Just picked up my car from Karl's and they did a great job. The repair (a new door) looks great and they returned my car in tip top shape. The entire car is cleaned inside and out and the tires were washed. It seriously looks like a brand new car! Service was also great. I have had my car repaired here twice, the first time they did a fine job and were easy to work with, The second time, when I picked up my car, there was an electrical problem that was not present before my accident. They admitted that they noticed this but did not tell my insurance company about this, so the insurance company did not cover the claim. Karl's doesn't do electrical work, so I had to drive it off their lot , although it was unsafe, because they refused to let it stay without charging me for storage. I had the electrical repaired (no choice) and that garage (Morristown Toyota) reneged on their promise to let my insurance company know that the damage occurred during the covered accident, so I was out $500. Would not have happened if Karl's had let my insurance company know that the car had additional damage from the accident. But hey, they got their money and I was told to drive my unsafe car off their lot. read more
