home and within one day it started doing the same thing. Shame on them for inconveniencing me. I live 30 minutes away from the store. But I will return them. Again. And I hope there are no more issues. So please beware of the inconvenience they may put you through and the way they treat their customers! Did we mention the original receipt showed that I purchased over $2,000 and yet that wasn't a factor. Hope everything else holds up better! Don't Go! They have an attractive selection, almost all from China, and our sales girl was wonderful. That's where it ends. I tried calling Summerlin several times and the phone rang forever before I hung up. Once, I called and let it ring. It rang until Verizon timed me out. The color on my sofa was wrong and I wanted the problem resolved. Some guy that sounded to me like he worked on the docks of NYC before heading to LV, got into an argument with me about the color. He was hung up on the difference between orange and red. I wanted grey but received blue. I have 2 certificates in color matching, years of experience in my family printing company, Director of R&D for a large paper printer, etc. I think I knew what I was talking about. I am just going to use the sofa until the new one I order elsewhere arrives. I will donate this off color waste of money to a charity. I hope I have saved a few people from this frustration. read more

If I could give no stars I would. Purchased patio furniture April 9th with a guaranteed delivery 10-15 days later. Had half of my stuff delivered on the 12th, with the rest supposed to be the following week. So we waited... April 23rd we call and the rest was on back order, guaranteed delivery by the 30th. Call the 30th, get a guaranteed delivery by the 4th of may. Call the 4th, now we are told we have to wait until the 12th, half (a sectional) of the remainder is in... we just need our table. Call today and we're told the table will be delivered the 12th, but the sectional was sold to someone else. Julie at their corporate customer service was rude beyond repair! They are picking up what we have already received and we are getting a refund. Hopped on Lowe's.com and purchased better quality products which ended up being the same price and it's going to be delivered Thursday (in 48 hours). Word of advice? Update. Family came in town to treat me to a new piece of furniture. In California they love Living Spaces. Reasonable prices and great customer service. I told them my experience here in Vegas was completely different, but since I wasnt paying for the furniture, I go where they wanted to go. Well, my family saw exactly what I meant when I went to the Summerlin location. When I first went to Living Spaces my sales person was Jennifer who seemed be a nice person, but that nice person and good customer service act was clearly for her commission. I spent over 2k my first visit at LS and went through hell with delivery and this store knew about my review and the only person who apologize was the sales rep during today's visit. Not the sales manager and not Jennifer. As a matter of fact, Jennifer response was yelling by saying "Krystal it wasn't my fault!". Jennifer we do not know each other, we are not friends and i am not your "baby daddy". You respresent a company, thank God youre in operations, stay away from customers. If you want to buy at summerlin fine, just know you get whay you pay for, half a** service unless commission is involved. Get your furniture but dont expect Mercedes service with pinto attitudes with people who clearly dont like what they do for a living i.e. Jennifer. read more

I figured I would give Living Spaces a second try in the hopes that my first experience was a fluke. I am once again completely disappointed. I made my purchase online, and was told that I could pick it up in the store today. I arrived to pick up my merchandise, and was told that it wasn't in yet, and was assured that it would be in tomorrow (Sunday). When I came home and looked at the sales slip i was just given, it showed a pick up date of Monday. I called to confirm, as I am unable to pick up the purchase during the week. I couldn't get a straight answer. When I asked them to deliver my purchase and waive the delivery fee, I was told that they could not (would not) do that. I asked the "customer service" manager if they would prefer I cancel a $500 order instead of them waiving the delivery fee, and they said yes. Very poor business practice. I am severely unimpressed, and would discourage anyone from wasting their time and money at this joke of a store. RC Willey here I come!! read more

