Thanks! Then they charged me almost $400 to replace one valve and the timer which is almost triple for an entire new head/timing system. They also did not provide me an estimate over the phone when scheduling the service appointment which they are supposed to do according to the guy that came out. Immediately after the guy left, my timer on the brine tank stopped working which he said "now watch this one is going to stop working" and it did. How did he know? Magic! Pffft...I bought I new timer on Amazon for $34 (they charged me over $100) and replaced it myself.

I had leak fixed and charged $125+$20 for a valve replacement .I agreed with that point even though I have a lifetime warranty contract from Dennis, After 45 days, I encounter REGEN malfunction, normally , REGEN is once a month, I report that the setting could not be properly adjusted after the valve was changed, or the new type of valve was incompatible , They insisted on changing $125 again no matter what, even after I suggested a 50% off discount since I had service recently, but they refused, horrible , no after service.

I just logged in to my account and the main screen is divided into: * Billing Information - where I can update my phone number, email address, and password. * Delivery Information - here also I can update my phone number and email address - for purposes of delivery, so they could be different from the billing information. Also displayed are the driver and route codes, and the next scheduled delivery date. * Account Balance - mine shows $0.00 due, probably because I have them automatically charge my credit card each month. * Open Invoices - there are no open invoices, again probably because of auto charges to my credit card. * My Deliveries - prominently shows the next delivery date, where there is a button to click to skip that delivery. Another option is to "View Deliveries." * Favorites - just has an image and description of the type of water being recurringly delivered. In the upper-left corner of the page is a menu icon, and when I click on it, the options are: * My Dashboard - takes you back to the main, initial screen. * Billing - I used this option recently to update my credit card details. * My Orders * My Account Besides their website, I receive email and phone reminders if there is a delivery scheduled for the following day. I am also able to download a PDF version of their delivery calendar, and there is even a way for me to upload the calendar of deliveries into my personal (Proton) calendar, accessible online or through my calendar app, which now shows me delivery dates for the upcoming months. We typically use about five 5-gallon bottles a month. When the year was coming to an end they wanted me to sign a new contract. I did not want to get locked in in case I needed to cancel. They have all kinds of cancellation fees. I just had my first month to month delivery and they raised the price to $9 bottle. I called and they said that is their month to month price. I guess it is time to cancel and call Menehune! Also, the water in the boxes tastes horrible!!!

As they have told me before purchasing the machine, it took exactly 1 year before I needed to replace with a new filter. Since 8/2018, I no longer buy any plastic bottled water. At the beginning, I could not taste the difference but now when I drink plastic bottled water, I can taste plastic. Whoever is thinking about purchasing Kangensui Water Machine, I seriously recommend to purchase one. Hano Naka, Inc. sells machines from Japan. This Christmas, my sister gave me 2 (two) "Maguchan". This works like a detergent but free of chemicals. Since my washing machine is big, I use 2 maguchan & 1/5 of Oxi clean powder detergent from Costco. (I used to use a full amount of Oxi clean powder detergent before) To my surprise, this Maguchan stuff works like a magic. It gets rid of the smell though I only used 1/5 of detergent in stead of full amount!!! I am telling all my friends to try it too since it will not pollute the river & ocean. My sister told me 1 Maguchan is $25. I was told that you can buy it from Hano Naka Inc. as well as J Shop on Young Street.
