Stuart and Mario were awesome and they'll be/already are our go to for anything plumbing related. It was super easy to coordinate with them and they're very flexible. They essentially did an over haul of our plumbing (just didn't do the parts that would require a tear up of my house which I appreciate). So far everything works great and they were great about explaining everything that was happening. Stuart also fixed a leaking shower only to find out the people that originally installed it were missing pieces and they set our new toilet. He also did a few other random add ons by us which we're thankful for. Best of all we have a toddler that absolutely adored them and they were great with him. Our son can be annoying and in your face and they never seemed to get upset or annoyed and just rolled with it which I truly appreciated. I needed a plumber for our rental unit right away and called 5 different plumbing company. One company picked up my call and said they can pencil us in next week. I left message to 4 other pluming company but Pipeline plumbing is the only one that called me back. Stewart was able to take us in the same day I called! He recommended we replace the water heater since it was over 10 years old and went back there next day( 4th July!) to install the new water heater without charging us the holiday fees! I had a bit of a problem finding a plumber. One made me stay home all day and at 4:15 called to say they couldn't make it and could I wait 2 more days. Welll of course not! Either you honor your time commitment or you don't, which is extremely unprofessional. I canceled service with them and called Pipeline Plumbing instead. They gave me a two hour window of when they could come out and the technician James showed up exactly on time. He was there for less than an hour and was very polite and did a wonderful job. Found this company through Yelp Projects. They had convenient availability and their responses were timely. I had a clogged toilet that ended up clogging the shower after my tenant tried to plunge the toilet. They were able to clear it and their price is reasonable. I have 4 stars, because I had to reach out to give them my number so the plumber could contact me. They came within the timeframe and luckily my tenant was home but a courtesy call would have been the one to get the fifth star. Other than that, the plumber I spoke to was friendly and happy to share further knowledge about drain and pipe care. Ex. Don't use drano and "flushable" wipes, should NOT be flushed. read more

I had Pipeline to come out to Waianae to install 2 toilets and a shut-off valve at my home. Not only were they willing to come this far, but also, Stuart and his team gave the absolute best customer service where nowadays it is rare. His team was fast, clean, respectful and efficient and his pricing very fair for the job. One toilet installation proved to be trickery than anticipated, but they went the extra mile to get the job done. And when it came time to do the shutoff valve, I really was fully frustrated with finding the public water source. First of all, my experiences with local tradesman has been less then ideal for years so I've become quite skeptical of most tradesman in Hawaii: They don't return phone calls, or cancel last minute or try to upsell their service so I resorted in doing most of my own home repairs. When I couldn't reach a clog deep into my pipes, I texted Pipeline and he returned my text immediately. He cleared the clog, about 25 feet into the pipes, he saw evidence of pipe deterioration. Then he ran a camera and showed me what was going on inside of my pipes. The house is over 100 years old. He explained everything clearly and in layman terms and backed it up with the camera. And his prices are very competitive. He then went above and beyond my expectation by being prompt, knowledgeable, responsive, not trying to upsell his services and providing excellent value compared to other plumbers: Stuart is the most professional plumber I've ever met. I will always call him for any plumbing, or any related work I need for my home. As he relined my old cast iron waste lines I was able to observe and learn. After validating our plumbing project requirements, we sent RFQs via yelp and received free onsite surveys and cost estimates from 3 different contractors. Pipeline Plumbing was selected for having the best statement and scope of work in their written proposal which was specific to our project. The other proposals were generic line items with fixed prices selected from an app and did not meet the project requirements (we were told one thing while their quotes said something different). For example, the requirement is to replace a faucet fixture with a heavy duty, long lasting, user serviceable, brass fixture, but their app's quoted line item says to replace the sink (for twice the cost). Then on top of that, one contractor tried to upsell an additional $10,000 water filter scope creep. Bruh! How about get through the small needed job first and then maybe we can talk about if money doesn't matter projects afterwards. Pipeline was also the lowest price and I be that is due to them bidding against our specific requirements. The project date was set and the technician showed up on time. He verified the project requirements and price and then got to work. Along the way, the technician provided status updates and answered questions regarding operation and maintenance. Our home plumbing project was successfully and professionally completed on time and within budget as quoted. Pipeline