My Experience with Dr Ulrich dates to 1999 when I had nasoplasty to remove a spur from my nose which was broken many years before. His work was excellent, his office and staff were attentive and caring and the procedure went very well. I have seen Dr Ulrich many times since for sinus issues and found the office to be very efficient and friendly and Dr. Ulrich up to date with the latest instrumentation, procedures and medications. I highly recommend him and his staff. I have, had hearing problems and have been prescribe hearing aids. We had the same experience as others that wrote reviews. The office staff is horribly rude I was told I was gonna see the actual doctor and then when I asked about it the girl that did my blood pressure and vitals was very snotty and explain to me that the PA is just as qualified. Which most are I will agree with that but when you're told as a new patient you are going to see the doctor and in they switch it and then get nasty when you ask about it not very good 1st impression. I went in for some chest discomfort and may sent me to a lab and they did $2000 worth of lab work which was totally unnecessary when asked other physicians of the same situation. Then never sent us a bill Then was nasty to my wife when she went there for her 1st time. My wife broke her tailbone and had an X-ray from urgent care they did not even show her the X-ray and just said Yup it's fractured. She did not feel comfortable with the diagnosis she went to a different doctor they not only shoulder the X-ray but made an appointment for an orthopedic surgeon because it needed to be seen. My wife went back for a second appointment where they were supposed to fax over her disability form to her employer 20 days later they did finally did send a fax with the nothing that was requested that they needed. The office manager is by far the rudest her name is Linda good luck with dealing with her, she told my wife that they can't just help her out and that they get at it at their own time. We have recorded calls with the office if anybody wants to hear I'm I'll send them to you of how rude they are when it comes to patients. They charge more than any other doctors office we've ever been to it's actually cheaper to go to urgent care than it is to see them. We are so upset that at office would not help their patients. Read the rest the reviews of this place before you make a decision to deal with this office. We will be filing a complaint with the state of Michigan medical board, department of human affairs, Better Business Bureau and the Attorney General. People need to know about this place . So we got a letter the next day stating that they were no longer going to provide medical care for our family. I guess you can't call and ask questions.

It all started with a phone call…read more.. I called Advanced Hearing of Brighton and I explained to Laura I needed a hearing test ASAP. Due to a cancelation at their office Laura was able to get me in that day. Office and front office staff: Super clean office. Laura at the the front desk was very sweet and very professional. Check-in was very easy and Laura had all my paperwork ready when I walked in. Laura explained the forms, I filled out the forms and signed everything. Hearing test with Dr. Laura: Dr. Laura spoke with me about my issues and concerns. Dr. Laura was very professional but nice (I like that in my doctors). Dr. Laura then conducted the hearing test. First impressions of booth--very clean. It was obvious the equipment is cleaned after each use. Post test with Dr. Laura: Dr. Laura explained my results. I've had hearing tests in the past. But the other doctor's have never explained the results and showed me where I fell on the charts for my hearing (or lack of hearing). Dr. Laura asked about other hearing issues I may be experiencing. Again... the other audiologists I've met with in the past have never asked questions other than what brand of hearing aid would you like? Before everything was concluded, Dr. Laura explained there was a program with my employer for hearing aids. Dr. Laura kindly explained the program, answered my questions, and filled out the paperwork for me. Will I go back: I have found a new office for life. Forget getting a Costco hearing aid, or going to Sam's Club for a test and fitting. I will be spreading the news about Advanced Hearing of Brighton. Dr Tait was examining my eye and something hit my eye and I turned my head away. 9-1-21 Checkup - My eye doesn't better and I was told it will take 3-5 weeks to heal. 9-8-21 Checkup - No improvement. I asked Dr Tait if he thought it was because when something hit my eye. He said no. 9-15-21 no improvement. 9-22-21 Dr Tait said your eye is healed. I had some questions. We would talk about them next time. 10-13-21 Dr Tait said IT IS ALL IN YOUR HEAD I went several eye Dr and I have a macular wrinkle and there is nothing can be done about that. Pretty good experience, nice new office, staff friendly, you…read morefill out the paperwork in advance however, there is no need to provide full medical background or hereditary information, this is a eye exam not a physical exam. After the office visit and for anyone new, please do not provide any issues unless absolutely necessary, cause they run with it. Had my exam, the dilation lasted about 6 hours after my visit, I had dr Connolly - he was exceptional in diagnosing my cataracts which to me are not that severe yet. However --- for everyone who has a cataract, their strong recommendation is for surgery and doing it as soon as possible. After our exam and prescriptions were provided, they sent us over to an area to schedule our surgery, unknown to us. We were just looking for information about it. First of all, I have been to 2 other doctor offices for my eyes, none pushed surgery, but this place does, there were people ahead of us and after us. The woman who schedules the surgery was very pushy and that to me is unacceptable. So while the staff was very friendly (with the exception of the woman who schedules the surgery) and the exam was exceptional, I had to lower my rating from a 4 star to a 3 since the surgery part was pushed. We are not getting any surgery at this time.

I went for my very first hearing test at ENT Specialists. Without explaining what was going to be…read moredone and why, part of the hearing test included a pressure test on each ear drum where a blast of pressure is applied. I later found out that this test is to move the ear drum to see if there is fluid behind the ear drum. That night my ears were ringing all night long, evidentially causing tinnitus and now more of a loss of my hearing. The next day, Friday morning, I called back the office back, asking for the doctor to call me. He did not call me till the following Monday night!! He said their phones were down. I had no trouble calling in initially. I was told my message was not marked urgent. The care at the ENT SPECIALISTS is not care that I would recommend to anyone who would like to keep the hearing they currently have. I had to fly the following week and was in extreme pain landing. What a waste of time and damage to my hearing. What a lack of caring, BEWARE, DO NOT GO THERE!!
