Jeff and Jet at Crown Tree received the cumulative highest score. Others scored high too but were much higher priced. Others made it clear we were just a job. The range of price was significant and that astounded us. We highly recommend getting multiple quotes and look for the things mentioned above. Our Bradford Pears are 40 years old and trimming and shaping makes them beautiful trees but they require repetitive grooming every 2-3 years. These guys will get first dibs next time and the right price will get them the job (again). They know that! We may not have to get other quotes. They listened, they performed, they did an excellent job and excelled in clean up too. They're really nice guys and it was an enjoyable experience. Give them a call, give them a shot. My gutters are dented in 3 new places, one of which is caved in at the end, so rain came pouring out of it today. The stump grinder is a 3rd party contractor and showed up with, and performed the job with a cigarette hanging out of his mouth, the butt of which I found in my yard after he left. Other issues as well, but too frustrating to list. Sufficed to say, the tree did get removed, but my yard is destroyed and another trip back from the crew was required. Not a good experience.