My husband & I went to Living Spaces Wednesday February 21, 2018 to order a sofa sleeper. We were told that we can pick up our item Saturday February 24th in the morning. Saturday comes & I received a phone call from customer services saying that our order has been delayed & that we can pick it up Sunday instead. I told them we were moving Saturday so that's why we wanted to pick up our item because we will have the Uhaul truck so we cannot pick up our item Sunday. I requested to have it delivered to our house the customer service agent was able to do that for us & give us free delivery. 3 days later I called to see about our delivery status & now I'm being told that they lost our sofa! & that we can make another selection with $25 off the item or we can reorder the sofa & wait 15-30 days. We really wanted this sofa because we got it for a great price during the President Day sale & of course Living Spaces would not offer us a different sofa for the same price. So we decided to reorder the item & wait. After numerous phone calls saying it's still being processed & wait another week, Here it is April 4th & still NO SOFA! I called today & the customer service agent felt so bad that no one told me that the sofa has been discontinued. I immediately asked for my money back & told her how disappointed I am at Living Spaces for leading me on thinking that I was going to receive our sofa within the promising time. If you're thinking of buying anything from Living Spaces, I'd think twice. We bought 2 auto reclining chairs in Calif. 2 weeks before we moved to Las Vegas. When we arrived in Vegas they didn't work. The warranty was no good because we moved out of state. We bought 2 more recliners in June 2017, one did not work right & we had to exchange it. Now the same chair 5 mos. later is terrible, feels like stuffing is gone in seat. The other chair is broke. We noticed screw fell out & now see the main bracing board is broken. We paid for warranty so called & waited for a long time for an answer. They scheduled a repair person on a Sat., we waited all day & no one showed up or even called. They said we were never on schedule. They came the next Sat. The store called the following week & said they wouldn't fix it & they don't carry that chair anymore. They would give us the cost of the chair only, not the tax or the price of the warranty AND they won't pay cash only store credit that has to be used in 30 days. I sure don't want to buy another chair there just to have it break. Please Beware, you're wasting your money read more

I ordered a sectional on June 3 from the store. The sales representative (Guadalupe) was amazing. Since I customized the fabric I was told it would take 3-4 weeks for delivery. I called on July 1 since it had been 4 weeks and no one had contacted me. I was told by the customer service representative that it was ready for delivery and she wasn't sure why someone hadn't contacted me yet. We scheduled delivery for July 8. She gave me a window of 12-6 but stated someone would contact me to give me on 3 hour window. I received a text stating it would be delivered between 10-1 so I had to contact them again to remind them it had to be delivered no earlier than 12 AM. She confirmed it would delivered after 12 and I would be given a 3 hour window. It is now July 8 and I've donated my furniture in anticipation of the furniture I am about to receive. I was never provided with the 3 hour window but I make sure I'm home by 11:30. I call at about 3 to check on status and they say someone was supposed to call you and tell you the 3 hour window was 3-6. The delivery arrives at 4:30 but unfortunately it was the wrong furniture. My order was to include a sofa, chaise and ottoman but instead they were attempting to deliver 2 chaises and an ottoman. Both the delivery driver and I contacted customer service. Both the customer services representatives I spoke to basically said there was nothing they could do. I either had to accept delivery of the items or return them, request a refund then go to store to repurchase. I couldn't understand why providing me with what I ordered was not an option so I requested a supervisor. The supervisor indicated that there might have been a problem at the warehouse and asked me to wait 48 hours for them to look for my missing sofa. She gave me the option of accepting the items in my order that were correct or return them so they could be delivered when the sofa was found. I chose to return the items until they could deliver the complete set. A couple days later I get a call from the supervisor indicating that the sofa was never found so they would have to process my order again. Therefore, I would have to wait an additional 4 weeks for delivery but she would try to expedite. Since now I have no furniture I agreed. A couple of days go by and supervisor calls me again to let me know order can't be fulfilled because vendor stated there was a recall on sectional so she was going to issue a refund. Mind you the sectional is still being sold at the store (Adeline Sectional) and I come to find out they processed the refund on the date of delivery. Therefore, they were just wasting my time by telling me that they are looking for sofa, processing a new order and then cancelling due to recall. Through this whole process I don't receive an I'm sorry for our mistake and they don't attempt to make the situation better. So now I've wasted 6 weeks and have no furniture. Beware if you order customized furniture. If you truly fall in love with an item make sure it's in stock locally and confirm that it can be delivered immediately. I wouldn't trust this company with online or customized furniture because they will charge you and you will just sit and wait for nothing in the end. read more