Plumbing is on track to becoming a big small business if they continue to remain honest and affordable with their cost estimates and staffed with reliable and professional technicians. Is there a 10 star rating? What an amazing experience. My shower faucet has been broken for the last month (lucky we have another shower to use). I was getting quotes from other plumbing companies and it did seem rather expensive. Tanner from Pipeline Plumbing messaged me back on the same day I requested an estimate on Yelp. We had a few back and forth messages and he offered to come out the next day (today) to see what the issue was and to give an estimate. Tanner (amazing guy) came to my house as scheduled today. He wore a mask and was very professional. He took a look at the problem and he said he would be able ti fix it. I asked him what he would charge and he quoted me the best price out of all the quotes I got on Yelp (I had 4 other companies send me estimates as well). I said DEAL!! I had an extra part that I asked if Tanner would be able to use. He said he wasn't sure because the broken part was covered up by some of the metal parts of the faucet. He said best case scenario- can, worst case- he would need to go back to the shop (all the way in Pearl City -from Wailupe) to get the correct part. I apologized and he said not to worry. He made me feel at ease. Tanner proceeded to remove the parts and as my luck would have it- the part I had was not the correct one. Tanner left to get the correct part. Tanner came back to my house in record time- the reason is he went to City Mill to get the part. Smart buggah too!! He was so stoked they had the part. I asked him if I could watch him to learn a little about plumbing. He was very ok with it- In fact, he began to teach me as he was going- pointing out some very key information - things that I would not even think of- His knowledge of plumbing was on display for sure! Tanner did his thing and was able to get the job done quickly. There were a couple of times he needed to use some muscle to get the broken parts off. Braddah was sweating- mahalo for that Tanner!!! Had a problem with our shower. It was almost like one video game. It went very hot or very cold. You had to play with the handle constantly to get it somewhere in the middle where it was warm. It was at that time you had to try chance it and wash the parts quick. Within a minute, you would scream from McDonald's lawsuit coffee burns or you would cover up from frozen shrinkage shame. After one year of this, we figure it made sense to get this fixed. We reached out to a handful of companies through Yelp. A lot of them responded back with what felt like a blind estimate. We didn't give much details, but they said they could fix it for $1k or more! Crazy! Pipeline plumbing responded quickly with a recommendation that they come over for to provide a free estimate. They even made arrangements to come after our work hours. With peoples schedules and spending is tight, this sounded tops! Met Stewart (who is also the owner) and the appointed time. He took a good look at our setup and gave us his recommendation along with a price. The price beat the competition hands down! He explained what and why each thing needed to be done. It was obvious he wasn't the typical plumber that gives you the full moon flash while he tries to fix something. He also looked at the most cost effective way to fixing the problem. During the time he worked on our problem, I took some time to talk story with him. He talked proudly of his co-workers and their many strengths and personalities. Made you want to meet them. He also talked about the challenges of running a business. He probably shared more than he should have, but it was refreshing to hear someone who took pride in the work that he did. This is the kind of person who won't install an $20 Alibaba shower head that claims to de-age your skin because he doesn't know the brand and wouldn't want something like this break. He would recommend something that he trusts would work or not do the work at all. After the installation, I looked over the work and made like I had plumbing skills and gave my approval. Bottom line was that everything was fixed with no extra holes or streams of water coming anywhere. This man does quality work. Seriously! Bonus points since he didn't comment about our messy bedroom and dirty bathroom that I'll Just blame on my wife since she doesn't read my reviews (no say anything). It's all her. Would I use him again? Definitely. Would I recommend him? Yup. Does he make mean Chicken Katsu bentos? Probably not, but go look at a different review if you like dat. This is probably the longest I ever wrote a review (which was probably why I brought up chicken katsu). If you need a plumber, call these folks up for a free estimate. You can tell them Matt sent you, but they not gonna know who that is since I only met the owner. Regardless, they will take good care of you. I usually don't write reviews as I don't typically use this app to find services but I had to following the amazing work provided from Pipeline Plumbing Oahu. The repair was a simple wax ring replacement for my downstairs toilet as I noticed water leaking from the bottom. The simple repair turned out to not be as simple as their technician Tanner notified me that the toilet flange was low because of the tile flooring. He then proceeded to cut and chip the tile to make room and added spacers. Once everything was situated and closed up he left the surrounding area and toilet honestly cleaner than when he got there.
