With that being said our last appointment with his office was everything but smooth, my wife had made an appointment for 9:15 am but she had to call the office to see if she could come in earlier than her appointment time and that is when the office staff said she could come in @ 8:30 meaning they could fit her in earlier. So we arrived at Dr. Miltenberger's office at 8:15 am my wife checked in with the front desk and then we waited in the lobby for her to be called back. What transpired while we were waiting for her name to be called was not acceptable because there were three to four people that we checked in before that had their names called and we're allowed to been seen before my wife was seen, which was not fair to my wife. She went back to the front desk to ask why there were several people taken before her when she had checked in first, and she was told that all the other patients had appointments that were before her appointment even though they told her that if she came in early she would been seen first. But they told her who ever told her that it was a guarantee that she would be seen first was wrong and that they were sorry for the wrong information. The office staff handled the situation in an unprofessional way because they had given wrong information which in my opinion is not good and they need to train their staff properly.

May I ask to Please give a shout out to Hailey! & her professionalism in what could have been a very uncomfortable situation. She never failed to keep her tone professional and I could tell the same couldn't be said from the other side. She did not say a word to expose any protected health information- like the patient's name or any identifying details - while I was present in the waiting area. She was also able to end the call in a positive manner and she greeted the next patient with the same respect she provided an (obviously) upset caller. I had two of them actually in the short time I was there one left and the other one did just fine however, I have an issue with the therapist and an issue with billing first off the therapist that I saw could have cared less that I was there. Always talking about her frogs half the time to know why he was there. I was supposed to see her for EDMR therapy and she didn't have the equipment she was supposed to just half of it. Oh by the way I had to ask three sessions in about it so definitely afford this place because they're from what I can tell the therapist don't care. I think it's just a money grab at this point. Next, if you end up selecting this place and you have insurance, you need to watch it very closely. You need to monitor your explanation of benefits after every single visit. I was overcharged by $563 and had to chase down every penny of it they decide that they're not going to refund you or adjust your payments until you go talk to them about it. I've never dealt with a healthcare company before that has been so poor about payment management honestly, the only best way to pay. These people is in cash and even then I would be careful what they're charging you.
